In this paper, we provide a super-resolution image reconstruction algorithm based on wavelet transform. Wavelet transform can separate high frequency and low frequency information of image. The more high frequency information can be obtained by using wavelet transform and the technique of image fusion. Meanwhile, reconstructed super-resolution image is produced by the iterative method. In iteration process, noise of image can be suppressed by applying method of wavelet threshold de-noising. The experiment results show that the algorithm can overcome the disadvantage of the classical interpolation method and effectively improve the resolution and PSNR of the image.  相似文献

The discrete wavelet transform has become an attractive tool for fusing multisensor images. This paper investigates the discrete wavelet frame transform. A major advantage of this method over discrete wavelet transform is aliasing free and translation invariant. The discrete wavelet frame (DWF) transform is used to decompose the registered images into multiscale representation with the low frequency and the high frequency bands. The low frequency band is normalized and fused by using the expectation maximization (EM) algorithm. The informative importance measure is applied to the high frequency band. The final fused image is obtained by taking the inverse transform on the composite coefficient representations. Experiments show that the proposed method is more effective than conventional image fusion methods.  相似文献

A construction method of two channels non-separable wavelets filter bank which dilation matrix is [1, 1; 1,-1] and its application in the fusion of multi-spectral image are presented. Many 4×4 filter banks are designed. The multi-spectral image fusion algorithm based on this kind of wavelet is proposed. Using this filter bank, multi-resolution wavelet decomposition of the intensity of multi-spectral image and panchromatic image is performed, and the two low-frequency components of the intensity and the panchromatic image are merged by using a tradeoff parameter. The experiment results show that this method is good in the preservation of spectral quality and high spatial resolution information. Its performance in preserving spectral quality and high spatial information is better than the fusion method based on DWFT and IHS. When the parameter t is closed to 1, the fused image can obtain rich spectral information from the original MS image. The amount of computation reduced to only half of the fusion method based on four channels wavelet transform.  相似文献

Image denoising is the basic problem of image processing.Quaternion wavelet transform is a new kind of multiresolution analysis tools.Image via quaternion wavelet transform,wavelet coefficients both in intrascale and in interscale have certain correlations.First,according to the correlation of quaternion wavelet coefficients in interscale,non-Gaussian distribution model is used to model its correlations,and the coefficients are divided into important and unimportance coefficients.Then we use the non-Gaussian distribution model to model the important coefficients and its adjacent coefficients,and utilize the MAP method estimate original image wavelet coefficients from noisy coefficients,so as to achieve the purpose of denoising.Experimental results show that our algorithm outperforms the other classical algorithms in peak signal-to-noise ratio and visual quality.  相似文献

The research of wavelet coders has been being active since Mallat found the fast algorithm of wavelet transform.The novel compression standards JPEG2000 and MPEG-4,both using wavelent transform,will be finished in this year.There are two main factors which have relations with the performance of the wavelet image coders.One is the construction and selection of the Wavelet basis;the other is the quantization and coding of AC coefficients.After introducing the architecture of a general wavelet image coder,this paper discusses the selection of wavelet basis and the quantization of AC coefficients.At last,the paper introduces a few image coders which are suitable for the internet applications.  相似文献

An novel embedding method for image watermark based on wavelet transform is proposed. With this method ,the value of each pels is modified directly,so that a bit of watermark information is embedded in every pel-s. Before emeded,the original image is decomposed by wavelet transform,and then,a correlation mask for every imagepels is confirmed by the characteristic and tree structure ralation of the wavelet coefficients. At last, the modified val-ue of every pels is controlled by its corresponding mask for watermark information embedded. The experimental re-sults show that the embedded digital watermarks with this proposed method are invisible and robust enough againstthe commonly used image processing techniques.  相似文献

The goal of infrared (IR) and visible image fu- sion is for the fused image to contain IR object features from the IR image and retain the visual details provided by the visible image. The disadvantage of traditional fusion method based on independent component analysis (ICA) is that the primary feature information that describes the IR objects and the secondary feature information in the IR image are fused into the fused image. Secondary feature information can de- press the visual effect of the fused image. A novel ICA-based IR and visible image fusion scheme is proposed in this paper. ICA is employed to extract features from the infrared image, and then the primary and secondary features are distinguished by the kurtosis information of the ICA base coefficients. The secondary features of the IR image are discarded during fu- sion. The fused image is obtained by fusing primary features into the visible image. Experimental results show that the pro- posed method can provide better perception effect.  相似文献

Small storage space for photographs in formal documents is increasingly necessary in today's needs for huge amounts of data communication and storage. Traditional compression algorithms do not sufficiently utilize the distinctness of formal photographs. That is, the object is an image of the human head, and the background is in unicolor. Therefore, the compression is of low efficiency and the image after compression is still space-consuming. This paper presents an image compression algorithm based on object segmentation for practical high-efficiency applications. To achieve high coding efficiency, shape-adaptive discrete wavelet transforms are used to transformation arbitrarily shaped objects. The areas of the human head and its background are compressed separately to reduce the coding redundancy of the background. Two methods, lossless image contour coding based on differential chain, and modified set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) algorithm of arbitrary shape, are discussed in detail. The results of experiments show that when bit per pixel (bpp)is equal to 0.078, peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of reconstructed photograph will exceed the standard of SPIHT by nearly 4dB.  相似文献

This paper aims at digital watermark which is a new popular research topic recently,presents some methods to embed digital watermark based on modifying frequency coefficients in discrete wavelet transform(DWT) domian,Fist,the,the present progress of digital watermark is briefly introduced;after that,starting from Pitas‘s method and discarding his pseudo random number method,the authors use a digital image scrambling technology as preprocessing for digital watermarking ,Then the authors discuss how to embed a 1-bit digital image as watermark in frequency domain.Finally another digital watermarking method is given in which3-D DWT is used to transform a given digtial image .Based on the experimental results ,it is shown that the proposed methods are robust to a large extent.  相似文献

In this paper, a saliency weighted visual feature similarity (SWVFS) metric is proposed for full reference im- age quality assessment (IQA). Instead of traditional spatial pooling strategies, a visual saliency-based approach is em- ployed for better compliance with properties of the human visual system, where the saliency allocation is closely related to the activity of posterior parietal cortex and the pluvial nu- clei of the thalamus. Assuming that the saliency map actually represents the contribution of locally computed visual distor- tions to the overall image quality, the gradient similarity and the textural congruency are merged into the final image qual- ity indicator. The gradient and texture comparison play com- plementary roles in characterizing the local image distortion. Extensive experiments conducted on seven publicly available image databases show that the performance of SWVFS is competitive with the state-of-the-art IQA algorithms.  相似文献

针对传统图像增强算法的缺陷, 提出了一种基于小波分析和模糊理论的图像增强算法, 该算法先对原始图像进行小波变换得到图像的高频和低频小波系数, 再定义新的模糊隶属度函数对低频系数进行模糊增强, 对不同方向上的高频系数进行小波阈值去噪, 通过小波重构得到增强后的图像, 所有算法通过Matlab编程验证, 能有效的增强图像, 改善图像的视觉效果. 实验结果表明, 算法是可行有效的.  相似文献

针对煤矿井下粉尘多、光照差的恶劣环境使得矿井监控图像偏暗、对比度低、视觉效果差的特点,提出了一种基于小波变换和模糊理论的图像增强算法。该算法选择小波变换为工具分解图像,应用新的模糊隶属度和增强算子对高频信息进行模糊处理,利用直方图均衡化对低频信息进行处理,最后对图像进行重构。处理结果较好地增强了图像细节信息,从整体上改善了图像效果。  相似文献

提出了一种IHS变换与小波变换相结合的图像融合新方法。对多光谱(TM)图像的强度分量和全色(PAN)图像分别进行小波分解,根据小波变换高低频分量的不同特点,分别采取不同的高低频融合准则形成新的小波高低频分量,再先后进行小波逆变换和IHS逆变换得到融合后的TM图像。实验结果表明,提出的图像融合算法明显改善了融合图像的客观评价和主观视觉效果。  相似文献

提出了一种基于人眼视觉特性与局部相关的小波域彩色图像编码方案.该方案以嵌入零树小波(EZW)编码思想为基础,通过建立可逆彩色空间变换,丢弃部分高频细节子带、单独编码最低频子带、高频子带自适应EZW编码及多关联预测算术编码等措施,实现彩色图像的自适应压缩编码.实验结果表明,文中算法具有较好的压缩效果和较强的通用性.  相似文献

为了从不同源图像中获取更多的互补信息,提出了一种基于提升机制的图像融合方法.在分析图像融合近几年研究成果的基础上,对融合图像进行双正交小波变换,获得不同尺度下的小波金字塔图像,再对低频系数取加权平均值,高频系数进行局部梯度运算,采用局部梯度值最大值作为高频系数,最后对处理的小波域的高低频系数反变换得到融合后图像.通过分析实验结果表明,提出的算法适合两幅及多幅图像的自主融合,而且可以获得视觉效果更好、细节更为丰富的融合图像,消除块效应.  相似文献

为了尽可能地保持图像的基本信息,提高图像的视觉效果和空间分辨率, 提出一种基于小波的改进加权抛物线插值算法,即在传统的加权抛物线算法上增加插值的误 差补偿项。利用sobel 算子设定插值点的边缘方向,得到初始放大图像。利用小波变换提取 高频成份,原始图像幅值增强充当低频部分,再经过小波逆变换得到高分辨率图像。实验结 果表明,相对于传统的图像放大算法,该算法考虑到全局相关性,得到更加清晰的边缘信息。  相似文献

图像放大问题的焦点是如何在图像放大过程中保持良好的视觉分辨率和清晰度。论文首先对加权抛物线插值算法进行了改进,在此基础上提出一种加权抛物线插值结合小波变换的图像放大算法,并对小波变换后的小波系数低频带作了幅值增强处理。实验结果表明,相对于传统的图像放大算法,该算法不仅较好地保留了原始图像的细节信息,而且还提高了放大后图像的亮度和清晰度。  相似文献

为了抑制局部线性嵌入算法对噪音的敏感性,结合Haar小波变换,提出了一种人脸识别的新方法。利用Haar小波变换将原始图像数据分解为高频分量和低频分量,忽略水平高频与垂直高频分量,并将低频分量按行堆叠的方式引入其原始图像数据中。通过LLE对该图像数据进行降维,求得训练和测试样本各自对应的矩阵。依据最近邻准则完成人脸识别。基于ORL与Sheffield人脸数据库的实验结果表明了该方法对改善传统LLE算法识别率的有效性。  相似文献

鉴于自然物体图像具有分形特征,提出了小波分形插值应用于遥感图像处理的新方法.这种小波分形插值方法利用小波变换系数中低分辨率频带中的高频分量相似高分辨率频带中的高频分量的特点.将遥感图像在小波变换的基础上用分形做相似变换,进而通过反变换得到比原图像分辨率高的插值图像.实验证明,小波分形插值方法比现有的双线性插值、三次方B样条插值方法具有更好的性能.  相似文献

利用小波包分析对高频部分进一步分解的特点,尝试将分形编码和小波包变换相结合来进行图像压缩。首先将图像进行小波包分解,然后对高频部分采用基于小波变换的压缩,对低频部分进行分形压缩。计算机模拟试验表明,采用上述改进方案,与基本分形编码相比,编码速度提高了20倍左右,且重建图像的主观保真度更高。  相似文献
