为满足注塑机行业集群式供应链协同平台供应商动态评价的需求,分析了注塑机集群式供应链的特点以及选择供应商战略伙伴的重要性,提出基于注塑机集群式供应链协同平台的供应商动态评价解决方案,针对不同企业联盟的不同业务需求,设计了一套动态评价指标体系,针对不同企业联盟对指标权重的不同需求,设计了一套动态算法库供企业联盟选择,同时还设计了基于平台的供应商评价结果图形化展示的构件。此供应商动态评价体系已应用到注塑机供应链协同平台上,使平台上现有四个企业联盟实现了对供应商评价的动态配置。  相似文献

基于层次分析法与模糊综合评价法面向纺织企业进行绿色供应链评估模型设计。构建了评估指标体系,其中包含硬性指标与绿色指标两项一级指标与多项二级指标。通过改进层次分析法与模糊综合评估法有机结合,针对纺织企业绿色供应链的供应商做了全方位定量评估。同时以实例分析验证了纺织企业绿色供应链评估模型,结果表明,引进评估人员信度可以避免评估人员存在主观性差异,从而影响评估指标权重赋值,所构建一致性序列关系与评估矩阵一致性要求相符,在很大程度上保障了所计算的综合评估指标权重的科学性与合理性;引进模糊综合评价法可客观、定量评估供应链供应商,评估结果具备较高客观性与公平性。  相似文献

发供电企业属于资产密集型企业,供应链关系复杂,针对其特点,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的供应商评价方法.分析现代供应链条件下的供应商评价指标体系,采用三角模糊数来表示评价指标的不定性;应用层次分析得到评价指标权重;通过计算备选供应商和理想供应商之间模糊贴近度选择供应商.应用实例分析说明了该方法的实用性.所提出的供应商评价方法成功应用于某大型发供电企业的设备采购,取得了很好的应用效果.  相似文献

在分析集成化服务供应链的基础上,从客户满意度、服务质量、服务成本、企业资质、协同能力和绿色竞争力六个方面,构建了比较全面客观的物流服务供应商评价指标体系。通过熵权计算出物流服务供应商权值向量和专家打分计算出各个二级指标的权重,构建定性和定量相结合的供应商评价模型,通过综合评价计算出各个物流服务供应商的评价总权值。最后,结合案例说明,建立的服务供应商评价指标体系和综合评价模型能够比较全面地评价供应商,为研究物流供应商选择提供有益参考价值。  相似文献

为了加强电网设备质量源头治理,解决设备质量可追溯性问题,实现贯穿设备全寿命周期的全程质量管控。本文从大数据理念出发,首先建立了基于大数据的电网设备供应链溯源管理评价框架模型,指明了电网设备供应链溯源管理评价的技术路线,其次设计采用网络爬虫技术对散落的海量数据进行爬取和处理,从而提取电力设备供应商的信息,然后构建了包含5个一级指标、8个二级指标和两个维度的三级指标的电力物资供应商评价指标体系,分析了指标间的相互关系,最后对如何合理配指标权重进行了探索,对主观赋权法、客观赋权法和模糊综合评价三种权重确定方法进行了对比分析,从而搭建了具有追溯性的电网设备供应链溯源管理评价模型,为电网企业进行供应商的评价优化提供借鉴。  相似文献

云计算的安全问题及市场中云供应商众多的现状,要求有基于权威框架的、有效而较全面的供应商选择方案。提出面向云计算的综合集成DCGVE选择方法:使用德尔菲法构建云计算共识评估的扩展指标体系,利用G1法与变异系数法对各指标进行主、客观综合集成赋权,引入欧氏距离来定义云平台综合最适贴近度。对CSA STAR中的报告规范化后的计算与分析表明提出的方法使用的选择准则全面,过程清晰,结果区分度较高。  相似文献

随着可持续发展战略意识的深入人心,企业经营过程中各个环节面向环境的经营管理思想和策略的研究也广泛开展起来。文章提出基于粗糙集的供应商绿色评价理论,在该理论指导下对贯穿于供应商评价与选择全过程的评价指标进行“绿化”,运用粗糙集理论细化并量化供应商绿色评价体系中的评价准则和评价指标,将复杂的、模糊的、主观的推理评价过程转换为一连串客观的、量化的、程式化的问题求解活动,实现对供应商的科学评价和正确选择。  相似文献

供应商选择是供应链管理中的一个重要课题,其本质是一个决策问题。针对供应商的选择问题,首先基于最优化模型提出一种乘性一致模糊偏好关系的构建方法,并引入新的一致性指数用以衡量模糊偏好关系的一致性水平。在此基础上,建立了基于乘性一致性调整算法的供应商权重确定方法,该方法不仅保证调整后的模糊偏好关系满足满意一致性条件,而且使得决策者获得合理可靠的供应商权重向量。最后将提出的选择方法运用于经销商选择综合条件最优的供应商问题中。  相似文献

Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the most important competitive strategies used by modern enterprises. The main aim of supply chain management is to integrate various suppliers to satisfy market demand. Meanwhile, supplier selection and evaluation plays an important role in establishing an effective supply chain. Traditional supplier selection and evaluation methods focus on the requirements of single enterprises, and fail to consider the entire supply chain. Therefore, this study proposes a structured methodology for supplier selection and evaluation based on the supply chain integration architecture.In developing the methodology for supplier selection and evaluation in a supply chain, enterprise competitive strategy is first identified using strengths weaknesses opportunities threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the competitive strategy, the criteria and indicators of supplier selection are chosen to establish the supplier selection framework. Subsequently, potential suppliers are screened through data envelopment analysis (DEA). Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), a multi-attribute decision-making (MADA) method is adapted to rank potential suppliers. Finally, the Taiwanese textile industry is used to illustrate the application and feasibility of the proposed methodology.This study facilitates the improvement of collaborator relationships and the management of potential suppliers to help increase product development capability and quality, reduce product lifecycle time and cost, and thus increase product marketability.  相似文献

The critical objectives of purchasing departments include obtaining the product requested, at the right cost, in the right quantity, with the best quality, at the right time, from the right supplier. These goals require effective decisions concerning supplier selection at the early stage of product development. This work provides an application of fuzzy set theory in supply chain management, specifically in supplier selection for new product development. Here, a Fuzzy Inference System is proposed as an alternative approach to handle effectively the impreciseness and uncertainty that are normally found in supplier selection processes. Environmental sustainability of a supply chain depends on the purchasing strategy of the supply chain members. Most of the earlier models have focused on cost, quality, lead time, etc. issues but not given enough importance to carbon emission for supplier evaluation. Recently, there is a growing pressure on supply chain members for reducing the carbon emission of their supply chain. This study presents an integrated approach for selecting the appropriate supplier in the supply chain, addressing the carbon emission issue, using fuzzy-AHP and fuzzy multi-objective linear programming. Fuzzy AHP (FAHP) is applied first for analyzing the weights of the multiple factors. The considered factors are cost, quality rejection percentage, late delivery percentage, green house gas emission and demand. These weights of the multiple factors are used in fuzzy multi-objective linear programming for supplier selection and quota allocation. An illustration with a data set from a realistic situation is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. The proposed approach can handle realistic situation when there is information vagueness related to inputs.  相似文献

选择合适的供应商,有效控制油田企业成本,是油田企业提升盈利水平、持续健康发展的重中之重。在大数据时代下,伴随着供应链全球化的趋势日益增强,供应商的数量愈加巨大,以往对供应商的选择方式已经不适用于企业科学有效地选择供应商的需求。文章基于数据挖掘的理念,研究某油田企业现有的某一领域供应商评价指标分值,并以此作为数据样本,应用聚类分析中的K-means算法对供应商评价指标分值进行聚类分析。将供应商进行分类,挖掘供应商评价指标分值的分布特点及规律,构建适合油田企业的科学、规范、高效的供应商选择体系,摒弃传统选择方式无法避免的主观性、随机性和偶然性等弊端,为油田企业决策者挑选最合适的供应商作为战略合作伙伴提供了科学、有效的依据。  相似文献

Supplier selection has become a very critical activity to the performance of organizations and supply chains. Studies presented in the literature propose the use of the methods Fuzzy TOPSIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and Fuzzy AHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) to aid the supplier selection decision process. However, there are no comparative studies of these two methods when applied to the problem of supplier selection. Thus, this paper presents a comparative analysis of these two methods in the context of supplier selection decision making. The comparison was made based on the factors: adequacy to changes of alternatives or criteria; agility in the decision process; computational complexity; adequacy to support group decision making; the number of alternative suppliers and criteria; and modeling of uncertainty. As an illustrative example, both methods were applied to the selection of suppliers of a company in the automotive production chain. In addition, computational tests were performed considering several scenarios of supplier selection. The results have shown that both methods are suitable for the problem of supplier selection, particularly to supporting group decision making and modeling of uncertainty. However, the comparative analysis has shown that the Fuzzy TOPSIS method is better suited to the problem of supplier selection in regard to changes of alternatives and criteria, agility and number of criteria and alternative suppliers. Thus, this comparative study contributes to helping researchers and practitioners to choose more effective approaches for supplier selection. Suggestions of further work are also proposed so as to make these methods more adequate to the problem of supplier selection.  相似文献

云制造系统的选择评价是云制造管理中的重要研究课题。针对复杂的云制造系统评价问题,构建了基于信息集成算子和一致性提升算法的犹豫模糊互补判断矩阵(HFCJM)决策模型。由于现有的犹豫模糊加权平均算子存在不能满足幂等性的不足,提出了一种改进的犹豫模糊加权平均(I-HFWA)算子,并验证其满足幂等性这一重要性质;研究了完全乘性一致HFCJM的构造方法,并引入一致性指数概念来衡量HFCJM的一致性水平;建立了基于犹豫模糊决策算法的云制造系统选择模型,并分析了决策模型在每次迭代过程中的信息损失量、一致性水平提高程度、计算复杂度以及模型的收敛性。采用案例进行验证分析。实验结果表明,相对于对比模型,犹豫模糊决策算法在可靠性和有效性上更优。  相似文献

The social demands for third‐party logistics (3PL) are further developing the model of supply chain management. The analysis of an effective approach for 3PL service supplier evaluation is given in terms of its direct relation to the operational efficiency and benefit of the service‐demanding enterprise as well as its supply chain management. An analysis of the traditional academic theoretical results and practical methods for 3PL supplier selection indicates the deficiencies of this approach. In this paper, a case‐based reasoning model framework is postulated for a 3PL evaluation and selection system. This work further expands upon the theoretical basis of this system and its reasoning process by discussing the advantages and practical value of this framework.  相似文献

为了确保CDMA网络资源的合理利用,提出一种基于模糊AHP的CDMA无线网络资源利用效率的评价方法.采用yaahp层次分析软件通过对CDMA无线网络资源指标选择建立层次分析模型,确定了各指标的组合权重;利用模糊综合评判(FCA)方法建立模糊评价模型,计算CDMA网络资源利用的综合评价并做出决策.实际案例表明,该方法通过将层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法相结合,有效的对定性指标和定量指标进行综合权衡分析,评价模型科学、合理地反映出实际评价结果,为CDMA无线网络资源及时调配提供合理依据.  相似文献
