目前,对基于内容的三维模型检索的研究主要集中在检索过程所涉及到的算法方面,而对三维模型库的设计研究较少.为此,详细分析了面向内容的三维模型库的建立过程,重点论述三维模型库的组织结构和分类表的设计,提出一种三维模型分类的手工构造方法,开发了三维模型库的管理软件,并研制了三维模型检索的原型系统.其意义在于为三维模型检索研究提供一个结构合理、数据充分的三维模型库,从而为检索算法的研究奠定坚实的基础.  相似文献

针对目前三维工序模型序列重用缺少对加工特征尺寸、加工精度、形位公差等制造信息的考虑,不能很好地支持零件制造过程工艺设计重用的问题,提出一种融合制造信息的三维工序模型序列重用方法.首先,利用图同构原理对工艺路线中三维工序模型序列进行优化,减少搜索空间;然后,利用子图同构对三维工序模型加工特征进行匹配,通过融合制造信息对加工特征匹配进行预处理和相似性评价,以获取具有最相似加工特征的三维工序模型;其次,设计三维工序模型序列优化算法获取同构的三维工序模型序列;最后,以某型轴零件工艺设计过程为例进行实例验证,结果表明融合制造信息的三维工序模型序列重用方法能够准确地根据指定制造特征进行工艺设计重用,具有良好的应用效果.  相似文献

The complexity of airport baggage handling systems in combination with the required high level of robustness makes designing supervisory controllers for these systems a challenging task.We show how a state of the art, formal, model-based design framework has been successfully used for model-based design of supervisory controllers for an actual industrial baggage handling system, and for a real-time emulation model of an actual international airport.The high level modeling elements of the applied CIF model-based design framework allow the modeler to concentrate on implementing the baggage handling system design requirements, instead of programming PLC code. It also allows a modular and hierarchical design of the supervisory controller, and provides flexibility in adapting and extending the model. Validation of the controller and the uncontrolled plant by means of simulation and visualization made it possible to catch all modeling errors, leading to very short modeling, testing and error correction iteration loops.To the best of our knowledge, this is the first successful employment of formal, model-based design in the context of supervisory control for actual, industrial size baggage handling systems, that covers the entire development process from requirements up to and including validation, real-time PLC code generation and implementation.We give an overview of the model-based design framework, discuss several modeling issues, and analyze the results of the industrial applications. We do not go into full technical detail, due to nondisclosure agreements, but tell the story, and give lessons learned that we consider useful for practitioners.  相似文献

The baggage handling system is a critical component of an airport’s operations, coordinating many different elements and agents in different areas of the facility. Due to the complexity of their interrelationships, an effective analysis of the impact of different operating strategies on the system must consider these elements and agents not in isolation from each other but rather as an integrated whole. This paper presents a microscopic simulation model for a baggage handling system that fully integrates all baggage-related subsystems. These include passenger arrival to check-in queues, baggage check-in, security screening, sorting, transport to the aircraft and loading. Under this approach, not only the individual subsystems but also their interactions can be simulated and studied. The proposed simulator is applied to the case of Santiago International Airport in Chile where passenger demand has grown beyond the existing baggage handling system’s operating capacity. The principal contributions of this study are the extension and adaptation of a vehicle traffic simulator software to the baggage handling problem and the development of a platform that models baggage handling as an integrated unit. The tool is applied to the analysis of the overall system and its components under a number of different real-world scenarios. In this application, the movement of bags and their interactions with the rest of the system are simulated in great detail for a given period. This level of granularity permits the simulator to analyse accurately the effects of different scenarios and how they are propagated through the system.  相似文献

以航空旅客行李托运方式的国际标准为出发点,研究了基于行李表面深度值均方差的分类方法,为采取何种方式托运提供依据。采用Kinect传感器在行李输送带上方采集深度图像,提取行李区域的像素值并计算其均方差进行粗分类;结合行李三维形态的先验知识,根据网格之间的距离以及深度值均方差的差异,设计了基于网格相似度的自适应聚类算法,拟合聚类结果中高层单元的面积和数量,分析行李三维形态特征,确定其类别。实验结果表明,所提算法复杂度低,能快速准确地识别行李类别。  相似文献

This paper details the investigation into the design and control of merging bottlenecks of conveyor-based baggage handling systems, encompassing the merging control algorithm and the impact of the merge’s physical layout. A methodology for the analysis of simulation model results is presented. Results show that the layout of the merge influences bag throughput and when the physical configuration is in a preferred position, input variance has no effect on bag throughput performance. These results have potential application to other material handling systems, such as those used in manufacturing and warehousing.  相似文献

The main purpose of this study was to determine the height, angle and velocity of conveyors for baggage handling at Schiphol Airport. These variables have a great influence on the postures and workload of baggage handlers. One hundred and seven healthy male baggage handlers participated in a test, during which a regular baggage handling task was simulated with a mock-up. Eighteen combinations of heights, angles and velocities were tested. Data on postures were collected with the aid of task recording and analysis on computer (TRAC). The minimal volume of open space under the conveyor was determined with light cells that scored the positions of legs and feet of the subjects. In addition, opinions from the baggage handlers were gathered with a questionnaire, immediately after the test. Finally the number of selection errors made and the number of bags that fell off the conveyor were noted, to make sure that ergonomics improvements did not reduce the quality of baggage handling. On the basis of these three information sources, alternative conveyor dimensions were recommended, which are expected to improve the working conditions of the baggage handlers, without any reduction in the quality of work.  相似文献
