为了使等静压炸药装药技术从高端特殊行业推广应用至常规弹药,概述了等静压炸药装药成型的工艺特性及工艺方法,综述了等静压炸药装药的研究现状。分析认为,等静压炸药装药是使炸药装药的能量水平与弹药发射安全性同时得到提高的重要技术途径,在等静压装药前或压制成型过程中对物料抽真空排气,有助于改善装药的致密性和内在质量。针对常规战斗部对高品质炸药装药技术的发展需求,提出了等静压技术在常规弹药中应用的建议。 相似文献

RDX晶体颗粒压制密度分布的μCT试验研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
为掌握炸药压制结构特征,利用微纳米焦点X射线CT(μCT)研究了RDX晶体压制进程,分析了晶体间隙与截面密度及其分布。μCT结果显示:随着压制压力增大,晶体间隙减小,截面密度增大且相对波动性逐渐减小;150MPa压力下密度趋于均匀分布,但仍有微间隙的明显特征。分析表明:RDX压制密度梯度现象明显,愈靠近压制端面的截面密度愈高,提高压制压力有利于密度均匀,但过高会带来裂纹问题,可采用双向压制、减小压制高度或加工提取靠近压制端面的炸药等措施进一步提高密度均匀性。 相似文献
