莱钢750m3高炉低硅冶炼实践

莱钢炼铁厂 2× 75 0 m3高炉通过加强管理及改进操作 ,提高原燃料质量 ,改造冷却系统等 ,低硅冶炼水平达到历史新高 ,高炉生铁含硅量降至 0 .5 %以下 ,同时促进了高炉其它技术的进步 ,入炉焦比达到 3 60 kg/t,煤比 160 kg/t     

韶钢3号高炉增产降耗实践

2004年,韶钢3号高炉通过抓精料、抓管理、提高喷煤量和低硅铁冶炼等措施,取得了较好的技术经济指标.其中有两个月高炉利用系数突破4.0 t/(m3.d),焦比380 kg/t,煤比144 kg/t。     

三钢4号高炉低硅冶炼实践

对三铜炼铁厂4号高炉低硅冶炼生产实践进行了总结,通过采取创新操作理念,优化渣相,完善上、下部操作制度、加强管理等一系列措施,月平均[Si]最低降低到0.23%,并长期稳定在0.25%左右,高炉长期稳定顺行,燃料比降低到500kg/t以下,为集团公司的节能降耗、降本增效,炼铁厂推广低硅冶炼技术做出了重要贡献。     

梅山1号高炉多环布料实践

梅山1号高炉采用了多环布料工艺,改善了料柱结构,煤气流分布更加合理,高炉冶炼指标不断改善,利用系数由1998年的1．973提高到2000年的2．083,焦比由431kg/t降至400kg/t,煤比从84kg/t提高到104kg/t。     

南钢4号高炉降硅冶炼实践

为减轻铁水罐粘结现象,4号高炉从2000年4月份开始进行降硅冶炼,[Si]由1～3月份的0.614%降到6月份的0.530%,焦比由432kg/t降到378kg/t,降硅冶炼取得明显效果.     

泰钢2#高炉强化冶炼实践

泰钢2#高炉易地大修后,通过采取改善原燃料质量,加强炉前管理,使用高质量风口,降低生铁含硅量,建立合适的上下部调剂原则等措施,使高炉冶炼不断强化,高炉利用系数达到了3.22t/m3*d,焦比降至522kg/t.     

宝钢3号高炉低硅冶炼技术

宝钢３号高炉通过调整布料档位,优化煤气流分布,确保高炉稳定顺行,并通过不断改善原燃料质量,提高利用系数,提高喷煤比,降低焦比,改进操作等措施,使铁水含硅量稳定下降,现稳定在０．３０％以下,最低月均为０．２６％,达到世界先进水平。３高炉采用的低硅冶炼技术不仅提高了生铁质量,而且取得了降硅、结焦、增产的良好经济效益。

宏兴钢铁1260 m3高炉技术创新实践

介绍了秦皇岛宏兴钢铁1 260 m3高炉的创新技术。通过采用高富氧、高风温、高顶压、低硅冶炼、优化布料方式等措施,高炉利用系数达到3. 5 t/(m3·d),高炉煤比年均达到157 kg/t,燃料比降低到511 kg/t;通过改造热风炉结构、增设均压煤气回收系统、提高块矿比例等节能减排措施,在降低高炉生铁成本的同时,取得了较好的低碳冶炼效果,年可减排二氧化碳30多万t,经济及社会效益显著。
