为促进皮肤创伤愈合提供实验依据,最终为临床新应用提供依据,探究猪源纤维蛋白黏合剂(FS)其对大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合及其对创面皮肤羟脯氨酸表达的影响。72只体重为160~200 g SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、白凡士林组和FS组,于背部制作直径为1. 5 cm的全层圆形皮肤切除创面,每组各24只,空白对照组不做任何处理,白凡士林组和FS组则分别用医用白凡士林和FS涂抹伤口。术后3、7、14和21 d测量各组大鼠的皮肤伤口面积,计算各组皮肤创面愈合率;取术后7和14 d伤口皮肤标本进行HE病理组织学观察;并于术后7、14和21 d取组织进行酶联免疫法测定愈合组织中羟脯氨酸蛋白含量。在术后3、7、14和21 d时,FS组的伤口愈合率高于空白对照组,且其差异具有统计学意义(p 0. 05)。HE染色结果显示在第7 d时FS组胶原沉积高于空白对照组;血管新生数亦高于空白组、白凡士林组,差异均具有统计学意义(p 0. 05)。在14 d时,与空白对照组相比,FS组胶原沉积较高,且差异具有统计学意义(p 0. 05),而血管新生数各组之间无统计学意义(p 0. 05)。对各组创面组织中羟脯氨酸含量进行测定,结果发现,在第7、14和21 d时,FS组大鼠皮肤创伤组织中HYP含量均明显高于空白对照组(p 0. 05)。说明猪源纤维蛋白黏合剂能有效促进大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合,缩短愈合时间,其具有潜在的应用价值,为临床皮肤创伤治愈提供了新思路。  相似文献

优化Pyrrosia petiolosa酯提物提取条件,初步研究其拮抗Staphylococcus aureus作用效果.采用正交试验优化提取条件,牛津杯法测定Pyrrosia petiolosa酯提物拮抗S.aureus活性;倍比稀释法测定其拮抗S.aureus的MIC和MBC值;扫描电镜观察PPEAE处理S.aureus后形态变化.正交试验结果显示:质量浓度1/20g/mL、提取温度60℃、浸提时间5d为最优提取条件,优化后酯提物抑菌效率可提高25.7%.Pyrrosia petiolosa酯提物浓缩至质量浓度分别为1和50mg/mL时,抑菌圈直径分别为8和24mm,其MIC和MBC值分别为7.8和15.6mg/mL.Pyrrosia petiolosa酯提物处理后,S.aureus表面出现部分凹陷、皱缩.正交优化可显著提高酯提物抑菌物质提取效率,Pyrrosia petiolosa酯提物具有较强的拮抗S.aureus活性.  相似文献

目的 为探究无菌大鼠深二度烫伤创面感染金黄色葡萄球菌后机体的炎性反应,试验应用无菌大鼠及SPF级大鼠分别建立深二度烫伤模型和烫伤后金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型,分析愈合过程、炎性反应及病理变化。方法20只6周龄雌性Wistar无菌大鼠,在超净工作台内采用恒温恒压烫伤仪94℃作用8 s造成大鼠深二度烫伤,随机分为两组,一组伤口感染浓度为1×1~08CFU/m L金黄色葡萄球菌0. 5 m L,一组不做处理,创面保持无菌状态; 20只6周龄雌性SPF级Wistar大鼠,在相同条件下烫伤,随机分为两组,一组伤口感染浓度为1×10~8CFU/m L金黄色葡萄球菌0. 5 m L,一组不做处理。分别观察4组大鼠的伤口结痂时间、脱痂时间和愈合时间,并在烫伤前(0 h),烫伤后24 h、48 h、3d、5 d、7d、10 d、14 d时取血清,检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的变化;烫伤后24 h、3d、7 d、10 d伤口处皮肤HE染色,观察病理变化。结果 感染金黄色葡萄球菌无菌大鼠伤口脱痂及愈合时间显著短于其他3组(P<0. 05);感染金黄色葡萄球菌SPF级大鼠,结痂、脱痂及愈合时间显著长于其他3组(P<0. 05);感染金黄色葡萄球菌SPF级烫伤大鼠组由于双重损伤使血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-1α水平升高,且在烫伤后72 h显著高于其他3组(P<0. 05);无菌大鼠由于对烫伤及金黄色葡萄球菌刺激反应激烈,烫伤后血清TNF-α、IL-1α和EGFR水平迅速升高,且在烫伤24 h时显著高于2组SPF大鼠(P<0. 05),在烫伤48 h时血清EGFR水平显高于两组SPF大鼠(P<0. 05)。病理显示,感染金黄色葡萄球菌SPF烫伤大鼠伤口处新生血管及肉芽组织生成时间均长于其他3组;感染金黄色葡萄球菌无菌烫伤大鼠伤口处新生血管及肉芽组织生成时间均短于其他3组。结论 无菌大鼠由于其免疫系统处于休眠状态,受到烫伤和金黄色葡萄球菌的双重刺激,迅速激活其全身免疫系统,加快了伤口愈合; SPF烫伤大鼠感染金黄色葡萄球菌后产生的多种免疫逃避分子加重了机体的炎性反应,延缓了伤口愈合。  相似文献

以椒目仁油软膏对烧伤创面的愈合作用及评价皮肤安全性,用大鼠背部制备小面积深Ⅱ度烧伤创面,并将创面分为椒目仁油软膏、京万红治疗和空白基质、模型对照4组.以创面面积愈合率、脱痂时间和创面感染情况评价治疗效果.将空白基质、阳性致敏物(2,4-二硝基氯苯)和椒目仁油软膏用于家兔、豚鼠背部完整或破损受试皮肤,分别进行皮肤急性毒性试验、过敏试验和刺激性试验.结果:椒目仁油软膏能显著促进创面愈合(P<0.05).应用于家兔皮肤上,未见急性毒性反应.一次或多次给药均对豚鼠皮肤无刺激性.反复致敏后使用也未见皮肤与全身过敏反应.说明椒目仁油软膏有加速伤口愈合的作用,且用于家兔、豚鼠皮肤未见急性毒性反应.  相似文献

目的 观察黛玉膏对肛瘘大鼠血管生成和Nrf2/HO-1信号通路的影响。方法 将20只SPF级SD大鼠进行综合法构建肛瘘术后创面模型,建模成功后随机分为模型组和黛玉膏组,每组10只。黛玉膏组大鼠使用药物涂抹伤口,模型组以0.9%氯化钠溶液擦洗。另选取10只仅造成创口的大鼠作为对照组,也以0.9%氯化钠溶液擦洗,各组大鼠每天处理2次,均连续干预14 d。观察创面愈合情况及局部血流。ELISA法检测肛瘘创面组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、VEGF受体(VEGFR)、内皮生长因子(EGF)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、白细胞介素IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平;Western blot法检测创面组织Nrf2及HO-1蛋白水平。结果 与对照组相比,模型组创面愈合率及血流量显著下降(P<0.05),与模型组相比黛玉膏组大鼠创面愈合率和血流量显著升高(P<0.05);CD31染色结果比较,模型组较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),黛玉膏组较模型组显著升高(P<0.05);肉芽组织IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α比较,模型组较...  相似文献

探寻重组人角质细胞生长因子2(rh-KGF2)和易孚(EGF为主要的药品)对SD大鼠烫伤创面愈合方面效果的差异,同时探寻重组人角质细胞生长因子2(rhKGF2)和米诺地尔在毛发再生方面效果的差异.通过建立大鼠的自身对照模型,左侧形成深Ⅱ°烫伤创面,右侧涂抹脱毛膏脱毛.通过连续4~6周,每日1次对烫伤创面和脱毛区域采用涂抹的方式对伤口给药.在此过程中对大鼠的一般状态、体重、烫伤愈合效果以及新生毛长及毛重进行观察.通过分析得出的结论为:rh-KGF2在伤口愈合方面和毛发再生方面有良好的效果.  相似文献

目的研究脱细胞生物敷料对小型猪深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法巴马实验用小型猪24头,雌雄不限,体质量(15±3) kg通过铜锭制备大小为4 cm×6 cm的深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分为两组,试验组使用脱细胞生物敷料,空白对照组使用脱脂棉纱布。术后1、2、3、4周统计创面愈合率和愈合时间,并进行临床观察、组织病理学观察及创面羟脯氨酸含量检测,分析创面愈合情况。结果试验过程中动物全部存活,且无创面感染情况发生,试验组术后创面干燥,2周结痂,3周脱痂并长出被毛;空白对照组术后1周创面表面局部有渗出,其余部位干燥,2周结痂,4周脱痂并长出被毛。创面愈合时间试验组为(20. 83±0. 75) d,空白对照组为(27. 33±0. 82) d。2周和3周时两组创面愈合率具有显著性差异。试验组术后3周皮肤各层结构清晰,烫伤面基本愈合,4周时皮肤各层结构完整;空白对照组皮肤各层结构和附件的形成与试验组相比皆滞后6 d左右。术后1周、2周和3周两组创面炎性细胞浸润情况和羟脯氨酸含量具有显著性差异。结论脱细胞生物敷料能够有效促进烫伤创面愈合,可缩短治疗周期。  相似文献

目的观察水胶体敷料对激光治疗小儿血管瘤术后创面愈合的影响。方法将60例施行激光治疗血管瘤患者随机分成两组,观察组使用水胶体敷料覆盖创面,对照组使用金因肽外喷.对两组创面愈合时间及感染发生人数进行比较。结果观察组创面愈合时间(7±0.35)d,对照组(13±0.27)d,两组结果有统计学差异(t=2.352,P=o.033,P〈0.05);观察组感染发生人数(4人).与对照组(10人)存在差异(x2=3.283,P=o.035.P〈0.05)。结论使用水胶体敷料可促进创面的愈合并减少感染的发生,使用方便,安全可靠。  相似文献

创面封闭负压引流术(VAC)是近年来兴起的一种创面治疗新技术,它能加速各类急、慢创面愈合,尤其适用于慢性难愈性创面和不能立即实施确定性外科闭合手术的伤口,并与传统的负压引流术存在区别。其促进创面愈合的确切作用机制尚未完全清楚,涉及到增加局部血流、消除局部水肿、减少创面渗液的积聚、抑制创面细菌生长、促进细胞增生和肉芽组织生长、保持创面及创周组织的湿润环境、调节胶原酶及明胶酶活性、减轻创伤后免疫抑制等多个方面的综合作用。随着其机理的进一步阐明,VAC将会得到更加广泛有效的临床应用。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
