以深圳市某水厂为例,介绍了HACCP体系在该水厂的建立过程。按照HACCP的原理,确立了水厂过程控制5个关键控制点(CCPs)和8个显著危害。通过监控聚合氯化铝、石灰、次氯酸钠3种主要药剂的投加量和相关水质指标,采取有针对性的纠偏措施,及时调整生产过程,能够保证生产工艺稳定运行。通过定期分析、总结监控数据,从而发现生产数据运行规律,指导运行人员日常生产,实现水厂精细化管理。 相似文献

为了更好的规范果脯的加工过程,提高果脯制品的安全性,增强果脯企业的行业竞争力、扩大对外贸易,本文研究和建立了果脯生产的HACCP体系。最终确定了原果接收、烘烤、金属检测这三个关键控制点,并设置了关键限值:(1)对供方进行评价,要求其提供相关检测报告,进行抽检,烂果率<5%;(2)烘房温度达80℃以上,持续2h;(3)Fe<ф2.0mm, SUS<ф3.0mm。企业在果脯生产过程中采用HACCP体系进行管理,对关键控制点进行有效监督,并实时纠偏,降低危害发生的可能性,同时提高果脯产品的可靠性。此外,定期对该体系进行内部审核促进其有效实施和运行。 相似文献

提出了以事件树分析为主线,结合故障树分析的城镇天然气管道风险定量分析方法:将管道泄漏分为渗透泄漏、穿孔泄漏和开裂泄漏3种泄漏模式;以管道泄漏为故障树分析的顶事件,分析管道泄漏的原因和概率;以管道泄漏为事件树分析的初因事件,分析管道泄漏在各种情况下造成的后果序列;以故障树分析事件树中后续事件的概率,以初因事件的概率和后续事件的概率计算后果事件的概率;分别对各个后果事件进行后果危害程度分析和经济损失估计;累加每个后果事件的经济损失数学期望,得到整个管道系统的风险值。 相似文献

Delays in construction projects are inevitable and, as a result, claims and disputes arise. Different causes of delay can come into play and therefore the need to identify and classify different causes of project delay arises. Different factors that contribute to project delay affect the likelihood of project delay in different degree of effectiveness. Fuzzy fault tree analysis (FTA) is suggested by this research to estimate the likelihood of project delay. Likelihood of delay membership function is further quantified using the weighted average defuzzification method. Two fuzzy logic models are implemented into the fuzzy FTA, using Visual Basic software: the models discussed in this research are Baldwin's rotational model and the Angular model. Comparison between the two fuzzy logic models has been carried out. Validation of the fuzzy FTA computer model is performed. Validation of the model was performed for adequacy and applicability of the model. On average, the validation performed by independent construction engineers and fuzzy logic experts produced satisfactory results. The computer software suggested by this study is an attempt to assess the likelihood of the project delay, which helps reduce delays in construction projects that can cause time loss. 相似文献

A decision support system (DSS) is developed to optimise the performance of different operations of small water treatment systems to improve day‐to‐day decisions. The support system includes a data management system, knowledge‐based system, performance assessment of different unit processes, fault tree analyses, preventive and corrective actions and event tree analysis (ETA). Performance assessment identifies the critical events (failures) and fault tree analysis identifies the interrelationships between the critical events and the root causes. Fault trees are developed based on the information obtained from events of waterborne outbreaks, responses to questionnaires by the participating smaller utilities, state‐of‐the‐art literature review and personal communication with the operators. ETA is used to identify the potential health outcomes which are further integrated with the quantitative microbial risk assessment. The developed DSS is advanced to an automated user friendly program that can be used by treatment plant operators to assess system performance. 相似文献
