用固相反应法合成了K2xM1-xZr4(PO4)6(M=Sr,Ba)固溶体。用逐步推进的最小二乘法对固溶体各组成的高温X射线衍射线条进行指标化,精确计算了晶格常数目温度的变化,并由此计算轴向膨胀系数αa和αc,所得结果和用顶杆法测定的热膨胀系数相吻合。用复数阻抗谱法测定了固溶体的电导率随温度及组成的变化。  相似文献

Ca0.6Mg0.4Zr4(PO4)6(简称CM)陶瓷热震后的强度变化与裂纹扩展依赖于材料的热膨胀系数和轴向膨胀特性。以MgO作为烧结助剂的CM1陶瓷,当热震温差ΔT=800℃时,残留强度与原始强度相关。作者提出裂纹部分闭合模式解释了上述现象。以ZnO作烧结助剂的CM2陶瓷,其强度降低和裂纹扩展符合Hasselman提出的脆性陶瓷热震理论。  相似文献

报道了氯硅酸镁钙Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2及氯硅酸锌钙Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2中Ce^3+的发光特性,研究并分析了Ce^3+在这两种材料中的激发光谱,发射光谱及荧光衰减特性,在UV辐射激发下,Ce^3+发射出强的蓝紫光。室温下Ce^3+在两种材料中的荧光寿命分别为61ns和44ns。  相似文献

首次以矿物原料磷灰石和锆英石粉为主,添加活性ZP粉制各了一种以Ca0.5Zr(PO4)3(CZP)为主晶相的膨胀可调陶瓷材料。研究结果表明,随着ZP粉含量的增加,CZP晶相含量增加,抗弯强度和热膨胀系数减少。调整组成,可以将该材料的膨胀系数从很大的正值变化至负值。  相似文献

用激光加热基座法(LHPG)从粉末直接生长单晶光纤并对其光谱作了研究。结果表明:LHPG法生长出来的单晶光纤可替代大块晶体去研究光谱等性能;Ca ̄(2+)和Zr ̄(4+)等量同时掺入到Nd:YAG晶体中,其吸收谱与Nd:YAG基本相同,但荧光分支比和荧光衰减规律发生显著变化。此外还探讨了Ca ̄(2+),Zr ̄(4+)影响的原因。  相似文献

首次报道Pr ̄(3+)分别激活的Cd_3Al_2Ge_3O_(12)(CAGG)和Cd_3Ga_2Gge_3O_(12)(CGGG)锗酸盐石榴石的阴极射线发光光谱,Pr ̄(3+)的4f能级发射强度与pr ̄(3+)浓度关系以及粉红色较长余辉特性。与CAGG相比,发现在CGGG中Pr ̄(3+)的所有4f-4f跃迁发射峰位置向短波移动,并分析造成这种光谱“蓝移”的原因。  相似文献

以NZP族低热膨胀陶瓷Ca1-xBaxZr4(PO4)6(0≤x≤1)系列中的零膨胀组成Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24为例,着重研究了不同添加剂对该零膨胀陶瓷的热膨胀异向性、平均热膨胀系数和导热性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,在烧结过程中添加质量分数1%SiO2或3%SiC均能够降低Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24的热膨胀异向性,但与此同时,第二相的加入使Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24的热膨胀系数有所上升。质量分数为1%~7%SiC晶须的加入反而导致NZP族陶瓷导热性能进一步降低,原因是SiC抑制了晶粒生长。  相似文献

Low-thermal-expansion ceramics having arbitrary thermal expansion coefficients were synthesized from homogeneous solid solutions in the system KZr2(PO4)3─KTi2(PO4)3 (KZP–KTP). Dense and strong ceramics were fabricated by sintering at 1100° to 1200°C with 2 wt% MgO. The thermal expansion coefficient increased from 0 to +3 × 10−6/°C with increasing x in KZr2 − xTix (PO4)3 (KZTP). In addition, a functionally gradient material with respect to thermal expansion was prepared by forming a series of KZTP solid solutions in a single ceramic body. By heating a pile of KZP and KTP ceramics in contact with each other, KZP and KTP bonded together to form a KZTP gradient solid solution near the interface.  相似文献

The effect of substitution of calcium on the anisotropic axial thermal expansion of cordierite was investigated by using a high-temperature X-ray diffraction technique. The compositions were prepared by the sol–gel route. In the Mg2- x Ca x -Al4Si5O18 system, single-phase cordierite can be prepared for x up to 0.5. Thermal expansion anisotropy (α a –α c ) of cordierites reduces progressively by the substitution of increasing amounts of Ca for Mg.  相似文献

采用热膨胀仪、扫描电镜和红外光谱仪研究了硼硅酸盐玻璃的结构与性能随n(B2O3)/n(SiO2)和n(B2O3)/n(Na2O)的变化规律,深入探讨了结构对分相、热膨胀系数和膨胀软化温度的影响规律。结果表明:热膨胀系数取决于玻璃中[BO3]、[BO4]和[SiO4]的数量变化;玻璃的转变温度和软化温度主要由SiO2决定;[BO3]对玻璃的分相有着重要的影响;不论n(B2O3)/n(Na2O)比值多少,玻璃结构中均存在[BO3]和被破坏的[SiO4]。  相似文献

(Ho1/4Er1/4Yb1/4Lu1/4)2SiO5 is synthesized and characterized for the application of a promising multifunctional thermal and environmental barrier coating (TEBC) material. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis indicate that a X2-type multiple-RE silicate (4RE1/4)2SiO5 is formed with homogeneous distribution of the four rare earth species. Dense bulk sample exhibits excellent phase stability up to 1400 °C. Key properties including Young’s modulus, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient show interesting composition effects. Specially, (Ho1/4Er1/4Yb1/4Lu1/4)2SiO5 demonstrates higher elastic stiffness, lower thermal conductivity, lower thermal expansion coefficient and good resistances to molten CMAS and water vapor corrosions. These results confirm the strategy of multiple-RE engineering that may provide optimal property of advanced TEBCs.  相似文献

Shivering of cone 8 zirconium-opacifled glazes for use on one-fire pyrophyllite wall tile and warping of the tile body were corrected by increasing the thermal expansion of the glazes. This was accomplished by (1) increasing the alkali content, (2) substituting strontium oxide for zinc oxide, (3) substituting calcium oxide for magnesium oxide, and (4) decreasing the silica-alumina ratio. The last method appeared to be the most effective. It is shown that the calculated coefficient of cubic thermal expansion is often unreliable as a value for the actual expansion. Expansions were obtained with a quartz-rod dilatometer.  相似文献

Amorphous films in the system AlPO4–TiO2 were prepared by an rf-sputtering method, and their physical properties, such as density, refractive index, and thermal expansion coefficient, and the infrared absorption spectra were measured. The thermal expansion coefficient increased linearly with increasing TiO2 content. The results of the molar refractivity and the infrared absorption spectra indicated that the coordination number of titanium ions in these films is higher than that in SiO2–TiO2 glasses with a negative thermal expansion, in which Ti4+ ions are tetrahedrally coordinated. In order to confirm the coordination state of the titanium ions in these amorphous films, titanium K -band emission spectra were obtained by X-ray emission spectroscopy, revealing sixfold coordination. The higher coordination state of Ti4+ was considered to account for these amorphous films not exhibiting negative thermal expansion, as in the SiO2–TiO2 system.  相似文献

The principal axial coefficients of thermal expansion for the (3C), (4H), and (6H) polytypes of SiC are considered to identify the structural role of the stacking layer sequence as it affects the thermal expansion. A general equation based on the fractions of cubic and hexagonal layer stacking is developed that expresses the principal axial thermal expansion coefficients of all of the SiC polytypes. It is then applied to address the thermal expansion anisotropy of the noncubic SiC structures.  相似文献
