已经证明2维情况下一般各向异性扩散与HAAR小波收缩在一定条件下是等价的,基于此等价性的各向异性小波收缩结合了小波收缩与各向异性扩散两种方法的优势。将各向异性小波收缩用于多尺度图像分割,提出一种对多尺度各向异性扩散分割方法的改进方法——多尺度各向异性小波收缩图像分割算法。该算法利用各向异性小波收缩对图像中像素灰度值进行扩散,在尽可能保持边缘的情况下,使同质区域内相邻像素灰度随尺度数增加趋于相同,构造基于尺度的空间栈,从而完成对目标的分割,是一种非监督图像分割方法。对比实验结果表明,该算法在有效处理区域内部不一致性的同时,能够准确地定位目标边缘,实现同质区域的融合,完成分割任务,且该算法收敛速度高于多尺度各向异性扩散分割方法。  相似文献

提出了一种基于微粒群算法的区域生长图像分割方法,该方法利用微粒群较强的搜索能力搜索像素种子点。由于搜索像素种子点是按密度进行,计算量小,大幅度提高了算法的计算速度,同时克服了传统区域生长方法不能自动选择种子且容易导致过分割的局限性。实验表明,该方法可以准确地分割出目标,是一种有效的图像分割方法。  相似文献

传统的聚类图像分割方法一般仅仅利用图像中的灰度信息。为了更好地利用图像中的区域和边缘信息,提出一种基于分水岭过分割的多目标模糊核聚类图像分割算法。该算法采用分水岭算法获得图像的过分割区域,采用多目标模糊核聚类算法对区域代表点和分水岭上的像素进行聚类。根据聚类结果将图像中的像素进行标记,得到最终的分割图像。实验结果表明,由于利用了图像区域信息,使得目标能够比较完整地从背景中分离出来。  相似文献

图像分割是指将图像分割成一些互不重叠的区域,各区域内部具有相同或相近的某些特定属性,而不同区域之间的属性则相差明显。在图像处理的许多应用中,由于像素级处理的方法因图像数据量庞大、运算规模较大而需要耗费大量的运行时间,因此对图像进行超像素分割预处理是很有必要的一个步骤。基于区域协方差分析,提出了一种新的像素块相似度度量方法;基于像素块相似度度量提出了一种图像超像素生成的鲁棒方法。该方法首先利用K-means算法对输入图像 进行初始聚类分割成若干小区域,对每个小区域利用区域协方差矩阵描述其特征信息;然后利用小区域块之间的区域协方差距离来构造相似度矩阵,结合Graph-based与K-means方法对区域块聚类生成图像超像素。与其它方法相比,该方法在生成较紧凑超像素的同时能更好地保持图像边缘特征信息,改善了图像欠分割错误,减少了不必要的过分割现象。将图像超像素生成方法应用于图像风格化中可以快速生成油画风格的风格化图像。  相似文献

提出经前馈神经网络快速在线学习、构建像素分类模型进行图像分割的算法。首先利用谱残差法计算像素显著度,通过对少数高显著度点的分布进行多尺度分析,获得符合人眼视觉特性的显著图和注视区域。然后从注视区域和非注视区域随机抽样构成由正负样本像素组成的训练集,在线训练一个两分类的随机权前馈神经网络模型。最后使用该模型分类全图像素,实现图像分割。实验表明,文中算法在谱残差法基础上提升对图像中显著目标的分割性能,分割结果与人类视觉感知匹配度较好。  相似文献

针对图像复制粘贴型篡改,提出一种基于超像素分割与快速鲁棒特征算法结合的方法。对图像进行SLIC(Simple Linear Iterative Clustering)超像素分割,提取图像的SURF(Speeded Up Robust Features)特征点与特征描述子;以块为单位结合k-d树与BBF(Best Bin First)最近邻查询算法进行粗匹配;采用随机采样一致性算法剔除误匹配;用腐蚀膨胀操作显示复制粘贴篡改区域。实验证明该方法有较高的准确率和检测效率。  相似文献

由于传统基于图论的图像分割方法是基于像素级别的,随着像素的增多,其应用也受到了限制,因此,提出一种改进的图像分割方法。该图像分割方法利用Dijkstra算法,将图像的像素点聚集形成超像素;应用Kruskal算法,得到最小生成树,确定并删除最小生成树的不一致边,完成图像分割。实验结果表明,改进方法分割的区域内部特征具有较好的均匀性和一致性。  相似文献

针对岩屑颗粒密集和颗粒表面纹理复杂的特点,提出一种基于熵率超像素分割和区域合并的分割方法。熵率超像素分割将图像分为一系列紧凑的、具有区域一致性的区域,不仅边缘定位准确且降低图像计算的复杂度;针对存在的过分割情况,提出一种结合颜色直方图和形状信息的合并准则,进行基于RAG结构的快速区域合并,得到最后分割结果。实验结果表明,将该方法用于岩屑颗粒图像分割,能够取得较好的实验效果。  相似文献

提出了一种基于均值偏移的彩色图像分割算法。首先阐述了在CIE LUV均匀彩色模型下均值偏移算法的基本原理,然后给出了在图像分割中的具体实现方法:选定一个像素,在适当的空间窗和色彩窗限定的特征空间中寻找模式点,实现窗口中心从选定点到模式点的偏移,重复此过程,直到找到稳定的模式点并用模式点的色彩值代替该像素,遍历所有像素,最终达到对所有像素进行聚类。通过两幅图像对算法进行检验,实验结果证明该算法对彩色图像具有良好的分割效果。  相似文献

针对传统的模糊C均值聚类算法(FCM)在图像分割中对噪声十分敏感这一局限性,提出一种自适应的FCM图像分割方法。该方法充分考虑图像像素的灰度信息和空间信息,根据像素的空间位置自适应地计算一个合适的相似度距离来进行聚类分割图像。实验结果表明,与传统的FCM相比,该方法能显著提高分割质量,尤其是能提高对于图像噪声的鲁棒性和分割图像区域边缘的准确性。  相似文献

Presents an autonomous agent-based image segmentation approach. In this approach, a digital image is viewed as a two-dimensional cellular environment which the agents inhabit and attempt to label homogeneous segments. In so doing, the agents rely on some reactive behaviors such as breeding and diffusion. The agents that are successful in finding the pixels of a specific homogeneous segment will breed offspring agents inside their neighboring regions. Hence, the offspring agents will become likely to find more homogeneous-segment pixels. 目的 SAR图像中固有的相干斑噪声增加了图像分割的困难.为此,提出一种分布式SAR图像分割算法.方法 首先假设图像中同质区域内像素满足同一独立的Gamma分布,依此建立SAR图像模型;为了刻画SAR图像中像素的类属性,建立标号场的MRF(Markov Random Field)模型;在Bayesian理论框架下建立图像分割模型;在多主体系统(MAS)框架下,结合MRF模型和遗传算法(GA)模拟分割模型.MAS结构由分割主体和协调主体组成,其中分割主体利用最大期望值( EM)算法估计MRF模型参数,从而实现全局分割;协调主体利用GA实现全局最优.结果 为了验证提出方法的有效性,分别对模拟和RADARSAT-I/II SAR图像进行实验,并与EM和RJMCMC算法比较.本文算法的用户精度、产品精度、总精度及kappa系数均高于EM算法.定性和定量分析结果验证了本文算法的鲁棒性和有效性.结论 实验结果表明提出的分布式MAS框架下SAR图像分割方法,能够提高分割精度.该方法适用于中高分辨率单极化的SAR图像,且具有很好的抗噪性.  相似文献

In this paper, a color image segmentation approach based on homogram thresholding and region merging is presented. The homogram considers both the occurrence of the gray levels and the neighboring homogeneity value among pixels. Therefore, it employs both the local and global information. Fuzzy entropy is utilized as a tool to perform homogram analysis for finding all major homogeneous regions at the first stage. Then region merging process is carried out based on color similarity among these regions to avoid oversegmentation. The proposed homogram-based approach (HOB) is compared with the histogram-based approach (HIB). The experimental results demonstrate that the HOB can find homogeneous regions more effectively than HIB does, and can solve the problem of discriminating shading in color images to some extent.  相似文献

This paper presents a new approach to image feature extraction which utilizes evolutionary autonomous agents. Image features are often mathematically defined in terms of the gray-level intensity at image pixels. The optimality of image feature extraction is to find all the feature pixels from the image. In the proposed approach, the autonomous agents, being distributed computational entities, operate directly in the 2-D lattice of a digital image and exhibit a number of reactive behaviors. To effectively locate the feature pixels, individual agents sense the local stimuli from their image environment by means of evaluating the gray-level intensity of locally connected pixels, and accordingly activate their behaviors. The behavioral repository of the agents consists of: 1) feature-marking at local pixels and self-reproduction of offspring agents in the neighboring regions if the local stimuli are found to satisfy feature conditions, 2) diffusion to adjacent image regions if the feature conditions are not held, or 3) death if the agents exceed their life span. As part of the behavior evolution, the directions in which the agents self-reproduce and/or diffuse are inherited from the directions of their selected high-fitness parents. 使用分水岭方法对图像进行分割引起了人们的重视,但是在图像分割中,分水岭变换使用的是梯度图像,容易造成过度分割。因此首先对原始图像进行平滑,将平滑后的图像使用分水岭变换,同一标号的像素属于同一贮水盆地,而将距不同贮水盆地距离相等的像素标为分水岭点,这样就得到了图像的初始分割结果;最后应用灰度齐次性准则和边界强度准则进行区域的融合,从而解决了过度分割问题。实验结果表明,该方法得到了精确的、有意义的分割结果。  相似文献

In this paper, a fuzzy-like technique is presented that resolves several difficult issues related to image segmentation, such as highlights and shadows. Large, relatively continuous, areas within an image are usually easy to segment, and the pixels included within different segments are often determined by using derived edge information. However, in many cases, pixels which lie between segments or in high frequency areas of an image cannot be easily categorised as belonging to any particular segments. Typically, according to the dichromatic reflection model, these pixels may belong to the matte, highlight or shadow area of the closest segment; or, in association with neighbouring pixels, they make up a separate smaller segment. The dichromatic reflection model is applied here to merge highlight and shadow areas with matte areas in an image. By segmenting those pixels into proper regions, the proposed fuzzy-like reasoning approach provides a more human-like segmentation of images.  相似文献

In this correspondence, we develop a novel approach that provides effective and robust segmentation of color images. By incorporating the advantages of the mean shift (MS) segmentation and the normalized cut (Ncut) partitioning methods, the proposed method requires low computational complexity and is therefore very feasible for real-time image segmentation processing. It preprocesses an image by using the MS algorithm to form segmented regions that preserve the desirable discontinuity characteristics of the image. The segmented regions are then represented by using the graph structures, and the Ncut method is applied to perform globally optimized clustering. Because the number of the segmented regions is much smaller than that of the image pixels, the proposed method allows a low-dimensional image clustering with significant reduction of the complexity compared to conventional graph-partitioning methods that are directly applied to the image pixels. In addition, the image clustering using the segmented regions, instead of the image pixels, also reduces the sensitivity to noise and results in enhanced image segmentation performance. Furthermore, to avoid some inappropriate partitioning when considering every region as only one graph node, we develop an improved segmentation strategy using multiple child nodes for each region. The superiority of the proposed method is examined and demonstrated through a large number of experiments using color natural scene images.  相似文献

提出一种新的彩色图像分割方法,将图像分割成具有明显视觉一致性的区域,这种一致性能够模拟人观察图像时的视觉感受,例如图像中的一片区域具有相同的颜色、纹理。对这样的一致性区域建立特征描述符,如颜色编码、连通系数、面积比例,其中颜色编码是通过将像素在HSI颜色空间中量化得到,进而为整幅图像建立特征描述;然后将这种特征描述用于图像的检索。实验结果表明,这种方法不仅能够很好地模拟图像所带给人的视觉感受,而且对具有视觉一致性的图像检索效果也有很好的表现。  相似文献

Landscapes are complex systems composed of a large number of heterogeneous components as well as explicit homogeneous regions that have similar spectral character on high‐resolution remote sensing imagery. The multiscale analysis method is considered an effective way to study the remotely sensed images of complex landscape systems. However, there remain some difficulties in identifying perfect image‐objects that tally with the actual ground‐object figures from their hierarchical presentation results. Therefore, to overcome the shortcomings in applications of multiresolution segmentation, some concepts and a four‐step approach are introduced for homogeneous image‐object detection. The spectral mean distance and standard deviation of neighbouring object candidates are used to distinguish between two adjacent candidates in one segmentation. The distinguishing value is used in composing the distinctive feature curve (DFC) with object candidate evolution in a multiresolution segmentation procedure. The scale order of pixels is built up by calculating a series of conditional relative extrema of each curve based on the class separability measure. This is helpful in determining the various optimal scales for diverse ground‐objects in image segmentation and the potential meaningful image‐objects fitting the intrinsic scale of the dominant landscape objects. Finally, the feasibility is analysed on the assumption that the homogeneous regions obey a Gaussian distribution. Satisfactory results were obtained in applications to high‐resolution remote sensing imageries of anthropo‐directed areas.  相似文献

传统C-V模型分割图像利用图像区域特征,忽略 了边缘等能够反应图像细节的特征。为了达到更好的图像分割效果,对于这些细节信息的处理则显得尤为重要。图像的梯度信息在边缘区域具有较大幅值,在同质区域具有较小幅值,因而可以用图像梯度来反映图像的边缘信息。把边缘信息融入C-V模型,利用同质区域信 息和边缘信息控制曲线演化,则可以达到更好的分割效果。本文提出的新模型克服了C-V模型的一些 缺陷,对背景灰度不均匀或含弱边缘的图像能够获得更好的分割效果。  相似文献
