The time forecast system of coal spontaneous combustion was described based on the K J-90 mine environmental monitoring system in Hulipo Mine, Luzhou, Sichuan Province. In the system, CO and O2 sensor are added, and special-purpose microcomputer and software are equipped. By means of the system, the fluctuation laws of fire forecast parameters were observed in the process of coal-cutting, blast, exogenous mine fire and working face air quantity variation. By analyzing the problems which exist currently in the accident hidden dangers management of the coal mine, this paper proposed a new kind of management method--"simulating the market", in which an operation pattern of simulating the market to transact hidden troubles was constructed. This method introduces "Market Mechanism" into safe management, and adopts measurable value to describe the hidden dangers such as" human behavior, technique, environment, equipments etc.". It regards the hidden dangers as "the goods produced by labor" which are found out by the safety managers and the security inspectors, then sells as "commodity". By the process of disposing, counterchecking, re-selling, and redisposing. It forms a set of market-oriented closed-form management pattern of coalmine accident hidden dangers. This kind of management method changes the past traditional methods in which the wageworkers treat safety management passively, but to encourage and restrict them to participate in the check-up and improvement of the hidden dangers.  相似文献

The invertible of the Large Air Dense Medium Fluidized Bed (ADMFB) were studied by introducing the concept of the inverse system theory of nonlinear systems.Then the ADMFB, which was a multivariable, nonlinear and coupled strongly system,was decoupled into independent SISO pseudo-linear subsystems. At present, coal mine fires were forecasted with some temperature, smog, CO, CO2, etc, however, this method can't meet the requirements for safe production of coal mines in monitoring accuracy and validity. Overcoming these problems of foregone monitoring methods, using multi-parameters which include fire image, smog, CO, CO2, O2, etc, the paper put forward a synthetical analysis monitor with advanced technology of neural network. The mathematical model and the numerical simulation for the transfer of coal-bed methane were established based on the combination of the porous flow theory and elastic-plastic mechanics theory and the numerical solution was given, together with the consideration of the fluid-solid interaction between the coal-bed gas and coal framework. Then the dispersion for the equation of gas porous flow and coal seam distortion was carded out and the functional analysis equation was obtained. Taking the deep cutting excavation of Beijing-Qinhuangdao expressway as an example, the paper utilizes DYNA-2D dynamic FEM procedure to simulate the rock blasting process. The computation model was based on dynamical response of nonlinear elasto-plasticity material. According to analyses of the distribution and transmission of stress field, displacement field, velocity field, and acceleration in the course of blasting,and discusses of the blasting vibration influence to the rocky cut slope from many sides.the calculated results met well with that of in situ measured results. It is easy to determine vibration state of any point in the slope such as stress, displacement, velocity and acceleration, which confirm that numerical simulation method is feasible. The meaning of this research is not only to design the blasting construction to forecast and prevent the expressway rocky slope from disaster in mountains area, but also to offer a new experience of numerical method in geotechnical field.  相似文献

The combustion condition in coal-fired furnaces of the large power station boiler is very complex and the flame emissivity is one of the important combustion parameters. A measurement method of the flame emissivity based on the blackbody furnace calibration of CCD (Charge Coupled Device) cameras and the color image processing techniques of computer was introduced. The experimental research on the flame emissivity in a 200 MW boiler furnace and a 300 MW boiler furnace was conducted respectively through the several CCD cameras installed at different height in furnace. The measurement results show: the flame emissivity increases with the increase of the unit load, the flame emissivity of the burner areas in furnace is the highest and the flame emissivity decrease with the increase of height of furnace above the burners area.  相似文献

Coal mining activity is often restricted by geologic structural conditions, so it is very important to know the distribution situation of mine structures in advance of mining. For this reason, traditional qualitative procedure must give way to quantitative prediction method backed by mathematics theory and computer technology. This paper explores some relevant problems with the method, introducing a software, MSPS, used to predict automatically and quantitatively the relative complexities of geologic structures in different blocks of a coal mining area, with an application example employing the software to select the most suitable mining sites.  相似文献

Nano-composite ceramic coating was fabricated on Q235 steel through thermo chemical reaction method. Structure of the coating was analyzed and the properties were tested. The results show that a few of new ceramic phases, such as MgAI2O4, ZnAI2O4, AI2SiO5, Ni3Fe and Fe3AI, are formed on the coating during the process of solidifying at 600 ℃. The ceramic coating is dense and the high bonding strength is obtained. The average bonding strength between the coating and matrix could be 14.22 MPa. The acid resistance of the coating increase by 8.8 times, the alkali resistance by 4.1 times, the salt resistance bv 10.3 times, and the wear resistance bv 2.39 times.  相似文献
