使用不同方法制备ZnO催化剂并对其催化活性进行了比较,选出了高催化活性的催化剂,找到了合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的最佳工艺条件并且对催化剂进行了XRD和SEM表征.同时对3种金属单质进行了活性比较,得到镁粉有高的催化活性,并提出了镁粉催化反应的机理.同时,本实验还优化了通气方式.  相似文献

目的应用毛细管气相色谱法同时检测吸附百白破疫苗及相关生物制品中三氯甲烷和甲苯的残留量。方法采用HP-5色谱柱,设置进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃,柱温为40℃,进样体积为1μl,分流比为10∶1。优化色谱载气(氮气)流速进行定位,确定最低检出限和定量限,并进行线性、重复性、准确性(加样回收)试验及样品测定。结果最佳色谱载气(氮气)流速为1ml/min;在确定的色谱条件下,三氯甲烷和甲苯的分离效果良好,最低检出限分别为0.50和0.38μg/ml,最低定量限分别为2.10和1.12μg/ml;重复性好;线性关系良好,相关系数均不低于0.9995;平均回收率分别为102.9%和100.8%。检测的6批制品的三氯甲烷和甲苯的残留量均符合规定。结论气相色谱法可同时检测吸附百白破疫苗等生物制品中三氯甲烷和甲苯的残留量。  相似文献

我国东海4种赤潮藻的细胞氮磷营养储存能力对比   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
以我国东海海域近年来的4种代表性赤潮藻(硅藻中肋骨条藻和尖刺拟菱形藻、甲藻东海原甲藻和链状亚历山大藻)作为研究对象,测定和对比了其细胞氮磷营养储存能力及藻细胞利用胞内储存营养进行生长繁殖的生长潜力. 结果表明,2种甲藻的RN值(41.5和42.4)和RP值(4.3和10.7)都明显高于2种硅藻的RN值(2.6和6.0)和RP值(2.5和1.2),4种赤潮藻在生活史策略上的差异决定了我国东海春季甲藻赤潮与硅藻赤潮呈现出演替型爆发的态势;2种甲藻的tN值(5.32和6.81 d)和tP值(2.08和4.31 d)明显高于2种硅藻的tN值(0.56和1.24 d)和tP值(0.53和0.13 d),2种甲藻的高生长潜力和k-生活史策略都有助于我国东海春季东海原甲藻和链状亚历山大藻伴生赤潮呈现出长时间持续的态势.  相似文献

目的研究大肠杆菌不耐热肠毒素无毒突变体mLT63和CpG-ODN鼻内免疫对抗原的佐剂效应。方法选用破伤风类毒素(TT)和小牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为抗原,mLT63和CpG-ODN为佐剂,经鼻内免疫BALB/c小鼠。ELISA间接法检测免疫小鼠血清和肺、直肠及阴道组织萃取液的特异性抗TT、BSA的IgA、IgG水平。结果mLT63和CpG-ODN均能协助TT和BSA抗原在血清、肺、阴道、直肠组织中诱导出高滴度的IgG抗体。在血清中IgA抗体滴度均比较低,而TT-IgA在肺和阴道组织中滴度较高,BSA-IgA在肺组织中滴度较高。各佐剂组之间IgG和IgA抗体水平相比,差异均无显著意义。不同剂量的mLT63诱导的BSA-IgA抗体水平差异无显著意义。结论mLT63和CpG-ODN经鼻内免疫对TT和BSA抗原均有良好的佐剂作用。  相似文献

本文报道了破伤风毒素及其片段AB、BC、A和C的纯化方法。应用硫酸铵沉淀和Ultrogel AcA_(34)凝胶过滤制备的纯化毒素,于SDS-PAGE和PAGE中均形成单一的蛋白带,分子量为15万,pI为5.95,毒力为1~3×10~4MLD/μg。毒素经DTT还原、尿素处理、再用Ultrogel AcA_(44)凝胶过滤制备A和BC片段。A片段的分子量为54000,pI为4.8。BC片段的分子量为98 000,pI为7.2。木瓜酶处理毒素后用高压液相层析制备AB和C片段。纯化的AB片段分子量为98 000,于等电聚焦中为2条主要区带,pI为5.3和5.5,另有数条小区带;纯化的C片段分子量为51000,于PAGE中形成5条蛋白带,于等电聚焦中主要区带的等电点为7.3,另有几条小区带。  相似文献

The physical properties of palm, palm kernel and coconut oils are reviewed and compared and contrasted with the properties of other oils and fats. More information is available for palm oil than for the other two. The properties of mixtures of the oils also are considered, especially mixtures of palm and palm kernel oils in which a eutectic interaction occurs. Basic physical properties considered are density, specific heat, heat of fusion and viscosity. Where appropriate, data is tabulated in SI and Imperial units. Experimental methods used for determining melting points and solid fat contents are discussed and the empirical nature of the results emphasized. Wiley melting points and Slip melting points, and Solid Fat Content by NMR and Solid Fat Index by dilatometry, are compared and comparative data given. For palm oil, detailed olein and stearin information is presented. The phase behavior and polymorphism of the three oils is reviewed. Special attention is given to the post-hardening phenomenon in palm oil and the effects of diglycerides and storage time on phase behavior.  相似文献

Skeletal structure and body composition may be altered permanently in response to aggressions during critical periods of growth. This increases propensity to adverse effects in adulthood. The study explored the association of anthropometric variables of body size and proportions and of body composition with systolic (SBP) and diastolic (DBP) blood pressure (BP) in young adults. We studied 166 men and 246 women age 20-34. SBP, DBP, weight, stature, sitting height, circumferences (waist, hip), breadths (biacromial, biiliac) and skinfolds (bicipital, tricipital, subscapular, suprailiac) were assessed. BMI, waist-hip ratio (WHR), waist-stature ratio, and Sigma skinfolds-stature were calculated. Pearson correlations were determined for anthropometric variables with SBP and DBP and linear regression models for SBP and DBP were developed by sex. Correlation coefficients between indicators and BP were significant, except for stature and SBP and DPB, and WHR with DBP in women; and stature with DBP, biiliac breadth and WHR with SBP, and sitting height with SBP and DPB in men. SBP and DPB were explained by weight, BMI, and biiliac breadth in multivariable analysis in women, where 15.4% and 10.8% of variance of SBP and DPB was explained. In men, SBP was explained by weight, Sigma skinfolds and WHR, and DBP by Sigma skinfolds; models explained almost 20% of SBP and DPB variance. No association was found between BP and past malnutrition indicators. Biiliac breadth, weight and BMI in women, and weight, WHR and Sigma skinfolds in men explained BP. The use of biiliac breadth in the assessment of hypertension risk in women should be explored further.  相似文献

测定了绿僵菌、毒死蜱、辛硫磷等药剂对草坪害虫的控制效果。结果表明绿僵菌、毒死蜱和辛硫磷都是防治草坪地下害虫的有效药剂,毒死蜱和辛硫磷还能有效防治草坪茎叶害虫禾灰翅夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾等。药后45d,绿僵菌对铜绿丽金龟幼虫蛴螬的防效和对地下害虫的总防效分别为91.2%和87.6%。绿僵菌对茎叶害虫的防效较差,药后3、7、10d时,对禾灰翅夜蛾的防效分别为3.7%、9.2%和18.9%;对茎叶害虫的总防效在12.2%以下。辛硫磷和毒死蜱药后3d对禾灰翅夜蛾的防效分别是93.7%和97.6%;对茎叶害虫的总防效分别是92.0%和93.6%。当高效氯氰菊酯分别和辛硫磷、毒死蜱混用防治斜纹夜蛾时,防效更高、速效性更好。  相似文献

研究氯丁橡胶SN121的基本性能,并与国内同类产品山纳CR121及国外同类产品GW和GS进行对比。结果表明:SN121在开炼机上的包辊性能和在密炼机中的混炼性能良好,与GW和GS相近,优于CR121,内在质量均匀、稳定;门尼焦烧时间和t10较长,具有较好的加工安全性,硫化速度适中;门尼粘度与CR121和GW相当;拉伸强度与GW和GS相近,高于CR121。SN121的综合物理性能与GW和GS相近,优于CR121。  相似文献

Microporous materials such as zeolites, metal organic frameworks, activated carbons and aluminum phosphates are suitable for catalysis and separation applications. These high surface area materials are invariably produced in particulate forms and need to be transformed into hierarchically porous structures for high performance adsorbents or catalysts. Structuring of porous powders enables an optimized structure with high mass transfer, low pressure drop, good heat management, and high mechanical and chemical stability. The requirements and important properties of hierarchically porous structures are reviewed with a focus on applications in gas separation and catalysis. Versatile powder processing routes to process porous powders into hierarchically porous structures like extrusion, coatings of scaffolds and honeycombs, colloidal processing and direct casting, and sacrificial approaches are presented and discussed. The use and limitations of the use of inorganic binders for increasing the mechanical strength is reviewed, and the most important binder systems, e.g. clays and silica, are described in detail. Recent advances to produce binder-free and complex shaped hierarchically porous monoliths are described and their performance is compared with traditional binder-containing structured adsorbents. Needs related to better thermal management and improved kinetics and volume efficiency are discussed and an outlook on future research is also given.  相似文献
