开关磁阻电机的非线性电磁特性以及脉冲工作方式会产生明显的转矩脉动,针对这一问题,在分析开关磁阻电机转矩脉动产生原因和实际测量转矩脉动波形的基础上,提出了一种基于峰谷互补原理抑制开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的方法。该方法使用2套定转子参数相同的电机系统,使之产生相位互差180°电角度,幅值近似相同的转矩脉动波形,利用峰谷互补原理相互叠加以抵消开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,最后通过实验验证基于上述方法测得的脉动转矩与单台开关磁阻电机脉动转矩相比降低了50%~60%之间。  相似文献

对影响内置式永磁同步电机转矩特性的三个关键设计参数——永磁体宽度、定子绕组匝数及转子铁心外形进行了研究。以具体样机为例,分析了定子绕组匝数、永磁体充磁方向长度和转子外形对转矩特性的影响。分析结果表明:永磁体宽度接近于整数倍定子齿距可降低负载脉动转矩;采用偏心分段圆弧法优化转子外形有利于提高电机的转矩特性。通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel analytical model for a switched-reluctance machine (SRM) based on decomposition of its inherent double joint magnetic saliencies due to rotor and stator salient poles and saturation of magnetic field at high stator currents. With this method, the magnetic characteristics of the motor, such as flux linkage and incremental inductance, are decomposed to vector functions of rotor position and phase current. Dynamic state and torque equations for the SRM are derived on the basis of this representation. The proposed model is appropriate for online identification and for sensorless position control algorithms. It is easy to implement and computationally efficient. Comparison of the predicted motor magnetic characteristics to machine data from finite-element analysis verifies the accuracy of the model.  相似文献

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is applied to the design optimization problem of axially laminated anisotropic (ALA) rotor synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) drive. The objective of the optimization is to maximize the developed torque while minimizing the torque ripple as well as the Ohmic and core losses for traction applications. The number of flux paths, stator tooth width, and rotor flux path width define the 3-D search space for the optimization problem. An artificial intelligence modeling approach utilizing PSO and finite element-state space (FE-SS) models is used for the characterization and design optimization of a prototype ALA rotor SynRM drive for traction applications.   相似文献

In this paper, a novel multiobjective optimization method based on a genetic-fuzzy algorithm (GFA) is proposed. The new GFA method is used for optimal design of a switched reluctance motor (SRM) with two objective functions: high efficiency and low torque ripple. In brushless permanent-magnet dc (BLDC) machines, the attraction between the rotor permanent magnets and the stator iron causes radial stator forces that excite the stator structural response and radiate unwanted acoustic noise. In this paper, we develop an analytical model that predicts rotor torque and radial force ripple as functions of the stator currents. The model shows that field weakening of sinusoidally commutated BLDC machines can reduce radial forces but requires higher currents to maintain the desired torque. We confirmed the analytical results numerically on a BLDC motor using ANSYS finite-element analysis and found a 30% reduction in force ripple at no load.  相似文献

To reduce torque ripple in a switched reluctance motor (SRM) by current profiling, a high-performance current controller is necessary. This study presents a high-performance current controller for SRM drives. A Bspline neural network is used to model the non-linearity of the SRM and estimate back electromotive force (EMF) and incremental inductance on-line in real time. The on-line modelling scheme does not require a priori knowledge of the machine?s electromagnetic characteristics. Based on the on-line estimated parameters, a current controller with adjustable PI gains and back-EMF decoupling is implemented. The performance of the current controller has been demonstrated in simulation and experimentally using a four-phase 8/6 550 W SRM drive system.  相似文献

开关磁阻电机(SRM)的强非线性源自其双凸极结构、磁路非线性和脉冲供电方式。传统控制多采用SRM线性转矩模型求得参考电流,导致其运行时转矩脉动大。提出基于转矩偏差的双权值神经网络(DWNN)自适应PID控制与基于有限差分扩展卡尔曼滤波(FDEKF)预测电流的前馈补偿控制相结合的SRM控制策略。(1)加入偏差预处理,对转矩偏差进行非线性处理,实现"小误差,大增益,大误差,小增益"的控制,以此为基础进行双权值神经网络自适应PID的电流控制;(2)采用预测电流,构成参考电流的前馈补偿控制,提高控制系统一步预测能力。基于有限差分扩展卡尔曼滤波预测电流,将其与参考电流之差实时补偿参考电流,优化得到恒转矩下有效的控制电流,间接实现总转矩的有效控制。仿真结果证明所提控制策略能有效抑制SRM的转矩脉动。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel switched reluctance motor (SRM) design in which the stator is simply formed from C-cores. Unlike conventional SRMs, the windings of the new motor can be individually wound into the stator cores without complex winding equipment. Because of the inherent axial field distribution, this type of SRM requires a three-dimensional (3-D) finite-element analysis (FEA) model for detailed flux analysis. This paper proposes an approximated two-dimensional FEA model to speed up computational time. In addition, since the proper current that ensures operation in the saturated region (to maximize torque and efficiency) is often hard to determine systemically, the paper proposes a simple method to determine the optimum operating current so that one can easily decide the rated current and also obtain the maximum motor efficiency. Finally, the paper compares some characteristics of a traditional SRM with those of the proposed SRM. The comparison shows that the proposed SRM performs well in terms of torque and efficiency, and provides a higher degree of flexibility in winding design.  相似文献

The paper reports a numerical and experimental study of magnetically induced vibration associated with rotor/stator eccentricity and imperfect magnetization for 8-pole 6-slot symmetric brushless dc (BLDC) motors. Magnetic forces and cogging torque are calculated for various slot angles by using the finite-element method (FEM). The results show that there is an optimal slot angle for minimum cogging torque, but this slot angle is not optimal for reducing magnetic forces. In the idle acoustics test, the motors with reduced magnetic forces show clear reduction at the expected frequencies while the motors with minimum cogging torque show no change at the cogging torque frequency, which implies unbalanced magnetic forces have greater effect on actual vibration of the spindle motor than cogging torque. The results show that the proper direction in motor design is to reduce unbalanced magnetic forces when both cogging torque and unbalanced magnetic forces are not achievable simultaneously.  相似文献

A piezoelectric rotary ultrasonic motor is modeled for the purpose of predicting, a priori, motor performance as a function of design parameters. The Rayleigh-Ritz assumed mode energy method is used to model the distributed piezoceramics and the traveling wave dynamics of the stator. Natural frequencies and modeshapes are obtained for a generally configured motor. Nonlinear normal and tangential interface forces between the rotor and stator are incorporated into the forcing function along with the linear piezoelectric forcing. Given the applied torque, applied axial loading, and piezo drive voltages as inputs to the model, general motor performance measures are obtained-namely speed, input power, output power, and efficiency. The approach presented here provides a general framework for modeling these motors as well as a design tool for optimizing prototypes with the added flexibility of allowing for a wide variety of geometries and materials  相似文献

This paper introduces five new optimization procedures for the minimization of the torque ripple in the switched reluctance motor (SRM). These new procedures are based on the optimization of the phase-current profile. Two optimization techniques, the simplex method and the genetic algorithm, are adapted to these optimization procedures. The characteristics of longitudinal-torsional hybrid transducer-type ultrasonic motors (HTUSM) are low speed and high torque. The discontinuous-surface-contact mode between the stator and the rotor is different from the many-point-contact mode of traveling wave motors, which is also an essential cause for high torque. Therefore, it is important to analyze its force transfer model between the rotor and the stator. In this paper, issues of using the method of equivalent circuit model are addressed. The relationships between the contact angle, preload, and physical parameters of frictional materials are given, according to the impulse conservation law axially. The equations describing output torque, amplitudes of longitudinal and torsional vibration, and parameters of the rotor are derived according to the principle that the work done by the load is equal to that by the driving force in one vibrating cycle. All factors that influence the mechanical characteristics are analyzed, and accuracy and suitability of the force transfer model are verified by comparison with the prototype motor. The formula for transfer efficiency on the stator/rotor interface is given, and the low-efficiency of this type motor is explained. The wide-working frequency range property of this type motor is shown with experimental results. Based on this study, the parameters of the rotor and preload are determined. The maximum torque of the prototype motor is up to 13.2 nm, and no-load speed of this type of motor is 12.5 rpm.  相似文献

螺杆马达是螺杆钻具的动力源,其定子与转子之间过盈量的合理设计对马达工作性能和使用寿命至关重要。首先,建立了螺杆马达定子与转子的二维啮合有限元模型,并分析了工作压力和井下温度对定子廓形的影响。然后,基于密封性能评价准则,对不同过盈量下定子与转子的接触应力进行计算,并提出定子大、小径处采用不同过盈量的非均匀过盈量设计方法。最后,以螺杆马达转子为基准,设计了考虑压力与温度影响的定子廓线,在理论上实现了定子与转子之间的有效密封和良好接触。螺杆钻具整机台架试验结果表明:相较于传统的过盈量设计方法,考虑压力和温度影响的非均匀过盈量设计方法可使螺杆马达具有更高的效率。研究结果可为螺杆马达过盈量及其余参数的设计提供一定参考。  相似文献

目的 为了解决传统交流永磁同步电机伺服自抗扰控制系统中外界扰动、非线性特性和本身自抗扰控制中参数较多且整定难的问题.方法 利用小波神经网络对自抗扰控制中的扩张状态观测器的误差校正系数进行在线整定,设计出基于小波神经网络优化的自抗扰控制器及相关的控制系统,以实现对整体控制系统的性能优化,并通过在Matlab/SIMULINK仿真实验与传统PID伺服控制系统和未进行优化的交流自抗扰伺服系统进行对比验证.结果 仿真结果表明,基于小波神经网络优化的交流永磁同步电机伺服自抗扰控制系统对目标位置动态响应快、稳态误差小、抗干扰能力强,稳态时转矩脉动小.结论 与常规未优化自抗扰伺服系统和传统PID伺服系统相比,基于小波神经网络优化后的自抗扰伺服系统,能有效地提高伺服系统控制性能和鲁棒性.  相似文献

This paper presents real-time verification of an artificial neural network (ANN) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based rotor position estimation techniques for a 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive system. The techniques estimate rotor position by measuring the three-phase voltages and currents and using magnetic characteristics of the SRM, with the aid of an ANN and ANFIS, in real-time environments. The rotor position estimating techniques are used in a high-performance sensorless variable speed SRM drive. A digital signal processor, TMS320F2812, executes the rotor position estimation. To verify the performance of the ANN and ANFIS based rotor position estimation techniques, a rotor position sensor is mounted with the drive system. The experimental results show that the ANN and ANFIS based rotor position estimation techniques provide good performance at different operating conditions.  相似文献

The switched reluctance (SR) motor has many benefits owing to its low cost, simple design, rugged construction and comparatively high torque-to-mass ratio. Unlike DC and induction motors, the SR motor is intended to operate in deep magnetic saturation to increase the output power density. Because of the saturation effect and the variation of magnetic reluctance with respect to rotor position, all the relevant characteristics of the machine are highly non-linear functions of both rotor position and phase current. The ultimate outcome of all these non-linearities is that the generated torque contains significant ripples. The non-linearities in the SR motor have been extensively studied and many control strategies to reduce the generated torque ripples have been proposed in the literature. Modulation of phase current profile for generating torque in the SR motor with minimum ripples was the focus of most of the research. However, the main challenge to minimise the torque ripple is to design a current controller that is able to track the modulated phase current. In this work, new techniques to optimise the widely used hysteresis current controller are studied, and experimental verifications under closed-loop speed control with the modulated reference current data are presented. The experimental results indicate that the torque ripple is reduced to lie within 5% of the desired steady torque using the proposed optimisation techniques.  相似文献

This paper describes two methods - one numerical, the other analytical for analyzing an axially laminated reluctance (ALAREL) motor. The numerical method, finite-element analysis (FEA), is generally used for estimation of the motor magnetic loading and capability for given stator currents. The accuracy of the FEA prediction is confirmed by a comparison between computed and measured magnetic quantities. The analytical model allows a rapid evaluation of the flux density in different parts of the motor, as well as of the capability for given stator current. It uses a distributed parameter network. The paper compares the results obtained from this network with those obtained from FEA. The methods agree well. Finally, the paper uses the two methods to investigate the effect of the quality of the magnetic material as well as the effect on motor performance of a nonuniform distribution of the laminations in the rotor. It shows that, with grain-oriented steel and nonuniformly distributed laminations, a higher flux linkage can be obtained. This paper describes the design, construction, and performance of a piezoelectric motor that uses the travelling B08 mode of an 80-mm diameter circular membrane to drive a rotor by frictional contact. The motor is of a thin planar design, giving high torque of up to 0.33 Nm at low speed and has been developed as a design that can be made with lithographic techniques for miniaturization. Investigations of the free stator with a vibration pattern imager and impedance analyser gave the resonance frequency, mode, and electromechanical coupling of the stator. Motor speed as a function of frequency for a constant voltage and performance charts of speed, output power, and efficiency against torque are presented for a particular input voltage and rotor pre-load. The effects of two different lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ring dimensions have been investigated. Excitation of the B09 mode has been observed, incommensurate with the piezoelectric excitation of the stator. This is discussed with relation to edge-clamping of the stator. Single standing wave motoring was observed, believed to arise from asymmetry of the stator and its perturbation of the B08 resonance mode. In this paper, operation of a symmetric hybrid transducer ultrasonic motor with output produced by two rotors connected together via a drive shaft is numerically analyzed and compared with the traditional asymmetric hybrid transducer motor design that produces its output from only one rotor. A one-dimensional finite element model for torsional vibration in the stator and a Coulomb friction model for rotor/stator contact associated with the longitudinal vibration of the motor are introduced. The calculation results demonstrate that the symmetric design is capable of performance comparable with the traditional asymmetric design when an optimum static spring force in the rotor/stator contact interface is applied during operation  相似文献
