子空间辨识方法作为一种有效的针对多输入-多输出系统(MIMO)的辨识建模方法近年来受到广泛的重视.目前主要采用的子空间辨识算法只能适用于白噪声环境,而实际的工业现场数据很多是受到较大有色噪声干扰的.针对问题采用了一种新的子空间辨识算法,利用马尔可夫参数用于处理随机性部分,同时引入辅助变量用以去除噪声的干扰,能够适用于存在较大有色噪声干扰情况下的辨识建模,并可得到对象的无偏模型,建模的精度优于通常所采用的子空间辨识算法.通过对精馏塔仿真模型的辨识结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性,以及在实际工业过程对象建模中良好的应用前景. 相似文献

子空间辨识算法作为一种优良的多变量系统辨识算法,最近在国内发展很快.但是现在国内介绍的大多数子空间辨识算法在变量有误差(errors-in-variable)时和闭环辨识时辨识结果却是有偏的,这是因为大多数子空间辨识算法都假设输入变量是没有噪声及辨识算法中存在的一个投影过程.文中介绍了一种新的子空间辨识算法,这种算法利用主元分析(PCA)来获取系统矩阵,避免了其他算法中的投影过程,因此该算法在闭环辨识和变量有误差(errors-in-variable)的情况下,辨识结果也是无偏的.最后给出一个仿真例子说明这种辨识算法的辨识效果良好. 相似文献

提出一种完全数据驱动的闭环子空间辨识及预测控制器设计方法. 该方法完全由闭环系统的输入输出数据辨识子空间矩阵, 通过子空间矩阵的拆分, 排除了与扰动相关的模型输入, 进而获取子空间矩阵参数的无偏估计; 将辨识得到的闭环系统子空间矩阵描述直接作为预测模型, 设计预测控制器; 将其应用于某钢铁集团焦炉炭化室压力控制系统, 取得了良好的控制效果.

针对环管式聚丙烯生产过程装置多变量、耦合和非线性等特性容易导致过程控制不稳定及质量指标波动问题,本文提出了一种基于修正闭环子空间辨识–分段线性(MSSARX--PWL)维纳(Wiener)模型结构的非线性模型预测控制算法.利用修正的闭环子空间辨识方法(MSSARX)辨识对象在闭环工况下的线性状态空间模型,并将该线性模型与多变量分段线性化(PWL)方法辨识得到的非线性稳态模型结合,建立双环管丙烯聚合反应动态过程的非线性预测模型,而后进一步将非线性模型转化为线性模型,在线性预测控制算法框架下用二次线性规划方法(LQP)优化控制器,无须用非线性规划方法(NLP)求解.从双环管丙烯聚合反应过程仿真例子表明,该算法不仅能保证模型和控制精度,而且能提高计算效率. 相似文献

Robustness issues are studied in the context of linear models in linear controller design and in system identification when the true system is nonlinear. The notion of nearly linear system is generalized to include time-varying and open-loop unstable systems. This class of systems, although it presents the simplest possible (global) generalization of linear systems, is in many ways nontrivial for the purpose of linear controller design and linear model identification from input-output data. This is mainly due to the presence of non-conic uncertainty, which is not included in standard treatments of robust control theory and stochastic system identification theory. Signal distribution theory, a realistic non-stochastic signal analysis tool, is used to study the limiting least squares estimates of linear finite impulse response (FIR) and autoregressive with external input (ARX) model parametrizations for two classes of nonlinear systems. This paper presents a digital model algorithm control (MAC) for nonlinear time-delayed systems. The MAC controller is designed based on the sampled-data representation of the dynamic system. A new discretization method using the Taylor series and zero order hold assumption is proposed to discretize the continuous nonlinear time-delayed system. The proposed discretization method can provide accurate time discretization results and convert the discrete-time system into a general nonlinear system, so that the MAC method can be employed. 对于存在结构正反馈的振动主动控制系统,传统的基于有限冲击响应的自适应前馈控制器设计方法难以同时保证控制系统稳定与良好的控制性能.本文在分析正反馈对前馈控制系统影响的基础上,基于无限冲击响应控制器设计模式,提出一种结合前馈自适应控制器和反馈自适应控制器的混合自适应振动主动控制方法.其中前馈自适应控制器采用参考传感器采集到的扰动相关信号作为参考信号,反馈自适应控制器通过构建扰动的估计量作为参考信号,控制器参数更新采用Landau参数递推算法.以一典型的具有固有正反馈性质的机械振动系统为控制对象,给出了该混合自适应控制算法的详细推导过程以及稳定性和收敛性分析过程,得到了算法稳定与收敛的严格正实条件以及相应放松严格正实条件的要求.在此基础上,通过构建实时振动主动控制实验平台,针对多种振动扰动开展对比实验分析.相关实验结果验证了本文提出的混合自适应振动主动控制方法的可行性和有效性. 相似文献

针对传统有限脉冲响应(FIR)滤波器设计方法和神经网络设计方法的不足,在改进使用支持向量机(SVM)设计FIR滤波器方法的基础上,提出了SVM设计FIR滤波器的硬件实现方法.使用理想滤波器的幅值响应训练SVM,得到训练参数,据此构建基于SVM的FIR滤波器的嵌入式系统.软件实现FIR滤波器的训练部分,硬件实现FIR滤波器的测试部分.单次判定测试向量的时间约为3500 ns,滤波准确率可达到98.41%.设计的滤波器具有良好的幅频特性,边界控制精确,逼近理想滤波器. 相似文献

This paper studies the blind identification of multi-channel FIR systems using precise and quantized observations. First, a new deterministic blind identification (DBI) algorithm is presented for multi-channel FIR systems using precise observations, in which the system parameters can be consistently estimated and the common source signal can be stably recovered. When the observed samples are quantized by a static finite-level quantizer, an iterative deterministic blind identification (IDBI) method is then provided. The asymptotic characters of the proposed IDBI method are discussed and the quantization effect on the identification performance is analyzed. This paper addresses the issue of system identification and controller design for an active-head slider used to form a stable and reliable head-disk interface with a spacing of sub 3?nm. A new identification method is proposed to fit the highly non-stationary and highly nonlinear slider dynamics. The estimated model is then used for the design of a model based nonlinear controller to control the flying height within the desired range. The effectiveness of the proposed system identification method and the nonlinear controller is verified with simulation examples. 相似文献
