基于ARM平台设计了一种改进滑动测频法.该方法定时更新一个运行参数序列,以同时记录脉冲信号计数值和脉冲信号采集时间,并由运行参数序列求取被测脉冲信号的频率值.该方法有效解决了传统测频法测量结果更新时间长,只适用于高频信号的测量的问题.试验结果表明,所设计的改进滑动测频法提高了测量结果的实时性,同样适用于低频信号的测量,且实现简单. 相似文献

通过对安全阀阀瓣膜传感器进行ANSYS数值模拟和相关实验研究,从理论和实验两方面探索了对阀瓣膜传感器进行标定问题,经过实验验证后,提出了一种准确可行的标定方案.首先,采用ANSYS软件模拟了阀瓣膜传感器承受不同载荷下的应变与压力的关系;同时也设计了一套阀瓣膜传感器的标定实验装置,利用该实验装置对阀瓣膜传感器进行了标定实验.标定实验结果分析表明,阀瓣在承受不同载荷的情况下,应变与压力呈良好的线性关系,线性度达到99.9%,并与相同载荷情况下ANSYS分析结果完全吻合,从而验证了这一标定实验方案的可靠性;通过对阀瓣膜传感器的灵敏度、线性度、重复性、滞后性等指标进行分析,结果显示其参数满足一般传感器的标准,验证了该传感器的可行性. 相似文献

针对课堂教学中教师需要手握激光笔遥控PowerPoint幻灯片翻页的问题,提出了体感手环控制幻灯片翻页的方法,设计了基于MPU6050传感器的体感手环教学控制装置,该装置采用体感无线手环和教学接收装置组成的无线数据传输控制结构,重点研究并提出了手势动作定义、手势信号感知与预处理和手势特征提取等算法,并通过该装置的设计和测试,进行算法有效性和准确率的验证。实验结果显示,系统能够有效识别向左或向右一挥的手势动作,能够可靠控制PowerPoint幻灯片向上或向下翻页,实现设计效果。 相似文献

With recent improvements in wireless sensor network hardware there has been a concurrent push to develop sensors that are suitable in terms of price and performance. In this paper a low-cost gas sensor is detailed, and significant improvements in sensor characteristics have been achieved compared to previously published results. A chemical sensor is presented based on the use of low-cost LEDs as both the light source and photodetector, coupled with a sensor slide coated with a pH sensitive colorimetric dye to create a simple gas sensor. Similar setups have been successfully used to detect both acetic acid and ammonia. The goal of this work was to optimise the system performance by integration of the sensing technique into a purposely deigned flowcell platform that holds the colorimetric slide and optical detector in position. The reproducibility of the sensor has been improved through this arrangement and careful control of deposited film thickness. The enhanced reproducibility between sensors opens the potential of calibration-free measurement, in that calibration of one sensor can be used to model the characteristics of all sensors in a particular batch. 相似文献

Integrated capability for detection of head–disk contact is desired for magnetic sliders with near-contact flying height. At the same time, fabrication of added features should be compatible with the existing slider micromachining process which is highly specialized and cost sensitive. Aimed at meeting the two requirements, a novel sensor configuration is explored in the present study. The new sensor configuration consists of a piezoelectric zinc oxide (ZnO) thin-film sensor sandwiched in the magnetic slider on its trailing side. Coupled structural and piezoelectric finite-element analysis for a sensor–slider–suspension assembly was performed to investigate the dynamic sensing performance. Output voltages on the millivolt level were obtained under typical head–disk interactions. The second in-plane bending mode of the slider was found to be the major contributor to the output voltage. Parametric study further showed that a thicker ZnO layer generally generated a larger output, while the thickness of the slider overcoat had only minimal effect. Simulation results from harmonic and transient analyses demonstrated that the piezoelectric thin-film ZnO sensor was sufficiently sensitive for detection of head–disk contact. 相似文献

The meso-tetra(4-pyridyl)porphyrin (MTPyP) deposited on glass slide by dip coating was used as a solid state sensor for HCl gas detection by optochemical method. Exposure of MTPyP coated glass slide to HCl gas results in the formation of protonated meso-tetra(4-pyridyl)porphyrin (PMTPyP). UV-vis and fluorescence spectral methods were used to study the protonation of MTPyP both in solution and on solid state. The absorption spectrum of MTPyP modified glass slide shows an intense Soret band at 427 nm, which is shifted to 470 nm upon exposure to HCl gas. The concentration of HCl gas was monitored from the absorbance changes of Soret band of PMTPyP at 470 nm. The detection limit of the solid state sensor was found to be 0.01 ppm. The recovery rate of the solid state was very fast and it was monitored by UV-vis and fluorescence techniques with successive exposure to HCl gas and ammonia vapor with nitrogen gas. The planarity and energy of the molecule have changed after exposed to HCl gas which was confirmed by ab-intio calculation using Gaussian software. The response of the solid state sensor towards HCl gas was highly stable for several months. 相似文献
