厚度是液晶基板玻璃生产过程中一项重要的品质指标。随着液晶基板玻璃尺寸越来越大,生产节拍要求越来越短,传统的手动式测量已不能满足生产需求。本文总结了作者实际研发的使用接触式或非接触式传感器的在线自动测厚仪的设计使用经验,说明了激光三角法和干涉法非接触式测厚的原理,电涡流/光栅尺式接触式测厚的原理,并根据实际使用情况,分析了各种方式面临的主要问题以及各自的优缺点,并提出了各种方式的使用领域。作者研发的多台在线自动测厚仪均已成功应用到本公司现有生产线中,效果良好。 相似文献

液晶基板玻璃厚度是液晶玻璃生产过程中一项重要的品质指标,是后续面板厂加工应用良品率的关键性因素。随着液晶基板玻璃代次的提高,玻璃尺寸越来越大,生产节拍要求越来越短,自动化程度及人工成本越来越高,传统的手动式测量已不能满足生产需求。最新开发的在线式自动化测厚采用传感器检测方式,通过机械与电气的相互配合,将数据反馈至前端工序供生产参考。前端工序通过将在线数据与离线数据做比较,和在线数据大量采集的趋势性,对玻璃厚度做出调整。目前主要分为接触式与非接触式两种测量方式,均已成功应用到本公司现有生产线中,起到了良好的效果。 相似文献

Drying of binder-free granular ceramic films was studied to identify processing variables which affect their cracking behavior. Films were prepared from electrostatically stabilized suspensions of α-alumina in water. A critical cracking thickness (CCT) was determined, above which films would spontaneously crack during drying. The effects of particle size, liquid surface tension, drying rate, dispersion stability, and sedimentation time were evaluated by a statistical design methodology. The CCT for films prepared on glass substrates was used as a measure of the effect of each variable on cracking. The statistically significant variables were particle size, dispersion stability, and sedimentation time. The effect of substrate constraint was also studied by producing films on a Teflon substrate and a pool of liquid Hg. The observations were consistent with a capillary formed tensile stress acting on the entire film rather than differential stress generated by a moisture gradient over the film thickness. 相似文献

We analyze a simple laser reflectivity measurement as a tool to monitor the drying kinetics of transparent polymer films. The reflectivity signal of a laser beam at normal incidence shows oscillations due to interference arising from multiple reflection of the laser light within the drying film. We develop a model to interpret the reflectivity curves in terms of time evolving refractive indices at the top and bottom of the film. We present results of the drying kinetics of transparent alkyd films on a glass substrate of high refractive index. Data shows a clear hallmark indicating the evolution of the crosslinking process. From the reflectivity curves, the time evolution of the refractive indices at the top and bottom is obtained. Assuming a linear-gradient of the refractive index along the depth of the film the average refractive index and consequently the film thickness as a function of time are estimated. Clear features in the time evolution of the refractive indices and thickness, correlate well with qualitative “dust”, “touch” and “fingerprint” drying times. Additionally, we present some preliminary results for water based latex binders, where scattering of light is present, showing that this simple optical technique could be extended for studying latex film formation. 相似文献

TiO2 photocatalyst films having an anatase crystal structure with different thickness were prepared by the low-pressure metal–organic chemical vapor deposition (LPMOCVD) to examine the effect of growth conditions on photocatalytic activity. Film thickness was linearly proportional to the deposition time. Structure of the film was strongly dependent on the deposition time. In early stage of deposition, fine particles deposit on the substrate. As increasing the deposition time, crystal orientation is gradually selected following the Kolmogorov model and c-axis oriented columnar crystals become dominant. The photocatalytic activity strongly depends on the film deposition time (or film thickness) in nonlinear way. The optimum thickness of TiO2 catalyst film grown by LPMOCVD may locate between 3 and 5 μm. 相似文献
