大间距无底柱分段崩落采矿法是近年来形成的一种新的无底柱采矿结构,针对该结构开采中的进路布置,在梅山铁矿采用现场监测、三维有限元数值模拟等手段,分别比较了15 m×15 m、15 m×20m种采场结构(即大间距结构与普通进路结构)的进路间柱的应力变化差别,通过对比监测及分析认为,采用大间距无底柱开采,其间柱所受应力得到了较大改善,该结构参数在应力大、采场地压显现严重、矿岩破碎等矿山应用,将有效地减少工程支护量,降低矿山开采成本.  相似文献

为提高北氵名河铁矿的采矿技术 ,开展了无底柱分段崩落法大结构参数的研究 ,研究确定了采用 15m× 18m的大结构参数及与该结构参数对应的爆破参数。该工艺已在北氵名河铁矿生产中应用 ,表明研究确定的结构参数及爆破参数合理 ,经济效益显著 ,作业条件改善。  相似文献

从理论上入手分析了无底柱分段崩落法结构参数的演变过程,分析了大间距结构下爆破堆积和矿石脊部残留结合体与放出体的吻合关系,论证了大间距结构参数的合理性,并通过实验和实践进行了验证。也验证了这种能够大量减少采准工程量、降低采矿成本、提高设备利用率和采矿强度的大间距结构参数的无底柱分段崩落法必然是无底柱分段崩落法的发展方向。  相似文献
