针对彩色图像提出了一种基于肤色模型、脸部轮廓信息以及眼睛特征的人脸检测算法.采用基于YCbCr色彩空间的肤色分割模型,初步筛选人脸的候选区域;在此基础上进行边缘检测,获得人脸轮廓信息,并利用遗传算法拟合脸部的椭圆;在椭圆的水平方向根据眼睛的几何特征来检测"眼睛对",再根据"三停五眼"来定位人脸,并利用左右对称性验证人脸.实验表明,该算法对于彩色图像的正面人脸检测具有良好的效果. 相似文献

基于人脸特征和AdaBoost算法,提出一种改进的多姿态人脸检测算法。首先利用肤色特征快速排除绝大部分背景区域,然后在肤色区域中搜索眼睛和嘴巴区域,根据眼睛和嘴巴区域的几何特征所确定的人脸方向分割出大致正向的人脸候选区域,最后利用AdaBoost算法对候选区域进行分类。实验表明,算法能实现多姿态人脸的快速检测,而且对脸部表情和遮挡有较强的鲁棒性。 相似文献

为了能够实现单幅彩色图像中的人脸检测,提出了基于肤色模型和层次滤波技术的人脸检测算法.它通过基于肤色的鲁帮性进行肤色建模,在图像中精确的提取出肤色区域,再经过方向校正后,检验出一系列的人脸特征、像素亮度的变化以及连通区域的空间排列,可以较好地检测出图像中的脸部区域.实验结果表明,该方法可以适用于不同光照条件下的人脸检测,即使在脸部特征没有被很好的检测出的情形下也可以较好完成人脸检测. 相似文献

人脸检测是模式识别与计算机视觉领域内一个重要的研究热点。人脸是一个常见而复杂的视觉模式,易受干扰。目前常见的人脸检测算法一般具有计算量大、运行速度慢、误检率高等弱点。基于一种新的颜色空间YCgCb的高斯肤色模型,利用颜色信息把彩色图像分割为肤色区域和非肤色区域,并对肤色区域进行去噪处理,实现脸部区域的具体定位,最后标记出来。实验表明该肤色模型可以有效地检测出人脸,误检率低。 相似文献

In this paper, a novel algorithm for oriental face detection is presented to locate multiple faces in color scenery images. A binary skin color map is first obtained by applying the skin/non-skin color classification algorithm. Then, color regions corresponding to the facial and non-facial areas in the color map are separated with a clustering-based splitting algorithm. Thereafter, an elliptic face model is devised to crop the real human faces through the shape location procedure. Last, local thresholding technique and a statistic-based verification procedure are utilized to confirm the human faces. The proposed detection algorithm combines both the color and shape properties of faces. In this work, the color span of human face can be expanded as wilder as possible to cover different faces by using the clustering-based splitting algorithm. 由于受到面部五官、饰物等因素的影响,传统几何活动轮廓模型获取人脸外轮廓会产生凹陷、分片等现象.针对人脸图像的特点,将边缘外张力能量及肤色能量与全局能量结合,提出一种基于混合能量泛函的几何活动轮廓模型,有效地避免了这些问题.首先,根据演化曲线的邻域信息赋予边缘点向外的张力,使曲线能够克服面部特征及面部饰物的干扰,引导其向外轮廓方向演化.鉴于肤色是面部最重要的特征,提出肤色能量,进一步提高了模型的鲁棒性.此外,提出一种基于单高斯模型的改进算法,能够估计出接近实际人脸外轮廓的初始位置,为轮廓演化奠定了基础.在两个公共人脸库上进行测试,该方法能够得到准确的人脸分割效果;以手工分割的结果为基准,该算法定位精度明显优于传统的全局能量模型和局部能量模型.还用日常照片创建一个包含不同姿态、光照、复杂背景等因素、复杂的人脸库,分割结果表明,该方法能够克服这些因素的影响,取得了准确而稳定的人脸分割结果. 相似文献

针对当前人脸检测的研究现状与难题,采用改进的YCbCr椭圆聚类肤色模型进行肤色区域提取,根据肤色在YCb’Cr’空间的分布,对于亮度小于80的非肤色像素点会误判为肤色点,则缩小椭圆聚类;对于亮度大于230的肤色像素点会误判为非肤色点,则扩大椭圆聚类,有效避免了在高亮度区域和亮度较低的区域中的肤色点误判问题。接着利用人脸的几何特征,对二值化图中的目标区域进行比例、大小结构的分析,排除不可能的人脸区域,并基于肤色和位置进行区域优化,将处理后的结果作为候选人脸区域输出。 相似文献

Animal detection plays a very vital role in wildlife protection and many other real life applications. In this paper, we focus on face detection of Golden monkeys who live in Qinling Mountains, Shaanxi province, China, and present a relatively complete face detection algorithm to detect these monkeys’ faces, which mainly includes three parts: the location of the monkeys’ bodies, the detection of th+e suspicious facial skin and the accurate detection of the true faces. Firstly, regional color quantization is proposed to quantize the HSV color space for the nature images with different sizes, and we can get the areas of the monkeys’ bodies according to the color distribution of the monkeys’ hair in the histogram of the quantized color space. Then the areas of suspicious facial skin can be extracted from these areas of the monkeys’ bodies. Further, we propose incremental self-paced curriculum learning (ISPCL) to detect the true monkeys’ faces accurately. In our method, regional color quantization can increase the color differences between the background and the monkeys’ hair, so that the segmented results have fewer background pixels. Besides, the basic idea of the incremental learning is introduced into the training process of SPCL, which is to simulate the process in which human learn something from easy samples to hard ones, this idea is able to improve the performances of face detection. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can locate the monkeys’ bodies in the images with different sizes, and can detect their faces effectively. This research lays a foundation for face recognition and behavior analysis of golden monkeys. 相似文献

基于肤色信息的人脸检测方法能快速获得所有可能的候选人脸,把经过光线补偿处理后的彩色图像从RGB转换到YCbCr色彩空间,根据实验获得的最佳阈值进行肤色分割,快速获得所有可能的候选人脸。对候选人脸作形态学处理及人脸区域标定,最终确定人脸区域。实验结果表明,基于肤色的人脸检测方法能快速的区分人脸区域和背景区域,将人脸区域标定在一个白色的矩形框内,具有良好的检测效果。 相似文献

Automatic initialization and tracking of multiple people and their body parts is one of the first steps in designing interactive multimedia applications. The key problems in this context are robust detection and tracking of people and their body parts in an unconstrained environment. This paper presents an integrated framework to address detection and tracking of multiple objects in a computationally efficient manner. In particular, a neural network-based face detector was employed to detect faces and compute person specific statistical model for skin color from the face regions. A probabilistic model was proposed to fuse the color and motion information to localize the moving body parts (hands). Multiple hypothesis tracking (MHT) algorithm was adopted to track face and hands. In real world scenes extracted features (face and hands) usually contain spurious measurements that create unconvincing trajectories and needless computations. To deal with this problem a path coherence function was incorporated along with MHT to reduce the number of hypotheses, which in turn reduces the computational cost and improves the structure of trajectories. The performance of the framework was validated using experiments on synthetic and real sequence of images. 相似文献
