采用改进的二次生长法在多孔α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管上合成Silicalite-1沸石膜 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
以钛溶胶分散Silicalite-1沸石晶种,采用提拉法在α-Al2O3陶瓷管上负载晶种层,通过二次水热合成在多孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管上制备Silicalite-1沸石膜。考察了晶种悬浮液中晶种的含量、提拉次数和制膜合成液的水与正硅酸乙酯摩尔比对Sili-calite-1沸石膜性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射方法对Silicalite-1沸石膜的形貌和结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,制膜条件对Silicalite-1沸石膜渗透性能有较大影响;适宜的制膜条件为:制膜合成液的水与正硅酸乙酯摩尔比120、晶种悬浮液中晶种的质量分数10%、提拉次数6次。所合成Silicalite-1沸石膜表面连续、致密、与陶瓷管结合紧密;在323K、0.1MPa压差的条件下,Silicalite-1沸石膜的H渗透速率为7.36×10-7mol/(m2·s·Pa),H/SF理想分离因数为28.6。 相似文献

采用正交试验法筛选出制备聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯凝胶聚合物电解质膜的最佳条件,即搅拌温度50℃、溶剂蒸发时间15min、空气相对湿度40、相转化温度40℃。实验表明,溶剂蒸发时间对凝胶聚合物电解质膜吸液率影响最显著。在最佳制膜条件下,考察了3种增塑剂,即PEG-400、DBP和PVP—K30对凝胶聚合物电解质膜吸液率的影响。研究结果表明,在本实验中,PEG-400、DBP和PVP—k30的含量为0.1g时,对应膜的吸液率分别为495%、480%和540%,说明PVP—K30是最理想的增塑剂,值得推广使用。 相似文献

分子沉积膜剂是一种新型纳米驱油剂,它与水的粘度相当,不具有流度控制能力,无法改善油层非均质性,聚合物的主要作用是提高水溶液粘度,以达到提高波及体积的目的.通过分子沉积膜剂与聚合物复配的实验研究,指出了与聚合物配伍的分子沉积膜剂在化学驱中的主要应用范围.在85℃条件下开展了热稳定性实验,筛选出合适的聚合物并考查了分子膜的耐温性,用筛选出的聚合物与分子沉积膜剂进行配伍性实验,对复配体系的增粘性及热稳定性进行评价,优化了聚合物和分子沉积膜剂的质量浓度.驱油实验结果表明,当分子沉积膜剂和聚合物的质量浓度分别为1 000和1 700mg/L时,复配体系最稳定,物理模拟实验驱油效率最高,达到22.6%,高于相同质量浓度的单一分子沉积膜剂驱、单一聚合物驱及其他质量浓度复配体系的驱油效率. 相似文献

考察了ZSM-5沸石膜在400℃水蒸气处理200 h条件下的水热稳定性,用气体渗透实验、XRD、SEM对水蒸气处理前后的膜管进行了表征,比较了两者的差别。实验结果表明,在水蒸气处理后,ZSM-5沸石膜出现一定的脱铝现象。对气体的渗透率由原来的1.45×10-7mol/(Pa·s·m2)降为2.9×10-8mol/(Pa·s·m2),然后趋于稳定。根据表征结果。对ZSM-5沸石膜的脱铝现象进行了讨论,分析了ZSM-5沸石膜脱铝的机理以及在高温条件下水蒸气处理对ZSM-5沸石膜的影响规律,为工业放大研究沸石膜乙苯催化脱氢制苯乙烯过程提供参考。 相似文献

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体,磷钨酸(HWP)为催化粒子,通过溶剂挥发法制备HWP/PVA催化膜,研究并优化HWP/PVA质量比、催化膜厚度、原料油中含水率、共溶剂种类、共溶剂添加量对大豆油转化率的影响。实验结果表明,经优化制备的HWP/PVA催化膜在最佳反应条件下,大豆油最大转化率达到90.6%。当原料油中的含水率≤5%(w)时,催化膜可以吸收原料油中的水分,原料油中的水分对酯交换反应影响较小。经过戊二醛交联后的催化膜较未交联催化膜重复使用性好。交联的催化膜使用6次后,大豆油转化率没有明显下降。 相似文献

制备了壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇/聚丙烯腈(CS-PVA/PAN)复合膜,用于乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水三组分溶液的分离。考察了CS-PVA/PAN复合膜的溶胀性、CS含量与料液温度对CS-PVA/PAN复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响;用傅里叶变换红外光谱对CS,PVA,CS-PVA均质膜进行了表征。实验结果表明,在料液温度313.15K、CS-PVA/PAN复合膜中w(CS)=50%时,CS-PVA/PAN复合膜能有效地脱除乙酸乙酯(质量分数84.6%)-乙醇(质量分数3.4%)-水(质量分数12.0%)三组分溶液中的水分,渗透通量为183g/(m2.h),分离因子为4 160;且随料液温度的升高,渗透通量增大,分离因子减小,渗透通量和料液温度能较好地符合Arrhenius方程。 相似文献

The pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) was coated on top of the PAN ultrafiltration membrane to form a PVA/PAN composite PV membranes for wastewater desalination. The composite membranes have high application value in industrial wastewater treatment. By varying the membrane fabrication parameters including the weight percent(wt%) of the PMDA, the crosslink temperature and duration, membrane with the best desalination performance was obtained. The composite membrane with a 2-lm-thick PVA selective layer containing 20 wt% of PMDA and being crosslinked at 100 °C for 2 h showed the highest Na Cl rejection of 99.98% with a water flux of 32.26 L/(m~2 h)at 70 °C using the 35,000 ppm Na Cl aqueous solution as feed. FTIR spectroscopy, wide-angle X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope have been used to characterize the structures and properties of both the crosslinked PVA dense films and PVA/PAN composite membranes. The effects of the concentrations of PMDA,the crosslinking time and temperature to the membrane water contact angle, swelling degree, salt rejection and water flux were systematically studied. 相似文献

采用二次生长法,以α-Al2O3为载体,制备无模板剂ZSM-5沸石膜,并用异丙醇-水体系表征膜的渗透汽化性能。通过优化膜合成液的SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比、晶种浓度、晶化次数、晶化时间以及F/Si摩尔比,制备得到具有高渗透汽化性能的ZSM-5沸石膜。将此沸石膜用于乙酸乙酯脱水实验,考察了操作温度对其渗透汽化脱水性能的影响。结果表明,采用优化条件制备的超亲水性无模板剂ZSM-5沸石膜,在70℃时,对质量分数90%的异丙醇水溶液的渗透通量和分离因数可分别达0.358 kg/(m2?h)和10338;对97%的乙酸乙酯水溶液进行渗透汽化脱水,渗透通量可达0.287 kg/(m2?h),分离因数可达3790。 相似文献

The results of research on elaboration of the hollow fiber composite membranes for regeneration of aqueous solutions of alkanolamines in membrane gas-liquid contactor are presented in this work. Asymmetric polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber UF membranes were used as a porous support, poly[1-(trimethylsylil)-1-propyne] (PTMSP) was employed as a diffusion layer. The influence of PSF hollow fiber casting conditions on hydraulic permeability was studied. Samples of composite membranes were obtained with a defectfree layer of PTMSP and carbon dioxide permeance of 0.26 m3 (STP) (m2 h bar)?1. It was revealed by SEM that the thickness of the PTMSP separation layer is 2.5 microns, where in X-ray spectrometry analysis data and calculations according to resistance-in-series model discovered that the selective layer penetration depth to the pores of the support was 1.4 microns. Calculation by resistance-in-series model showed that 98.6% of resistance to the gas transport is attributed to PTMSP, partially intruded in the pores of the support. Chemical stability of materials which comprise composite membrane makes promising their using for regeneration of aqueous solutions of alkanolamines (pH > 11) from carbon dioxide at a temperature of 100°C and a pressure drop of 10 bar in the membrane gas-liquid contactors. 相似文献

研究了重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的最佳测定条件。以重油为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,以滤膜的孔径、甲苯的体积、甲苯的温度为自变量,甲苯不溶物质量分数为响应值,根据Box Behnken实验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的分析法模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,优化重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的测定条件。回归模型具有高度显著性,方程对实验拟合较好,可以对重油甲苯不溶物质量分数很好地分析和预测,得到各因素对甲苯不溶物质量分数的影响大小。结果表明,重油甲苯不溶物质量分数的最佳测定条件为滤膜孔径022 μm、甲苯体积355 mL、甲苯温度73℃;优化后的测定条件更能精确地测定重油甲苯不溶物的质量分数;实测值与预测值的相对误差较小,说明最佳的测定条件可靠性较高。 相似文献

采用二次生长法,在含氟体系中制备了高渗透气化性能的NaY分子筛膜。比较了含氟体系和无氟体系中NaY分子筛的晶化过程和NaY分子筛膜的渗透气化性能,并对晶化时间和溶胶硅/铝摩尔比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))进行了优化。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDX)表征了NaY分子筛膜层晶体结构。结果表明,合成体系中添加NH4F,可有效抑制分子筛膜层中P型分子筛杂晶的形成。含氟体系中合成的NaY分子筛膜比无氟体系合成的NaY分子筛膜具有更高的渗透气化性能。在n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=25、晶化时间为6.5h条件下,合成的5根NaY分子筛膜应用在75℃、水/乙醇质量比10/90体系中的平均渗透通量和平均分离因子分别为(5.3±0.3)kg/(m2.h)和63±3。 相似文献

采用聚酰胺酸(PA)-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)或PA-SiO2颗粒-DMAC涂膜液涂敷,通过300℃亚胺化或800℃碳化处理,对α-Al2O3中空纤维膜进行改性。在改性α-Al2O3中空纤维膜上浸涂聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液并用戊二醛(GA)交联剂进行交联,制备α-Al2O3中空纤维渗透汽化复合膜,并对甲醇水溶液进行渗透汽化膜分离,考察了温度、料液浓度、涂膜液组成对复合膜分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,涂敷PA-DMAC涂膜液并经亚胺化的改性方式最佳,在此基础上浸涂12%(w)PVA溶液和6%(w)GA交联剂制备的复合膜分离性能较好;在温度40℃、压差100 kPa的条件下,对96%(w)甲醇水溶液的分离因子为25.0,渗透通量为15.0 g/(m2·h)。 相似文献

Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membranes with the rejection coefficients of bovine serum albumin (M w = 69000 Da) up to 97% have been developed. The effect of IR irradiation of PAN membranes at temperatures to 180°С has been studied for the first time. It has been found that the IR modification of the membranes at 120°С for 5 min makes PAN insoluble in a wide range of organic solvents. The test PAN membranes were obtained from PAN solutions in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) with different polymer concentrations in casting solution. The morphology and filtration characteristics of the membranes are almost unaffected by the treatment. The permeability of the membranes to DMSO, dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylacetamide (DMAA), and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) has been measured. It has been demonstrated that the IR-treated PAN membranes can be used for filtering the above solvents, although the initial polymer is soluble in these solvents. These membranes can also be used as supports of chemically resistant nanofiltration membranes for aprotic solvents. 相似文献
