介绍了数字控制式半导体激光器驱动电路的设计,包括温度控制系统和光功率控制系统。该系统以单片机为核心,结合外围电路,以数字控制技术代替以往的模拟电路,易于控制,精度高。对光功率控制系统也以单片机为核心,配合外围的功率采样电路和电流驱动电路.同时使用PD控制算法,控制电源电流,从而控制激光器光功率输出。在PD参数整定时,采用了工程实验法多次实验调试确定参数。建立数学模型,从而实现软件控制。为了提高控制的精度,把功率范围分为9段,对每一段都整定了一组参数,从而将光功率误差控制在0.02W内。所设计的驱动电路精度高,实时性好,达到了设计要求。 相似文献

设计了一种带有调制输入接口及恒电流、恒功率、恒温控制的光源系统,着重对其低频调制特性进行了实验研究.通过引入负反馈及自动温度控制技术,从外部电路角度改善了半导体激光器的调制输出特性,有效抑制了驰豫振荡,优化了激光二极管(LD)的调制输出参数. 相似文献

本文用多项式简化运算放大器的输入特性,建立RLC非线性振荡电路的状态方程,并借助MATLAB软件进行分析计算,从计算结果中精选典型的相图与时域图,证明了二阶非线性RLC电路中,参数的变化最多只可能使正弦振荡转化为间歇振荡,而三阶非线性RLC电路中,参数变化则可能导致混沌现象。 相似文献

The frequency concepts of GSM and DECT systems in mobile handsets consist mainly of three voltage controlled oscillators. The goal of this work is the integration of these oscillators with a bipolar technology. In this paper the requirements for the oscillators are shown. The possibilities of integration are examined theoretically and by experiment. 研究了利用注频锁相技术实现低成本、高集成度、高效率的发射波束形成系统。首先介绍了发射波束形成的原理,并研究了注频锁相振荡器相位系统平衡点的稳定性,根据注频锁相振荡器的相位噪声理论给出了注频锁相振荡器阵列的设计原则,然后根据理论分析设计了一种可以产生高稳定度、低相位噪声具有任意相位加权系数的多通道射频相干信号的波束形成系统,利用计算机仿真该系统实现了发射波束扫描,证明了基于注频锁相技术的发射波束形成系统的可实现性。最后搭建了四通道注频锁相振荡器阵列,测量结果表明注频锁相振荡器阵列可以产生具有任意相位加权系统的多通道相干信号,进一步证明了该发射波束形成系统的有效性。 相似文献

Equations that describe mutual and induced chaotic synchronization of n (n = 2, 3, 4,...) autooscillation systems in colored-noise medium are derived. It is demonstrated that external colored noise acting upon a system of coupled oscillators and a chain of unidirectionally coupled oscillators causes a decrease in the duration of transient processes that lead to the chaotic synchronization (both mutual and induced) of nonidentical oscillators and a decrease in the time needed for stabilization of the symmetric state of the system when the parameters of oscillators are identical. 相似文献

The problem of coupling between oscillators is usually tackled by employing the Van der Pol equation for representing the oscillators and solving the equations approximately. The present communication suggests another well-known oscillator and simple coupling factors for modeling the system. As a result, the system equations become directly integrable without approximations. Accurate phase and frequency transfer between mutually synchronized oscillators is a problem of current interest. This paper addresses a system of two mutually synchronized oscillators with inherently sinusoidal phase detectors. The system is studied in the context of nonlinear phase-locked loop theory. This is accomplished by Statistically characterizing the "time" and "space and time" increments of the phase processes generated by the two oscillators. The characterization of these increment processes is obtained in the form of steady-state probability density functions (pdf's). The effects of such disturbances as noise, transmission path delays, and oscillator frequency instabilities on the system are studied through their effects on these pdf's. Gaussian approximations for these pdf's (which simplify the extraction of the effects of the disturbances on the system) are also developed. Additionally, the stability of the time intervals and time interval errors generated by the oscillators are studied in the context of cycle slipping phenomena. 相似文献

Low-dimensional oscillators are a valuable model for the neuronal activity of isolated neurons. When coupled, the self-sustained oscillations of individual free oscillators are replaced by a collective network dynamics. Here, dynamical features of such a network, consisting of three electronic implementations of the Hindmarsh-Rose mathematical model of bursting neurons, are compared to those of a biological neural motor system, specifically the pyloric CPG of the crustacean stomatogastric nervous system. We demonstrate that the network of electronic neurons exhibits realistic synchronized bursting behavior comparable to the biological system. Dynamical properties were analyzed by injecting sinusoidal currents into one of the oscillators. The temporal bursting structure of the electronic neurons in response to periodic stimulation is shown to bear a remarkable resemblance to that observed in the corresponding biological network. These findings provide strong evidence that coupled nonlinear oscillators realistically reproduce the network dynamics experimentally observed in assemblies of several neurons. 相似文献
