无刷直流电动机具有效率高、起动转矩大以及噪声低等特点,广泛应用于各种工业领域。为了获得较好的控制效果,设计了以TMS320F28035为核心的无刷直流电动机转速电流双闭环调速控制系统,介绍了该系统的硬件设计及控制策略,并比较了两种转速计算方法对调速效果的影响。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,调速效果良好,并具有较强的抗负载扰动能力。 相似文献

建立了同步电动机基于E-L(Euler-Lagrange)方程的无源性控制数学模型,基于此模型,针对任意时变且未知的负载转矩,对任意设定的期望转速,通过设计负载转矩估计器和期望轨迹设计器,给出了同步电动机无源性转速跟踪控制器的一般设计方法.这种控制器无需转子阻尼绕组电流观测器,无需磁场定向.仿真证明这种控制器能很好地实现期望的跟踪控制目标,具有较好的跟踪控制效果. 相似文献

A variety of ultrasonic motors (USMs) have attracted special interest as a new type of actuator in servo motion control systems. For practical applications, the speed servo control system incorporating the ultrasonic motor developed in Japan has some special unique features. However, this system has several significant problems, such as the inherent speed ripple characteristics, the speed regulation characteristics under the condition of applied disturbance load torque, and the speed tracking characteristics. In order to solve these practical problems, some control schemes of ultrasonic-actuated motor systems have been proposed and discussed theoretically, which include fuzzy reasoning control, adaptive control, repetitive learning control, and neural-network-based learning control. However, it is considered that these control strategies mentioned above have not been sufficiently substantiated from a feasible experimental point of view. This paper presents a newly proposed precise speed tracking servo control system using the compact traveling-wave-type ultrasonic motor. Its proposed control scheme is composed of both the driving frequency control loop with the variable-gain strategy and the applied voltage control loop with the speed ripple reduction strategy of the USM. Relatively small slowly varying shaft position and velocity variations superimposed on the normal running speed of dual drive grinding mill motors can cause individual motor torque variations which disturb load sharing. The magnitude of load or torque unbalance is a function of the magnitude of the mechanical variation, the type of motors used, i.e., induction or synchronous, the number of motor poles, and the ratio of the gear connecting the motors to the load. When the magnitude is large enough to be of concern, it can be compensated for through motor secondary or field controls. How the causative factors relate, how dual drive motors should be specified for purchase are discussed, and a compensating load sharing controller for dual drive synchronous motors is described. 相似文献

Piezoelectric driven ultrasonic motors have been attracted as considerable actuators for the servo speed and position applications
in recent years. These motors have important features and advantages to be preferred in the special movement applications.
Ultrasonic motors have different operating principles and different drive and control systems than the electromagnetic motors.
In this study, microcontroller based digitally controlled drive system has been proposed for a travelling-wave ultrasonic
motor. Drive system includes power circuit, interface electronics circuits and microcontroller parts. Power circuit is combined
from half-bridge serial-resonance inverter to provide highfrequency two-phase voltages. Interface circuits include gate drive,
direction control, opto-coupler and filter circuits. Microcontroller is programmed to generate required digital control signals
for overall control of the motor. Related to the reference speed, the microcontroller generates control signal resulting proper
driving frequency. Consequently, the actual motor speed tracks the reference speed precisely. The speed feedback is taken
from optical encoder and transmitted to the controller as digital speed and position signals. The developed drive system has
been tested experimentally. The obtained results show the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed system. The microcontroller
based drive system can be applied easily and successfully to the ultrasonic motor. 相似文献
