低成本无铅焊接／返工站可移除或重焊组件

Manncorp现推出一个经济型台式返工站，其工艺控制和精密特征可与大型尖端回流炉相媲美。新台式返工站“system855”在焊接与除焊方面，较手工操作的劳动密集型途径实现了重大改进；其具有的温度曲线制作调节功能包括，按键设置温度、气流量和持续时间。控制这些变量可帮助小批量用户复制焊膏制造商的建议。“system855”一旦开动，可在三个预热区和两个回流区内自动穿行；循环结束后，自动关闭。该系统最多可储存十个温度测量曲线图。     

大阵面天线自动展开／折叠设计与系统实现

太阳能热水器的控制系统设计

设计一个对太阳能热水器的水温水位进行测量和控制的自动控制系统。该系统以单片机为核心,温度检测电路采用DS18B20数字温度传感器,通过在水箱内放置电极接触式传感器测量水位,使用LCD1602、发光二极管来显示水温水位,并通过电辅助加热和电磁阀实现自动加热和自动上水功能。该系统实现了太阳能热水器的智能化控制。     

多路电话自动计费系统的设计

目前，许多中小型电信营业厅和宾馆、饭店、车站、码头等邮电代办点都需要一种控制多路（4～8路）电话的即时自动计费设备。为满足社会的需求，我们研制了多路电话自动计费系统。该系统具有以下功能：（1）能同时监视、控制多路电话；（2）能正确接收用户拨号，并自动分析号码，确定费率；（3）能自动判别通话状态，确定通话时间，并准确计费；（4）能自动记录每次成功通话的各项数据；（5）能实时或定期打印话单；（6）能自动识别和正确接收脉冲和双音多频信号；（7）能同时显示所有话路的状态、呼叫号码、通话时间、话费等信息；（8）能方…     

Practical use of CAM in the IC industry

Based on an extensive improvement of cycle time, yield, defect density, equipment utilization and productivity, this paper will review in detail practical examples of data management and utilization through a CAM system. The basis for data utilization is made through the set of CAM reports which has to be designed for its usage by the manufacturers: shift changes, daily, weekly, monthly meetings; orientation towards problem solving; high level of commitment to organization goals. The short-cycle-time culture developed in our international IC manufacturing company has led us to enhance our WIP (Work in Process) management concept and our interaction with production control. It has therefore changed our requirements towards the CAM system especially in terms of scheduling: lot priority, WIP projection, start scheduler.     

长途超大容量DWDM光通信技术及发展

A Unique Exciter and RF Subsystem for ABC'S Mobile Satellite News Gathering Terminal the ABSCamp System

ABC's mobile Satellite News Gathering (SNG) terminal consists of an antenna subsystem, RF subsystem, video exciter, and voice/data communications package. This paper describes the RF subsystem and video exciter. The SNG terminal is designed to provide the highest quality video transmission available in a mobile configuration. The exciter subsystem includes a new direct coupled (DC) modulator to optimize spectrum utilization and transmission quality. The RF subsystem features 300 watt traveling wave tube (TWT) amplifiers integral to the antenna feed support assembly which maximizes the power output capability of the SNG terminal. The RF subsystem also includes RF combining facilities required to simultaneously transmit both video and voice/data carriers, and RF switching facilities required to select between alternate polarizations and test modes. The RF subsystem incorporates built in test equipment useful for testing the SNG uplink prior to live transmissions, and includes monitor and control facilities which allow an operator in the SNG truck to operate the RF equipment mounted on the antenna. The RF subsystem is designed to allow configuration as a fully redundant terminal. However, the RF subsystem may be configured for non-redundant operation where the reduced system availability is justified by the cost savings.

红外车辆分离子系统的设计和性能分析

在机动车磁卡收费系统中,红外车辆分离子系统是一种重要设备,它是由平行等距红外线族构成的平面检测系统,其性能直接影响收费系统的正常运转。本文介绍该子系统的设计并对系统性能进行分析,得出:子系统采取相关检测技术后,不仅能有效地抑制外界干扰、噪声,还具有抗相邻红外信号干扰能力。     

Management Decision Utilizing Cost-Effectiveness Modeling

An example of how the specifics of a major subsystem are related to the decision rules developed from cost-effectiveness considerations is given. An extensive study of a subsystem for an advanced ship deployment system was conducted to select the cost-effective subsystem and specify the procurement parameters from many attractive subsystem alternatives. It is shown that for a subsystem whose performance does not limit the productivity of the primary system (achieves minimum productivity) the measure of effectiveness for a constant force size is lowest life cycle cost (LCC). Since only minimum productivity is needed for the lowest LCC, any expenditure which results in getting increased subsystem productivity is both unwarranted and irreconcilable with proper cost-effectiveness concepts as applied to subsystems. The lowest LCC subsystem alternative is shown to be capable of meeting minimum productivity requirements by parametrically analyzing the cost-effectiveness model. The productivity of the subsystem during the mission is a function of the following: equipment state at mission start (includes ``under repair' states), mission dependability, and subsystem performance by equipment state. The subsystem meeting minimum productivity requirements and the lowest LCC was identified and became the management choice.     

Advanced IC packaging for the future applications

The performance of electronic equipment is improving rapidly. Portable electronic equipment requires smaller and thinner packaging systems for saving space and miniaturization. In addition, highly integrated, high-speed applications demand improved electrical performance to minimize noise effects. As a result of these considerations, the role of IC packaging has expanded from its traditional role of protecting the integrity and performance of an IC, to being a central factor in the development of electronic system concepts. In developing the optimum system, packaging technology must be a prime design consideration to ensure optimum performance, reliability, and cost. Soldering technology and Printed Wiring Board (PWB) routing density are two of the major technological issues facing miniaturized packaging systems today. Chip Scale Package (CSP), which is a new concept in packaging technology has been introduced. This is an ideal technology to enable the design and manufacture of the next generation of electronic equipment, while overcoming many of the technological issues facing system development     

煤炭生产管理信息系统的研究与设计

结合煤炭生产企业的一般需求,为了对煤炭生产实施全程管理,设计了一种煤炭生产管理信息系统。与传统系统相比,该系统细化功能功能需求,使系统功能更加完善。该系统划分5个子系统,包括一通三防子系统、设备管理子系统、生产管理子系统、安全管理子系统、系统管理子系统。提出了系统的设计思想,完成对系统的总体设计。通过建立该系统,使煤炭生产流程的管理更加合理化、系统化。
