软件系统类课程的最终呈现载体是软件项目,这与项目教学所需的载体不谋而合,在软件系统课程当中实施项目教学法使软件系统课程的教学有了重要的载体,以项目贯穿整个教学过程,使得学生的学习有具体的内容为依托,教学效果良好。同时,项目教学法通常在实施过程当中是以小组合作的模式进行的,这正体现了软件系统课程对应的程序员岗位群的工作性质。通过项目教学法,恰好可以在学习的过程当中,培养学生的团队意识,以及创新精神、表达能力、沟通能力等,对于学生在学习过程中成长为准程序员有着十分重要的作用。文章研究了基于项目教学法的软件系统课程开发的重要性,以及课程开发的主要内容,并分析了此类课程开发过程中的主要问题。  相似文献

This paper presents a “two-group knapsack game”. A number of investors colligate into two groups to bid on a common pool of potential projects. Each investor has his/her own budget limit and a cost estimation for undertaking each possible project. Each group represents a power by its market share. Associated with each project, there is a potential profit that can be realized. Investors in the same group hold an internal agreement of putting the group’s collective interest ahead of the individual’s interest and not bidding on the same project by more than one investor in the group. The profit of a particular project can be wholly taken by the sole bidder or shared proportionally by two bidders in different groups according to their group power. The objective of each group may be based not only on its own group profit but also on the other group’s profit. Assuming that each investor acts in a selfish manner with the best response to optimize its group’s objective subject to the budget constraint, we show that a pure Nash equilibrium exists under certain conditions. We also have some interesting findings of the “price of anarchy” (the ratio of the worst Nash equilibrium to the social optimum) associated with a simplified version of the two-group knapsack game with three investors.  相似文献

Multi-bridge machining systems (MBMS) have gained wide applications in industry due to their high production capacity and efficiency. They contain multiple bridge machines working in parallel within their partially overlapping workspaces. Their scheduling problems can be abstracted into a serial-colored travelling salesman problem in which each salesman has some exclusive cities and some cities shared with its neighbor(s). To solve it, we develop a greedy algorithm that selects a neighboring city satisfying proximity. The algorithm allows a salesman to select randomly its shared cities and runs accordingly many times. It can thus be used to solve job scheduling problems for MBMS. Subsequently, a collision-free scheduling method is proposed to address both job scheduling and collision resolution issues of MBMS. It is an extension of the greedy algorithm by introducing time window constraints and a collision resolution mechanism. Thus, the augmented greedy algorithm can try its best to select stepwise a job for an individual machine such that no time overlaps exist between it and the job sequence of the neighboring machine dealt in the corresponding overlapping workspace; and remove such a time overlap only when it is inevitable. Finally, we conduct a case study of a large triplebridge waterjet cutting system by applying the proposed method.   相似文献

Team members can request and provide backup from one to other members, which can help teams with high workload achieve dynamic workload optimization at the group level. However, studies on this issue are limited, especially on real‐world high‐risk operations. This study explored how to approach air traffic controllers make backup decisions in the dependent parallel approach operation. In this study, we focused on how individual difference factors can influence the controller's backup willingness and decision. Forty licensed controllers performed 32 simulated scenarios varied in their own task load, the backup recipients' task load, and shorter taxing possibility. We also measured their job satisfaction and work experience. Multilevel regression analyses showed that controllers with a higher level of job satisfaction were more likely to provide help to their colleagues. Moreover, when their job satisfaction was high, they were less sensitive to the seemingly inappropriate request, but they only used their additional resources to help others. The findings were discussed in the literature of teamwork and aviation safety.  相似文献

Genetic algorithms (GAs) are widely used in finding solutions for resource constrained multi-project scheduling problems (RCMPSP) in construction projects. In the finishing phase of a complex construction project, each room forms a confined space for crews to conduct a series of activities and can thus be considered as an individual sub-project. Generating the look-ahead schedule (LAS) which takes into account the limited resources available at the job site falls in the domain of RCMPSP. Therefore GAs can be used to address this scheduling problem and help construction managers to guide the daily work on site. However, current GAs do not consider three key practical aspects that the project planers and construction managers deal with frequently at the job sites: the engineering priorities of each individual sub-project, the zone constraint and the blocking constraint. By addressing these aspects, this paper proposes a GA-based method that takes them into account in the search process for optimum project duration and/or cost. Two examples are used for the discussion of the effectiveness of this method and to showcase its capability in project scheduling when the scale of a project increases.  相似文献

针对标准遗传算法收敛速度慢和易陷入局部最优的问题,在总结已有经验的基础上对标准遗传算法提出改进:采用基于工序的编码、解码方式,每一次遗传操作后对种群采用循环选择并保留最优个体,对交叉操作和变异概率的计算提出了一系列改进方法,避免遗传算法产生无用解或陷入局部优化,以提高效率。通过实验验证,改进后的算法具有可行性,并且可以得到十分满意的结果。  相似文献

Abstract.  Much of information technology (IT) implementation research has focused on individuals' acceptance of IT by examining their behaviour when faced with new IT and the antecedents of these behaviours. As they are frequently undertaken within a project framework, IT implementations also entail the application of project management practices in order to be successful. Based on the premise that antecedents of lower level theories are frequently determined by the outcomes of a higher level theory, the present paper illustrates how organizational-level decisions, examined from the perspective of economics theories, can help explain the antecedents of project risk management at the project and individual levels. To do so, the paper describes an IT implementation effort which went through three phases; the first two of which were abandoned versions of the same project. An organizational-level analysis of the case from an economics perspective and its project-level analysis from a risk management perspective show how organizational-level decisions influenced the antecedents at the project and individual levels, providing a more complete understanding of the IT implementation in question, an understanding which neither a theory approach nor a level perspective could provide on its own.  相似文献
