研究了橡胶型乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)/NBR共混比、硫黄和叔丁基酚醛树脂(2402树脂)硫化体系对共混物性能的影响,并对比了动态硫化和静态硫化共混物在性能上的差异。试验结果表明,EVM/NBR共混比显著影响共混物的力学性能,而采用NBR预先动态硫化的方法后,共混物胶料的挤出口型膨胀率明显减小,老化性能得到改善,同时减弱了硫黄和2402树脂等硫化体系对EVM硫化的影响,使多种硫化体系可以共存于共混物中。DSC分析表明EVM/NBR动态硫化共混物只有一个玻璃化温度,且介于EVM和NBR之间,说明EVM和NBR具有良好的相容性。 相似文献

制备EPDM/聚烯烃简单共混型热塑性弹性体。研究了聚合物种类、橡塑比、二元和三元共混对共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,部分结晶性EPDM共混物的力学性能比无定形EPDM共混物好,部分结晶性EPDM与LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)共混物的拉伸强度大于两者的加和值,而其它二元共混物的拉伸强度均低于两共混单元的加和值;用LDPE部分替代PP,或用氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)部分替代结晶性EPDM进行三元共混,能改善部分结晶性EPDM/PP共混物的某些性能。 相似文献

研讨了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)薄膜和mLLDPE与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物薄膜的物理性能和光学性能,并与传统的LLDPE薄膜和LLDPE/LDPE共混物薄膜进行了比较,表明mLLDPE薄膜和mLLDPE/LDPE共混物薄膜的性能优于传统的LLDPE薄膜和LLDP/LDPE共混物薄膜,指出在mLLDPE中混合10%LDPE,对薄膜性能影响不大。 相似文献

用毛细管流变仪研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)及聚碳酸酯/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PC/TPU)共混物的流变性能。实验结果表明:PC熔体粘度对剪切速率(γ)不敏感,而对温度(T)敏感。温度升高,PC粘度降低。加入TPU大大改善了共混物的流动性能,使共混物的成型加工变得容易进行。当TPU含量为40份时,共混物的熔体粘度出现一极小值。加入不同第三组分对于降低共混物的熔体粘度效果不同,第三组分E对共混物有增粘作用 相似文献

The present study mainly studies the effect of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) content on the waterproofing and mechanical properties of geopolymer composites. Firstly, hydrophobic modified geopolymer composites (HM-GC) were prepared by adding PDMS during the mixing process. Secondly, the surface wettability characteristics, water absorption, uniaxial compressive and tensile properties of HM-GC were investigated. The effect of PDMS content on the waterproofing and mechanical properties was further discussed. Finally, considering the waterproofing and mechanical properties, the optimal PDMS content was proposed. The results showed that with increasing PDMS content, the contact angle of geopolymer composites rapidly increase at first and then stabilizes. The geopolymer composites with 4% and 5% PDMS content exhibit overhydrophobic surface wettability. In addition, the water absorption gradually decreases with increasing PDMS content, indicating an improvement in the waterproofing ability. The incorporation of PDMS can enhance the compressive properties of geopolymer composites while reducing the tensile properties. Comprehensively considering the waterproofing and mechanical properties, it is reasonable to select 4% as the optimal PDMS content used in practical marine engineering. 相似文献

The dielectric properties of corn seeds were determined in the ranges of 9.71-21.51% wet basis (w.b.) for moisture content, 772.5-902.2 kg/m3 for bulk density and 1-100 MHz for frequency of applied electric field using a coaxial capacitor sample holder. Effects of the parameters such as moisture content, bulk density and frequency on the dielectric properties were investigated. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent were greatly affected by the moisture content, frequency and bulk density. The moisture content was the most significant factor affecting the dielectric properties of corn seeds. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent increased with increasing moisture content and bulk density. The second and third-order polynomial equations were proposed to describe the existing relationship between dielectric properties and moisture content. Dielectric measurements provided new information concerning moisture content and bulk density dependent behaviour of dielectric properties of corn seeds that may be useful in sensing of the moisture content. 相似文献

本文通过对不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶的耐油性能、耐磨损试性能和耐疲劳性能进行研究,分析了丙烯腈含量对螺杆泵定子橡胶机械物理性能的影响。结果表明,随丙烯腈含量的增加,丁腈橡胶的力学性能和耐油性增强;在55℃的工作温度下,N220S橡胶的损耗因子最小;丙烯腈含量越高,其耐磨损性能越差;丙烯腈含量最高的橡胶,耐屈挠性能和耐伸张疲劳性能最好。 相似文献

The rheological properties of sisal fiber (SF)/polylactic acid (PLA) composites of different SF content and initial fiber length were evaluated using a torque rheometer. Since the SF configuration directly affected the rheological properties of the composites, the length and width of SFs in the final composites were measured. The effect of fiber content, angular velocity, and initial fiber length on the fiber aspect ratio (length to width ratio) and composite rheological properties were analyzed. Initial fiber length significantly affects the rheological properties of SF/PLA composites at low SF content, while fiber content predominantly affects rheological properties at high SF content, and rheological parameters are similar for the composites of different initial fiber length.
