用L-半胱氨酸作为配体,直接水相合成了CdTe量子点和核壳结构CdTe/CdS量子点;实验研究了不同回流温度和回流时间下对CdTe量子点的光学性质的影响以及改善光稳定性的方法。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱表征了CdTe和CdTe/CdS量子点的光学性质;CdTe量子点的荧光发射峰在525~565nm之间,且发射峰较窄;XRD、透射电镜(TEM)测试表明合成了物相较纯、分散性较好、尺寸均匀且粒径在2~3nm的CdTe量子点,但存在光稳定性差的缺点。制备核壳结构CdTe/CdS量子点的方法对所合成的CdTe量子点的光稳定性进行改善,通过荧光发射光谱、紫外吸收光谱、透射电镜(TEM)和XRD测试对CdTe/CdS核壳量子点的形貌和性能进行了表征。  相似文献

首先采用提拉法,在透明导电玻璃(FTO)表面制备ZnO籽晶层,然后用水热法制备ZnO纳米棒阵列,再用连续离子层吸附法(SILAR)成功地将Cd S、Cd Se量子点沉积在ZnO表面,形成光阳极。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM),电化学工作站研究了样品的结构、形貌和光电化学性能。结果表明:与ZnO纳米棒相比,复合Cd S、Cd Se以后,样品的光电性能有很大的提高。其中,Cd S、Cd Se的沉积圈数均为4圈时,Cd Se(4c)/Cd S(4c)/ZnO样品的光电转换效率最大,为1.894%,是纯ZnO电极的17倍。  相似文献

化学浴沉积(CBD)被用于在TiO2单晶纳米棒阵列上形成一CdS量子点薄层,进而组装量子点敏化太阳电池。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜以及其它方法分析发现,结晶良好的CdS量子点均匀包覆于TiO2纳米棒的表面,且组装好的太阳电池显示出良好的光伏特征。优化量子点敏化工艺,获得了高达1.28%的太阳能转换效率。效率不高可能是电子在量子点间的迁移不畅引起的。  相似文献

采用化学浴沉积法制备了高纵横比的CdS纳米棒。二苯硫腙(DPTA)作为有机添加剂用于合成CdS纳米棒。用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征样品的结晶性能和微观结构。XRD结果表明,样品中同时存在六角相和立方相,当pH值为10.5时,六角相CdS的(111)峰的衍射强度最大,同时出现立方相CdS。TEM结果显示,可以通过调节pH值控制CdS纳米晶的形貌,当pH值为10.5时,CdS纳米棒的纵横比最大,直径约50nm,长约3μm。对CdS纳米晶电学性能的研究表明,与用PVA作为添加剂和在纯乙醇中制备的CdS纳米棒相比,用DPTA作为添加剂制备的CdS纳米棒具有更低的电阻值。这是因为DPTA分子中存在2个大π键,有利于电子的传输。还讨论了CdS纳米棒的生长机理和DPTA修饰CdS纳米棒中的电子转移。  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶方法合成了V_2O_5纳米棒材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征了材料的微观结构。采用交流阻抗法和恒流充放电测试对比研究了V_2O_5纳米棒材料和V_2O_5原料在传统电极和粘性碳电极上的电化学性能。结果表明传统电极制备方法适用于V_2O_5原料,而粘性碳基底适用于V_2O_5纳米棒材料。V_2O_5纳米棒粘性碳电极具有优于V_2O_5原料传统电极的充放电倍率性能。  相似文献

以一种革兰氏阴性菌(S. oneidensis MR-1)为生物还原剂,Na2S2O3为电子受体,在氧化石墨烯(GO)表面原位合成了Ag2S/rGO纳米复合材料,对其进行了表征和光电性能测试。结果表明,细菌还原得到粒径约10 nm的Ag2S纳米粒子,均匀分布在还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)上;光电性能测试表明,与纯Ag2S相比,Ag2S/rGO纳米复合材料电极的光电流密度约提高了3倍,光生电子-空穴对的分离效率更高,表现出更加优异的光电化学性能。  相似文献

首先通过恒压阳极氧化法在纯钛箔表面制备TiO2纳米管阵列,其次运用电化学沉积法在TiO2纳米管阵列表面修饰CdS颗粒,最后表征其对甲基橙的光催化降解性能.研究表明,通过电化学沉积可以在管阵列表面获得均匀分布的CdS纳米颗粒.TiO2纳米管阵列在经过CdS修饰后,对可见光的吸收范围明显增大;光照2 h后,对甲基橙的降解效率由修饰前的57.1%提高到修饰后的76.4%,COD的去除率也从49%提高到70.6%.  相似文献

采用阳极氧化法在钛片上制备了垂直排列的TiO2纳米管阵列,利用SEMXRD对纳米管阵列的形貌和结构进行了表征,并通过电化学交流阻抗谱、光照开路电位谱和瞬态光电流谱技术对纳米管阵列电极的光电化学特性进行了研究。实验结果表明,TiO2纳米管的内径约为90nm,管壁约为10nm,纳米管阵列厚度约为500nm,经600℃退火处理后,转变为锐钛矿型与金红石型的混晶结构。光电测试结果表明,随着退火温度升高,TiO2纳米管阵列电极的界面电荷转移电阻减小,光电流逐渐增大,光照开路电压增大,至600℃达到最大,当退火温度继续升高,电极的光电性能急剧下降。与TiO2纳米多孔膜电极相比,光电性能显著提高,这主要归因于TiO2纳米管阵列更大的孔隙率和比表面积。  相似文献

在染料敏化太阳能电池(DSCs)碳对电极中添加多壁碳纳米管,制作碳纳米复合对电极。通过循环伏安法研究复合电极中碳纳米管对I3?/I?氧化还原行为的影响。采用电化学阻抗谱表征,比较纳米炭黑、石墨鳞片、碳纳米管、纳米炭黑-纳米碳管复合材料对碳电极/电解质界面的影响。结果表明:添加纳米碳管后,电极的催化还原电位降低,电流密度增大;碳纳米管的加入使电极表面催化活性点增多,碳电极与电解液的界面电势差减少。光伏性能测试表明,添加10%(质量分数)的碳纳米管的DSCs的开路电压提高了17.9%,短路电流提高了24.1%,填充因子提高了14.4%。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
