优秀教学团队建设是教育部在高等学校中实施本科教学质量与教学改革工程的一项重要举措。长春工业大学自动化教研室2008年被教育部评为国家级教学团队,本文重点介绍该教学团队建设情况。论文内容包括:四种作用即以老带新作用、课程组整合作用、教师互助作用和团队促进作用;四个互动即教学与教研互动、教学与科研互动、理论与实践互动、教改与学改互动;教学改革"七、四、三"即课程建设的"七个一",教学内容改革的"四加强",教学方法对"三个过多与三个过少"的改革;开展创新教育的情况;加强实践环节的情况。通过上述措施加强团队建设,提高团队成员综合素质,促进教育教学质量的提高。  相似文献

合肥工业大学电气工程及其自动化专业是由电机、电器及其控制和电力系统及其自动化两个专业于1999年合并而成,至今已有60年的历史。几十年来,电气工程及其自动化专业不断调整和发展,现今,在人才培养、科学研究、教师队伍建设、办学条件等方面皆取得了长足的发展,专业总体水平较高。特别是,电力电子技术在新能源领域的应用取得较为显著的成果,也是该专业的主要特色之一。随着国民经济的不断发展,社会对电气工程及其自动化专业方面的人才的要求不断提高,特别是与电力电子交叉学科方面的人才,为了适应人才市场的需求,体现电气工程及其自动化专业的办学特色,对该专业的方向设置进行了词整,同时对教学计划和教学大纲进行了修订。  相似文献

This research investigates why certain enterprise resource planning (ERP) system adopters have pursued high levels of software customization during implementation despite the generally accepted best-practice heuristic of limiting customization. Qualitative data from ERP adoption projects and consultants working with ERP implementations have been collected. This study empirically identifies customization drivers and explains their relationship to customization. The results suggest that high customization may occur because of: unnecessary redevelopment of functionality that is available in the ERP system standard, resistance to change based on cultural issues and low project acceptance, insufficient weight given to the implementation team's recommendations, and the implementation team's lack of opposition to customization requests. The results of this study also explain how these problems occur and why they lead to overcustomization.  相似文献

Using a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis, the article discusses some of the findings from a larger study on collaboration and the role of gender. We profile three student engineering teams as they participate in processes leading to the submission of a report for a team-based technical communication course. While some theorists suggest that gender can play a significant role in achieving a successful team dynamic, our study only partially supports that claim. A synopsis of two women from two predominantly male teams reveals glimpses of what the literature describes as traditional gender-linked behaviors by both men and women, but the all-female team does not conform to stereotypical patterns and their behaviors call into question the existence of these interactional styles. We suggest that factors other than gender and independent of a team's gender composition exert a greater impact on collaboration. Nevertheless, the study does caution against assigning women to predominantly male teams, since when a team's social structure is mostly male, traditional gender-linked interactional behaviors as well as manifestations of the culture of engineering are more likely to emerge. Overall, the study underlines the importance of examining specific face-to-face interactions to see how behavior is situationally produced in order to more fully understand the interactional strategies open to individuals  相似文献

Recent research in human-robot interaction has investigated the concept of Sliding, or Adjustable, Autonomy, a mode of operation bridging the gap between explicit teleoperation and complete robot autonomy. This work has largely been in single-agent domains-involving only one human and one robot-and has not examined the issues that arise in multiagent domains. We discuss the issues involved in adapting Sliding Autonomy concepts to coordinated multiagent teams. In our approach, remote human operators have the ability to join, or leave, the team at will to assist the autonomous agents with their tasks (or aspects of their tasks) while not disrupting the team's coordination. Agents model their own and the human operator's performance on subtasks to enable them to determine when to request help from the operator. To validate our approach, we present the results of two experiments. The first evaluates the human/multirobot team's performance under four different collaboration strategies including complete teleoperation, pure autonomy, and two distinct versions of Sliding Autonomy. The second experiment compares a variety of user interface configurations to investigate how quickly a human operator can attain situational awareness when asked to help. The results of these studies support our belief that by incorporating a remote human operator into multiagent teams, the team as a whole becomes more robust and efficient.  相似文献

Working within the Mobile VCE a team formed from several leading UK university departments, in association with industry representatives, has been addressing challenges of the modern wideband radio environment. A focus of the team's work has been to generate new mobile radio data-centric architectures capable of delivering a high quality of service and a high network capacity while coping with the little-known outdoor-to-indoor interface. In order to address this latter interface, unique propagation data have been captured and new channel models have been proposed to describe their behaviour.
