为进一步拓展喷气涡流纺织品种及提高传统色纺纱加工效率,利用Box-Behnken设计实验方案,借助软件Minitab 16,分析喷气涡流纺工艺参数对竹浆纤维色纺纱性能的影响。结果表明:成纱工艺对色纺纱断裂强度的影响较为复杂,其中纺纱速度及纱线线密度对色纺纱断裂强度的影响受喷嘴气压不同取值影响;色纺纱条干不匀主要受纺纱速度和纱线密度影响,提高纺纱速度使纱线条干不匀先减后增,而减小纱线线密度将显著恶化色纺纱条干;色纺纱毛羽主要受喷嘴气压和纺纱速度影响,降低喷嘴气压及提高纺纱速度均会使纱线毛羽增加;色纺纱直径主要受喷嘴气压和纺纱线密度影响,增加喷嘴气压或减小纱线线密度,均会使色纺纱直径明显减小。  相似文献

介绍了Lyocell竹浆纤维的研制背景、纤维特性以及喷气涡流纺的纺纱原理,探索了Lyocell竹浆纤维喷气涡流纺纱线的性能,通过电镜照片及USTER条干测试可以看出,喷气涡流纺纱线具有明显的包缠结构,利用喷气涡流纺开发的Lyocell竹浆纤维纱线条干好,并可有效减少纱线毛羽;与传统针织物相比,采用Lyocell竹浆纤维喷气涡流纺纱线生产的针织物柔软舒适,具有较好的抗起球耐摩擦性能.结果表明,利用喷气涡流纺技术开发Lyocell竹浆纤维针织产品具有良好的市场前景及环境效益.  相似文献

研究喷气涡流纺中喷嘴气压、喷嘴入口与前罗拉钳口间距离对涤/棉70/30混纺纱、粘胶纱和竹浆纱纱线性能的影响,并对喷气涡流纱与环锭纱的成纱纱线性能进行了对比.研究表明:喷嘴气压与纤维刚度有较大关系,纤维刚度大,则喷嘴气压应高,以保证加捻的效率和成纱强力,一般应为0.40~0.55MPa;前罗拉钳口与喷嘴入口的距离与所加工的纤维长度有关,纤维长度大,则该距离应大,一般在13~16mm;喷气涡流纱的条干均匀度较喷气纱和环锭纱要差一些,但毛羽较之有显著减少.  相似文献

研究涡流纺成纱性能.采用相同熟条纺制了CJ 20 tex涡流纺纱线、传统环锭纺纱线、紧密纺纱线和喷气纺纱线,通过分析对比了这4种纱的成纱结构、毛羽、耐磨性及强伸性能,认为涡流纱成纱强力虽低于紧密纺纱线和传统环锭纱,但强力不匀较好,毛羽大幅度降低,耐磨性能很好,抗起毛起球性能好.  相似文献

选用新型的珍珠共混粘胶纤维机织物及针织物为样本,对织物的悬垂性,透气性,断裂性能,回弹性,抗静电性进行测量及评价。结果表明:珍珠纤维含量影响织物的透气性、悬垂性,含量大的织物的透气性差,但是悬垂性要好;珍珠纤维织物中,织物密度大的织物悬垂性要好,线密度小的织物悬垂性要好;织物的经纬密度越大,织物的断裂强力就越大;织物的密度及纱线的粗细对珍珠纤维织物的抗皱性能有影响,织物的密度大纱线粗的织物抗皱性好。  相似文献

以天丝、莫代尔、竹黏等生态纤维素纤维为原料,采用不同的混纺比进行混纺,开发了提花、双珠地、罗纹等几种喷气纱针织物。重点测试了针织面料的透气性、透湿性、芯吸效应、硬挺度、悬垂性、光泽性、顶破强力、耐磨性、色牢度等性能,并与环锭纱针织物进行对比分析。结果表明:纤维素纤维喷气纱针织物透气透湿、芯吸效应明显;光泽明亮,色牢度好;织物耐磨性好,顶破强力接近环锭纱织物;织物相对较硬,有身骨,悬垂性比环锭纱针织物略差,立体感强。该类针织物适合于针织T恤和内衣面料的生产。  相似文献

测试分析了线密度为19.7 tex喷气涡流纺黏胶纱线的捻度、条干不匀、毛羽、拉伸断裂等性能;在BCM/90KJ多功能双面针织圆机上编织成双罗纹针织物,经染整加工后制得喷气涡流纺黏胶纱针织面料;测试了该面料的力学性能、KES风格性能、服用性能和染色牢度。结果表明:该纱线毛羽少,其双罗纹针织物蓬松性、悬垂性较好,抗起毛起球性能优良,染色牢度好,但织物手感偏硬挺,柔软性能欠佳,纵向缩水率大,实际生产中可通过与氨纶等弹性纤维纱线交织以改善针织物的尺寸稳定性。  相似文献

为探索喷气涡流纺纱免浆织造的可能性,本文通过实际生产试验分析了不同线密度喷气涡流纺粘胶纱线免浆织造对织物织造效率的影响,并进一步探讨了18.5tex涡流纺粘胶纱在喷气织机上免浆织造时,织物经密和门幅对织造效率的影响。试验得出:涡流纺粘胶纱在喷气织机上进行免浆织造时,其线密度应不低于18.5tex;织造效率会随着织物经密和门幅的增加而降低。18.5tex涡流纺粘胶纱在喷气织机上免浆织造时,织物经密和门幅应不高于20根/cm和不高于175cm。本文对喷气涡流纺纱的免浆织造具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

对喷气涡流纺涤纶、粘胶及其混纺纱生产中的喷嘴压力和导引针到空心管的距离等工艺参数进行了实验研究,得出最优工艺为:喷嘴气压0.6MPa,导引针到空心管的距离为0.5mm。开发出喷气涡流纺涤/粘65/35混纺纱及其针织物产品,并与相同原料及混纺比的环锭混纺纱与针织物进行了性能对比。结果表明:喷气涡流纱的强力和条干均匀度差于环锭纱,但毛羽较之有显著减少;喷气涡流混纺针织物的顶破强力要小于环锭混纺针织物,但其透气性与起毛起球性均好于环锭混纺针织物。  相似文献

通过数值计算对喷气涡流纺喷嘴内部流场衰减规律进行探讨。讨论加捻腔中纤维的受力情况及涡流作用下的运动状况;建立倒伏在空心锭上的纤维自由端绕空心锭旋转的临界角速度与进入纱尾的纤维头端长度、纤维半径等参数间的函数关系,以临界角速度作为衡量纤维头端是否被抽拔的依据,解释喷气涡流纺落纤、成纱细节产生的原因。临界角速度随进入纱尾纤维头端长度的增加而增大;纤维半径越大,临界角速度越小,在同一喷嘴气压下,半径大的纤维纺纱时落纤、成纱细节较多;增加喷嘴气压对成纱强力有利,超过某临界值落纤、成纱细节增加,对成纱质量不利;增加喷嘴内部负压,适当减小前罗拉与空心锭的距离可减少落纤、细节的产生。  相似文献

本研究针对黄麻纱线粗硬、毛羽较多,弹性低等特点,对纱线毛羽、细度及强度进行测试并选择适合的棉及涤纶纱线进行混合。将黄麻与棉及涤纶纱线经过合股上蜡处理后,在针织横机上设计并编织罗纹、移圈、圆筒等不同组织和结构的黄麻混织织物及产品。通过对黄麻混织织物的耐磨性、透气性、抗起毛起球等性能进行测试与分析,结果表明麻涤1罗纹织物耐磨性、耐起毛起球性最好,而麻棉4为单面圆筒织物线圈密度最小,透气性能最优;麻棉2由于具有移圈及凹凸效果,透气性能次之,耐磨性稍差。所织织物适合制作具有田园风格的家居类装饰物,从而开发黄麻纤维更广泛的应用领域。  相似文献

为了更好地了解竹浆纤维产品特点,提高产品开发的针对性,选择了1组竹浆纤维针织物和其他与其规格相近的纤维素纤维针织物进行性能测试及对比分析。结果表明:竹浆纤维产品手感柔软,悬垂性好,表面光泽明亮,透气透湿,芯吸效果明显,具有良好的抗菌抑菌、抗紫外线效果;特别是采用竹浆纤维/棉混纺内包涤纶长丝的3组分包芯纱产品,在保持竹浆纤维良好性能的同时,其抗皱性、强力明显提高,各项服用性能接近或超过天丝产品。同时指出竹浆纤维针织产品在开发中应注意的问题。  相似文献

This study investigated the vertical wicking, water absorption and drying properties of vortex- and ring-spun combed cotton yarns and knitted fabrics comparatively. The yarns were produced in three different counts as 30 Ne, 40 Ne and 50 Ne. The experimental results revealed that vortex-spun yarns had lower yarn and fabric wicking and water absorption values than ring-spun yarns. In addition, it was observed that yarn type did not have a significant impact on the drying time of the fabrics.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of fabrics knitted from textured polyester multifilament yarns with various numbers of filaments in the yarn cross-section. In this regard, some of the characteristics of yarns and fabrics, knitted from the mentioned yarns, were measured and analysed. Analysis of results showed that increasing the number of filaments in the yarn cross-section leads to a decrease in yarn’s diameter and abrasion resistance. Moreover, examining the properties of the weft-knitted fabrics revealed that increasing the number of filaments causes a rising trend in the compressibility and bursting strength of fabric. On the contrary, the thickness, air permeability and abrasion resistance decreases due to a growth in the number of filaments. A decline in the strength and elongation of yarns and fabrics produced from them is also another result of increasing the number of filaments in the yarn cross section.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the liquid moisture management performance of knitted fabrics produced from vortex-spun yarns using different kinds of fibers and ratios. For this purpose, the vortex-spun yarns with 19.7 tex were obtained in different blend ratios in Murata Vortex Spinner by using different fibers. Then, these yarns were knitted in a circular knitting machine at two different stitch lengths and dyed considering fiber types. Moisture management properties of the produced fabrics were tested. The results revealed that moisture management properties of vortex knitted fabrics were much affected by fiber types in comparison with fabric tightness. Modal and nylon fibers have shown very positive results in terms of moisture management performance. The vortex-spun yarns having a low diameter, high shape values that are more rounded, and high density improved moisture management performance of the fabrics whereas the hairy yarns and higher fabric thickness reduced it.  相似文献

为解决多毛羽传统环锭纱针织困难,而光洁的常规集聚纺纱线织物手感硬的技术难题,建立串联半开放式多重集聚纺纱方法,分析多重集聚纺纱机制和结构成形特征。理论分析结果表明,多重集聚纺纱线具有外紧而内柔的结构特征。基于理论解析,在相同工艺条件下,分别采用传统环锭、常规集聚和多重集聚纱线制成针织面料,对比分析了各针织物压缩回弹、透气、抗起毛起球、耐磨、染色等性能。测试结果表明:与传统环锭纱相比,多重集聚纱线针织物耐磨、透气性、抗起毛起球性改善;与常规集聚纱线相比,多重集聚纱线针织物悬垂性、压缩回弹性和染色性能明显提高。  相似文献

This study presents the thermal comfort properties of single jersey knitted fabric structures made from cotton, regenerated bamboo and cotton–bamboo blended yarns. Cotton, bamboo fibre and blends of the two fibres (100% cotton, 100% bamboo, 50:50 cotton:bamboo, 67:33 cotton:bamboo, 33:67 cotton:bamboo) were spun into yarns of identical linear density (20?tex). Each of the yarns so produced was converted to single jersey knitted fabrics with loose, medium and tight structures. The thermal conductivity of the fabrics was generally found to decrease with increase in the proportion of bamboo fibre. The relative water vapour permeability and air permeability of the fabrics were observed to increase with increase in bamboo fibre content. Statistical analysis also indicates that the results are significant for air permeability, thermal resistance, thermal conductivity and relative water vapour permeability of the fabrics.  相似文献

This study examined the influence of pin spacer apparatus attachment on compact yarn quality parameters and physical properties of knitted fabrics manufactured using those 100% cotton compact yarns. Two groups of compact yarns were spun on regular compact yarn spinning frame with and without addition of pin spacer apparatus which is placed at the end of the drawing unit of regular compact yarn spinning frame. Totally eight yarns were spun at four different yarn number levels (Ne 24/1, Ne 30/1, Ne 36/1 and Ne 40/1) and two different spinning conditions (with and without pin spacer apparatus). Spun yarn types were then knitted on the industrial sized plain knitting machine. Knitted fabrics were used in the greige and dyed form to evaluate their bursting strength (kPa), dimensional change, abrasion related mass loss (%), pilling resistance, air permeability (mm/s) and colour difference. Test results were then statistically evaluated and influence of pin spacer attachment on yarn quality parameters and fabric properties was determined. In the frame of this experimental work, attachment of pin spacer apparatus improved compact yarn characteristics especially at yarn evenness, imperfection and hairiness values. In case of knitted fabric properties, it was found that pin spacer apparatus attached compact yarn utilization significantly improved air permeability properties of knitted fabrics.  相似文献

Double-face knitted fabrics with hydrophobic inner and hydrophilic outer layers are characterised by their advantageous thermo-physiological comfort property that facilitates the transport of sweat from skin to outer fabric layer where it can be evaporated easily. In this study, for the production of double-face knitted fabrics, cotton yarn as hydrophilic yarn type and five different polyester filament yarns consisting of standard polyester, hollow polyester, micro polyester, textured polyester and textured micro polyester as hydrophobic yarn type were used. In order to determine the thermo-physiological comfort properties of the fabrics, air permeability, water vapour permeability, thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and overall moisture management capacity were measured. The results were comparatively analysed using statistical methods. The experimental results demonstrated that the polyester-type yarns and the combinations of them with the cotton yarn in fabric layers affected the thermo-physiological comfort properties significantly. The fabrics with polyester-type inner face and cotton outer face showed the best moisture transmission properties.  相似文献
