阶梯波合成逆变器的波形调制技术研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
阶梯波合成逆变器开关频率低,谐波含量小,滤波容易,特别适合大功率应用场合,但由于传统阶梯波合成逆变器功率管驱动信号采用延时的方法产生,动态性能差。研究了一种新的阶梯波合成逆变器波形调制技术,采用空间矢量调制方法得到各桥功率管驱动信号,提高逆变器的带宽。在分析移相变压器对空间矢量的影响的基础上,结合阶梯波合成逆变器对驱动信号的逻辑要求,提出从相位滞后通道至相位超前通道顺序采样的错时采样空间矢量调制(space vector modulation,SVM)策略,并分析该调制技术的谐波消除机制和特性。仿真和实验验证了该技术可以用于阶梯波合成逆变器的输出电压的调节,具有优良的输出频谱特性,且增大了逆变器的带宽,有利于提高逆变器的动态性能。 相似文献

为使五相电压源逆变器同时获得最大电压利用率及最小输出电压谐波,在分析两种SVPWM算法调制机理的基础上,设计了一种改进的相邻最近四矢量SVPWM算法。该算法在调制比为0~1.051 4范围内,通过消除谐波空间合成矢量,使得输出电压谐波为零;在调制比为1.051 4~1.23 1范围内,通过优化重新分配电压矢量作用时间来合成参考电压矢量,保证了谐波空间的合成矢量最小,使逆变器工作在最优状态。构建了五相电压源逆变器仿真模型以及FPGA实验平台,仿真和实验结果表明:在整个线性调制范围内,优化算法能够使五相电压源逆变器的输出电压谐波最小。 相似文献

在PWM电机驱动系统中,多电平逆变技术可以降低系统中的共模电压和谐波含量,但是由于开关频率是固定的,在开关频率处的谐波仍很大。随机开关频率空间矢量调制技术可以通过对零矢量的控制,实现对共模电压的抑制,并且开关频率的随机化,使得开关频率处的幅值较大的谐波分散为一定带宽的幅值较小的谐波,降低了谐波的幅值。给出了混合型七电平逆变器的拓扑结构及控制方法,将高压单元的低频输出和低压单元的高频输出进行叠加,实现七电平的电压输出。分析了不同的开关状态对共模电压的影响,提出了用于共模电压抑制的矢量选择方法和用于降低谐波的开关频率随机化方法,仿真和实验结果显示,多电平逆变技术和随机脉宽调制技术的结合使用,大大降低了系统的共模电压和开关频率处的谐波分量。 相似文献

This paper proposes space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique to control a two-phase full bridge voltage source inverter (VSI) having reduced number of static switches with higher phase voltage output. SVPWM gives higher fundamental component amplitude, provides more efficient use of DC supply voltage and generates less harmonic distortion in the output voltages and currents than other pulse width modulation (PWM) techniques. Between asymmetric and symmetric SVPWM only symmetric one is considered so that the harmonic contents are minimized and two different timing sequences and corresponding switching states are proposed. For the implementation three level switching patterns are determined by using software. For real time application these theoretically determined switching signals for the six power transistors are generated by a digital signal processor (DSP) kit and finally the two-phase output voltages are applied to load. The experimental results are found good and in agreement with the theoretical results. Mathematical analysis along with theoretical and experimental performance of the proposed inverter are presented. Total harmonic distortion (THD) and distortion factor (DF) show that the output voltage quality is good enough to apply in any type of practical two-phase load. 相似文献

In this paper, dithered sigma-delta modulation is proposed as an effective modulation scheme for a switching converter, to suppress harmonic spikes. The proposed scheme has a simple configuration, which comprises a first-order sigma-delta modulator and a random dither generator. The first-order sigma-delta, modulator produces a switching pulse waveform that has the same low-frequency component as the reference input. Also, the random dither disperses the switching frequency of output pulse waveform, which results in reduction of harmonic spikes. The relationship between the harmonic spectra and sampling numbers per switching cycle is studied through computer simulations, and performance is confirmed in an experimental setup 相似文献

在αβ两相静止坐标下建立逆变器输出电流的预测模型,通过评估函数对逆变器输出的不同电压矢量进行最优选择,预测函数计算出下一时刻可能的输出值。当评估函数取值最小时,对应的电压矢量为最优,采用此时的开关状态对逆变器进行控制,实现并网电流快速跟踪参考电流。该控制方法无需脉冲宽度调制信号,通过单次坐标变换,避免了复杂的运算过程,降低了控制偏差。仿真结果表明当参考电流动态变化时,模型预测电流控制能快速跟踪参考电流变化。当光伏电池的光照强度变化时,模型预测电流控制能快速追踪光伏电池最大输出功率点,且逆变器输出电流谐波畸变低。通过对比传统空间矢量脉宽调制控制下的输出波形,验证了模型预测电流控制策略的有效性。 相似文献

This paper presents modulation strategies for cascaded multilevel inverters that substantially eliminate common-mode voltage on the output phases. The paper begins by developing generic multilevel inverter reference waveforms that use only "allowed" space vectors to achieve reduced common-mode voltage. A graphical technique is then proposed that allows various carrier disposition modulation strategies for a diode-clamped inverter to be converted to equivalent modulation of a cascaded inverter for any fundamental reference waveform. This graphical technique is confirmed for both alternative phase opposition disposition and phase disposition equivalent modulation of a cascaded inverter, and is then used to create reduced common-mode modulation strategies for cascaded inverters from their equivalent counterparts for diode-clamped inverters under both continuous and discontinuous switching conditions. The strategies have been confirmed by both simulation and experimental results obtained using a cascaded five-level inverter. 相似文献

This paper presents a synchronous frame flux-based control method for a parallel active filter application. The flux-based controller directly implements the inverter switchings in the synchronous reference frame by a hysteresis rule-based carrier-less pulse-width modulation (PWM) strategy to achieve high current bandwidth. This paper addresses the issues and impact on parallel active filtering requirements for utility interface of commonly used harmonic front-ends. The synchronous frame flux-based controller provides additional insights for harmonic current compensation requirements. Simulation results provide the validation of the flux-based active filter controller to meet IEEE Standard 519 recommended harmonic standards for large rated nonlinear loads under balanced and unbalanced supply conditions 相似文献

在高电压-大电流的大功率牵引传动系统中,驱动逆变器受到开关损耗和散热条件等的限制,逆变器的最高工作开关频率通常只有几百赫兹。为了提高逆变器的输出性能,通常在中频段采用同步调制策略。针对同步SVPWM,总结了满足半周期奇对称HWS(half-wave odd symmetry)、1/4周期偶对称QWS(quarter-wave even symmetry)和三相对称3PS (quarter-wave even symmetry)的对称性规律,介绍了其中的同步CSVS的脉冲生成规律及发波方式。通过阻感负载下的仿真和实验,对同步CSVS的电流谐波特性进行分析,得到了电流谐波含量随调制比的变化规律以及电流谐波主要集中次数的分布规律,为同步CSVS的应用提供了一定的参考价值。 相似文献

针对单相半桥逆变电源,提出一种恒定滞环宽度的电压滞环控制方法,并通过对输出电流的检测实现开关管的零电流开通(Zero Current Switching, ZCS)。控制器通过检测负载输出电压并与电压滞环比较,当输出电压超出控制滞环、且输出电流为零时控制相应开关管开通,直至输出电压重回控制滞环带或输出电流过流时关断,进一步的,本文研究了定环宽控制下,滞环宽度与输出电压总谐波畸变率之间的关系。仿真结果表明,基于定滞环宽度的电压滞环控制方式在零电流开通状态下可良好地跟踪上参考电压滞环,且在恒定滞环宽度控制下,滞环宽度与输出电压总谐波畸变率之间呈线性关系。 相似文献

电动汽车变流器功率器件的损耗不仅浪费了有限且宝贵的车载能量,而且会造成功率器件过高的结温,严重影响其可靠性。空间矢量调制SVM(space vector modulation)工作在线性调制范围虽然可以保持较低的电压谐波畸变,但高的开关频率会带来高的开关损耗。过调制虽然在一定程度上导致相对较高的谐波,但在提高逆变基波电压的同时还降低了器件的开关次数。为了能兼顾逆变电压谐波与功率器件损耗,基于已有的过调制研究,采用了一种不需要零矢量的过调制点,将该特定调制度点(无零矢量)运用于驱动电机基速以上的弱磁调速区,并推导了其损耗表达式。研究表明,与线性范围内调制对比,该方法能显著降低变流器功率器件的损耗,且谐波也在可接受范围内。 相似文献

该文提出了一种基于级联多电平逆变器的中压有源电力滤波器滞环电流矢量控制方法.该方法以检测出的需补偿的电流作为指令电流,在复平面上进行滞环电流控制.考虑了实用性,在工程实际中采样频率与功率器件开关频率有限的情况下,根据误差电流矢量和逆变器输出参考电压矢量的大小和方向,在待选电压矢量中快速选出级联多电平逆变器最优输出电压矢量;并根据相邻采样周期对应开关状态变化最小的原则在大量冗余开关状态中选择最优开关状态,减少了开关次数,降低了开关损耗.仿真结果证明了其的正确性和实用性. 相似文献

多相逆变器的PWM控制技术是船舶电力推进中的关键技术,其性能对推进系统的特性会产生重要的影响。本文在五相逆变器连续空间矢量PWM(CSVPWM)控制的基础上,通过对两个零矢量的合理使用,提出了一类新的五相逆变器不连续空间矢量PWM(DSVPWM)控制方法。该方法在一个开关周期内只采用一个零矢量,开关次数比CSVPWM少1/5,因而可以降低开关损耗,同时其输出目标线电压为正弦波,因此谐波性能优于最小开关损耗SVPWM控制方式。提出了几种典型的DSVPWM实现方法,结合仿真与实验分析了它们的基本工作特性、适用的负载类型以及谐波性能。 相似文献

针对单相半桥逆变器,文中提出了一种定环宽的电压滞环零电流开通控制方式。传统的逆变器工作于连续导通模式(Continuous Conduction Mode,CCM),使得开关损耗大降,低了逆变器的工作效率,而硬件上增加谐振电路实现软开关的方式,虽能减小开关管的损耗,却依旧无法提高逆变器的整体使用效率,为此,文中提出了一种定环宽的电压滞环控制方式,该方式通过使逆变器工作于不连续导通模式(Discontinuous Conduction Mode,DCM),不仅可以大幅减小滤波电感的体积,更能减小开关管的开通损耗提高逆变器的工作效率。文章还研究了定环宽下滞环宽度对谐波畸变率的影响,基于仿真结果进行线性分析,得出其量化函数关系。 相似文献

三相四桥臂逆变器是针对三相不平衡或非线性负载的供电提出来的。该文提出了1种采用内环空间矢量电流调节器和外环同步坐标比例积分控制器相级联的三相四桥臂逆变器的控制方案,实现了对三相四桥臂逆变器的解耦控制。建立了三相四桥臂逆变器在αβγ空间的电路模型,分析了其在αβγ空间的三维电压矢量分布并由此提出了1种采用2个三电平滞环比较器和1个两电平滞环比较器相结合的内环电流调节方案。外环采用了同步坐标电压控制器,使用1个简单的比例调节器就可实现输出电压跟踪的零稳态误差,保证了良好的稳态性能。建立了整个系统在dqo坐标系下的控制模型,实现了对d,q,o3个分量的独立解耦控制。仿真结果验证了该控制方案的正确性与可行性。 相似文献

This article proposes a new switching strategy for a three-phase, five-level switched voltage source inverter. The single-carrier, multi-level pulse-width modulation (PWM) scheme is employed to generate gating signals for the power switches. The proposed modulation scheme is hybridized to enable the output voltage of the inverter configuration, inheriting the features of switching-loss reduction from fundamental PWM and good harmonic performance from multiple sinusoidal PWM. A sequential switching scheme is embedded with the already-employed hybrid modulation to overcome unequal switching losses and, therefore, differential heating among the power devices. Operational principles with switching functions are given. For an R-L load, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analyses of the output voltage waveforms were carried out, and the corresponding total harmonic distortion value of 26.09% was obtained. To verify the performance of the proposed modulation scheme, simulations and experiments are conducted on a 1.2-kW rated prototype of the inverter; adequate results are presented. 相似文献
