本文研究了添加ZrO2对高铝瓷抗热震性的影响。发现:添加14wt%ZrO2的高铝瓷的抗热震性比不加ZrO2的高铝瓷要好,原因是所加入的ZrO2在冷却中发生相变而吸收能量,提高材料的抗热震性。另外本文还讨论了高铝瓷的断面形貌以及裂纹扩展的方式。  相似文献

Conclusions We studied the effect of the additives (silicon carbide, boron nitride, and chromite) on the physical and mechanical properties of a high-alumina ramming body, It was established that chromite additions significantly improve the properties of the body.The optimum composition of the high-alumina body based on the ÉB-50 electrocorundum (73%) and the ShMK-77,5 mullite-corundum chamotte (27.0%) containing 10% chromite additive was developed using orthophosphoric acid as a binder. The body has the following properties: apparent density 2.4 g/cm3; open porosity 23.8%; and the ultimate compressive strength 135.5 N/mm2.The developed body composition is recommended for preparing rammed lining of the ladles used for the vacuum treatment of steels.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 3, pp. 5–7, March, 1988.  相似文献

The effect of thinning agents on molding mixtures for the production of high-alumina ceramic castables composed of bauxite HCBS (highly concentrated ceramic binding suspensions) and a refractory filler based on fused corundum and SiC is studied. The thinners used were sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), SB-5-grade organic plasticizer, mixtures thereof, and liquid glass. The maximum thinning effect is observed for complex organomineral additives (10 – 33% SB-5 + 67 – 90% STPP). The optimum thinner concentration is 0.08 – 0.1 wt.%. The use of thinners makes it possible to reduce significantly the water demand of concrete mixes and leads to a decrease in porosity and an increase in strength of ceramic castables. The composition and concentration of alkali-containing thinners produce little (if any) effect on the deformation behavior of ceramic castables at high temperatures.  相似文献

Plasticity is the outstanding property of clay–water systems. It is the property a substance has when deformed continuously under a finite force. When the force is removed or reduced, the shape is maintained. Mineralogical composition, particle size distribution, organic substances and additives can affect the plasticity of clays. Several measuring techniques and devices were proposed to determine the optimal water content in a clay body required to allow this body to be plastically deformed by shaping. In this review, methods of evaluating the plasticity of clay–water systems are presented. Despite the advance in the theory of the plasticity and the methods of measurement, a common procedure for all types of materials does not exist. The most important methods are those that simulate the conditions of real processing.  相似文献

Conclusions In the production of high-alumina cement from fine mixtures to obtain clinker with a strength sufficient for mechanization of its removal from the press it is necessary to add strengthening additions. Conclusions A high-alumina ceramic concrete containing ACBS based on the waste products of the high-alumina products industry and on a filler with D s gr =2.5–15.0 mm of an analogous chemical composition has been obtained. 本文在不同工艺条件下合成一系列不同粘度的HANa-AA -AM三元共聚物 ,并将之应用于陶瓷坯体中 ,研究了HANa -AA -AM三元共聚物对陶瓷坯体可塑性及坯体干燥强度的影响 ,通过和其它常用增塑剂的对比研究表明 ,HANa-AA -AM三元共聚物是一种较好的陶瓷坯体增塑剂 ,而且对坯体干燥强度有一定增强效果。  相似文献

通过自由基水溶液微波共聚法合成了腐植酸钠-丙烯酸钠(HANa-AANa)共聚物,将之应用于陶瓷料浆及坯体中,研究了HANa-AANa共聚物对陶瓷料浆流动性、坯体可塑性及坯体干燥强度的影响。通过和腐植酸钠的对比研究表明,HANa-AANa共聚物是一种较好的陶瓷多功能添加剂,对料浆具有良好的解凝性,同时对坯体具有较大的增塑、增强效果。  相似文献

研究了结合剂种类、石墨和特级高铝矾土熟料加入量对镁铝碳 (MAC)制品高温性能的影响。结果表明 :结合剂的性能显著影响MAC制品的高温性能 ,树脂类结合剂结合试样的高温性能优于水玻璃结合的 ;随着C含量增加 ,MAC制品的高温抗折强度降低 ,但抗渣和抗热震性能提高 ;在一定的Al2 O3含量范围内 ,MAC制品的高温力学性能优于镁碳砖 ,主要原因是其基质中生成的致密晶间尖晶石提高了基质中高熔点晶体间的直接结合程度。  相似文献
