The nanocrystals Er2O3 were prepared by using a combustion method with Schiff base as a chelating agent. The Er(Ⅲ) coordanation compound of Schiff base, obtained from erbium nitrate and retinal Schiff base, underwent a combustion process and voluminous ashes formed when calcimining the complex in air. Pure cubic Er2O3 nanocrystals with a diameter of 13nm were produced. The nanocrystals were homogeneous and rigid coacervation was not observed. The photoluminescence emission spectrum of the erbium (Ⅲ) oxide nanocrystals shows that it has a characteristic peak at 1.54μm, and some other shoulder peaks appear on both sides of the main peak.  相似文献

A series of europium-doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) fluorescent nano-materials prepared by sol-gel method is presented. The phase structure and crystalline sizes of TiO2:Eu, which is doped with different europium content and then heat-treated at different temperature, were investigated by XRD ,TG, DTA and TEM. The results show that europium could be introduced into TiO2 under high temperature and it can suppress the structural phase transition from anatase to rutile and the crystal growth of TiO2 in TiO2:Eu nano-materials. The fluorescence spectra were examined by fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the results show that the fluorescence intensity is the strongest when europium content is 2.68% (molefraction) and the heat-treated temperature is 700℃. From the measurement results of the fluorescence lifetimes, it can be seen that the fluorescence lifetime could be prolonged when europium is incorporated in TiO2.  相似文献

The nanosized particle materials of doped-TiO2 with Y2O3 were prepared by means of sol-gel technique for use in electrorheological (ER) fluids, and their crystal structures were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. To compare with the pure TiO2, a distinct enhancement in the shear stress under dc electric field was found by using such materials. This can be explained by the increase of the dielectric loss and dielectric constant at low frequency. The effects of the crystal structure of the particles on the dielectric property and ER performance of materials were investigated.  相似文献

Nanostructural monophase LaxBi2-xSeyTe3-y alloy was synthesized with a hydrothermal route using BiCl3, LaCl3, selenium and tellurium powders as the precursors, NaOH and disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetiate (EDTA) as the additives. The hydrothermally synthesized powders have a petal-like morphology self-structured by the parallel side-by-side arrangement of the nano-scales. It is found that an alkaline additive is necessary for the synthesis of a monophase Bi2Te3 based alloy.  相似文献

本文研究了化学还原法制各纳米铜粉的方法。本实验以次磷酸钠为制备纳米铜粉的还原剂。实验得出其较佳工艺条件: pH值在1.5—2.0之间,温度60℃左右,高速搅拌,反应时间15—20min,硫酸铜溶液中的Cu^ 2被还原为紫红色粉末。对所得产品进行XRD谱图分析,证实紫红色粉末为铜粉,但其在空气中不稳定,极易被氧化为Cu2O。通过扫描电镜图片观察,所得铜粉一次粒径约为十个纳米,但团聚体为数百个纳米的颗粒。  相似文献
