基于Linux和FPGA的嵌入式千兆网数据传输实现

把现场采集的海量数据可靠地传到远程的服务器上是论文的任务。在Xilinx FPGA上用PowerPC硬核、内存控制器和千兆网IP核构建SOPC系统。在PowerPC405上移植嵌入式Linux操作系统,实现了嵌入式千兆网数据传输。通过编程测试得出网络传输性能和数据包大小的关系。此外,设计了用户自定义接口逻辑IP核,以便能和采集模块高速通信并缓存。该系统的优点是体积小、数据带宽高、可靠,结果表明符合项目的要求。     

基于FPGA的嵌入式系统的研究与应用

嵌入式系统是嵌入到对象体系中的专用计算机系统，包括硬件和软件两大部分。设计中使用的硬件是Altera公司开发的NIOSⅡ嵌入式处理器软核及用户逻辑。文章主要介绍FPGA和SOPC的特点及其发展趋势以及如何使用Quartus Ⅱ42和NIOSⅡIDE等开发工具在FPGA器件上实现SOPC的设计。     

基于以太网的数据采集在Xilinx FPGA上的实现

随着网络技术与可编程逻辑器件的飞速发展,使得实现时工业生产设备进行监测有了更快捷的设计方法和更直观的监控方式.本文在Xilinx公司的现场可编程门阵列FPGA上设计实现了基于以太网的嵌入式数据采集系统.主要阐述了硬件平台设计、嵌入式实时操作系统移植以及嵌入式WEB服务器的实现,同时详细给出了FPGA MicroBlaze IP软核的实现.     

基于FPGA的智能网络接口设计

为了实现一种基于FPGA及片上系统(SOC)的智能以太网接口设计,在FPGA内集成了PowerPC440硬核处理器、以太网络接口控制器IP(TEMAC)、DDR2控制器、通用串行接口IP核及定时器等;该设计使用Verilog HDL硬件描述语言,在ISE12.4下的嵌入式集成开发环境XPS下进行IP核定制、系统的集成设计、综合、布局布线,在Model Sim下完成功能、时序仿真,在SDK环境下完成片上系统软件程序的开发;最后在XILINX的Virtex-5系列FPGA器件上实现了具有千兆以太网络接口的智能片上系统,智能网络接口具有可重配置、可扩展性、灵活性、兼容性、功耗低等优点。     

FPGA嵌入式系统开发过程中的XBD文件设计

利用Xilinx的嵌入式开发工具EDK快速建立FPGA嵌入式系统过程中,板级描述（Xilinx Board Descrip-tion,XBD）文件起着至关重要的作用,它是系统硬件配置文件MHS和约束文件UCF的基础。XBD文件的设计过程中,采用模块化的设计方法对物理电路板上FPGA外围各单元的信息进行描述,从而通过XBD文件实现IP核和板上电路模块之间的连接。     

基于NOIS处理器的定制硬件技术研究

基于系统级FPGA的SOPC嵌入式设计特点,采用SOPC Builder设计工具可以有选择地将处理器、存储器、I/O等系统设计所需的IP组件集成到FPGA器件上,也可以通过自定义用户逻辑集成到FPGA器件上,从而构建高效SOC。本文分析了嵌入式处理器NOIS软核特性,并给出了基于NOIS内核的SOPC软硬件开发流程和自定义用户逻辑的软硬件设计过程。     

RF905无线通信IP软核的优化设计

利用DMA数据传输方式的特点,设计了一种基于DMA方式的RF905无线通信IP软核。该IP软核基于AVALON总线,其控制和运算逻辑由一片FPGA芯片完成,适合应用于NIOSII嵌入式系统。测试与验证表明,该IP软核在传输数据时大大降低了CPU的占用时间,提高了嵌入式系统的性能并且占用较少资源,与一般的IP硬核相比,速度快,成本低,灵活性好,可移植性强,从而更能满足短距离无线通信的要求。该IP软核已应用于某无线电力参数监测系统中。     

基于AMBA总线的DMA控制器IP核设计与分析*

介绍了一种设计基于AMBA总线的DMA控制器IP核的方法。用硬件描述语言(VHDL)来设计实现挂接在AMBA AHB总线上的DMA控制器,并通过可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)完成对设计的验证,最终形成可复用的IP软核,用到ASIC或FPGA中。     

基于 NiosII 的音频信号分析仪设计

文中研究了一种基于傅立叶变换和 Nios 软核控制器的硬件音频信号分析方法,并构成一种音频信号分析仪.该仪器通过 Avalon-ST 总线有效的把 FFT IP 核与 Nios 软核处理器有机的结合起来,在 FPGA 芯片上配置 NiosII 软核处理器和相关的接口模块来实现嵌入式系统的主要硬件结构,该结构使得软件和硬件集成到一片可编程逻辑器件平台上,使设计同时获得软件的灵活性以及硬件的高性能优势.设计中,在 Altera EP2C35系列 FPGA 芯片中嵌入 NiosII 软核处理器,使之集成在一片 FPGA 上,开发效率高、灵活性强,能较好地满足的市场需求     

基于嵌入式方法的浮点单元验证系统设计

浮点单元的验证是最具挑战性的任务之一。基于Xilinx FX系列带powerpc 405硬核的FPGA,利用嵌入式系统开发套件EDK,设计了一个嵌入式系统对浮点单元进行验证。验证原理为把用户IP(被测浮点单元)通过APU控制器连接到powerpc 405处理器核,编写测试程序,通过自定义指令对用户IP进行访问,根据程序的运算结果判断被测IP的正确性。     

European Community policy and the market

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.     

一种自适应子融合集成多分类器方法

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。     

基于QTE的蒙古文显示机制研究与实现

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。     

基于AD9626的模拟信号采集存储卡设计

自然界的绝大部分信号都是以模拟的形式存在,因此模拟信号的采集转换存储在数字时代十分关键。文章讨论了在雷达信号处理领域基于AD9626的AD采集存储卡的设计原理、硬件结构和程序设计与芯片配置等问题,为今后相关领域的研究提供了可参考的方案。     

煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计及其仿真实现

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.     

A human-computer interface for non-computer specialists

The COM teleconferencing system was designed to be easy to use for both beginners and people with much computer experience. A number of design choices in organizing the human-computer interface were considered very carefully. These design problems are not unique for teleconferencing applications, but will appear in many other developments of human-computer interfaces for non-computer specialists. This report discusses naming conventions, menu format, user commands, help facility and the treatment of ‘type ahead’ from the users.     

Explanation and prediction: an architecture for default and abductive reasoning

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.
