本实验选用了两种不同的海藻酸钠,采用乌氏粘度计测定了两种不同海藻酸钠的粘均分子量,并采用旋转粘度计系统,通过对其溶液流变学内容的的检测和推导计算,表明海藻酸钠的流变性能符合宾汉流体的主要特征。对溶液冻干海绵进行了红外光谱分析,并通过图谱计算了海藻酸钠长链分子中古罗糖酸(G)和甘露糖醛酸(M)残基的比例,对其结构表征提供了一些依据,最后对海藻酸钠成膜的力学性能进行了表征。  相似文献

目的 继开发普洱茶系列产品,研制一款既保留普洱茶营养价值不散失普洱茶香味的新型曲奇饼干。方法以云南普洱茶为研究对象,通过调制、挤注、烘培、灭菌等工序进行加工,在单因素的基础上采用响应曲面法分析黄油,茶粉和烘烤时间对普洱茶曲奇饼干的感官分数的影响,测定了样品的微生物指标,筛选出最佳制作工艺。结果最佳工艺配方以低筋面粉100 g,黄油76%普洱茶茶粉13%糖粉45%奶粉8%牛奶15%1%鸡蛋50%,烘烤温度(上火190下火170),烘烤时间13min结论 筛选出的优化组合将扩大普洱茶系列产品,为普洱茶多元化开发提供了一条新的途径。  相似文献

藜麦具有全营养特点及重要利用价值,为揭示藜麦氨基酸组分遗传特性和评价藜麦种质资源品质状况,本研究以筛选出的89个藜麦高代品系籽粒为材料进行酸水解处理并以氨基酸自动分析仪测定其酸性氨基酸组分及其含量,结果表明:17种酸性氨基酸平均变异系数为22.97%,表明在不同藜麦品系之间存在较大的遗传特性差异,其中Glu的变异系数为14.4%、相对变幅较小,GlyCysTyrPheHisPro6种氨基酸的变异系数均高于20%,尤其是Met的变异系数高达77.1%、遗传变异最大;相关分析表明绝大部分氨基酸组分间存在极显著正相关关系,主成分分析显示5主成分对变异的累计贡献率高达92.55%,聚类分析将89个藜麦品系分为5类、其遗传特性与来源和颜色没有必然联系;经分析筛选出滇藜-59、滇藜-71、滇藜-72、滇藜-73、滇藜-78和滇藜-926个具有较高的综合利用价值的高代品系。本研究可为藜麦氨基酸组分遗传特性分析与评价及新品种选育提供了理论参考和材料基础。  相似文献
