以水性功能单体,新戊二醇,三羟甲基丙烷,邻苯二甲酸酐,已二酸,间苯二甲酸酐,已二酸,间苯二甲酸为主要原料,合成了水性聚酯树脂,测定了水性聚酯-氨基烘漆的性能,讨论了影响水性聚酯树脂性能的各种因素。 相似文献

以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,间苯二甲酸、1,4-环己烷二甲酸、二聚酸等为酸类单体,新戊二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、二聚醇、三羟甲基丙烷等为醇类单体,在钦酸四丁酯的催化下,制备了水性聚酯树脂。再经过添加水性氨基树脂,制得耐水煮性好的水性氨基烤漆。研究了二聚酸和二聚醇的用量,不同氨基树脂,以及聚酯树脂与氨基树脂的质量比对烤漆性能的影响。结果表明,当二聚酸和二聚醇的质量分数分别为15%和12%时,所制备的水性聚酯树脂与Cymel 303氨基树脂以质量比3.0:1配合,可以获得综合性能良好的氨基烤漆,其漆膜的附着力为0级,硬度大于H,60。光泽达到103,耐水煮时间超过3h,耐丁酮擦拭超过100次,正反耐冲击性(1 kg)均大于50 cm。 相似文献

引入三官能度环氧端基的异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)改性水性聚酯树脂,利用羧基与环氧基开环反应生成酯键和羟基并进一步反应得到六元支化岛状结构水性聚酯树脂。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和凝胶色谱对异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)改性水性聚酯树脂进行微观结构的分析,对比了异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯、季戊四醇和三羟甲基丙烷作为支化组分对水性聚酯树脂贮存稳定性、T弯、耐热性能、耐水煮性能、耐溶剂性能等的影响,发现异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)改性水性聚酯树脂具有更好的T弯与耐热性,其他性能包括耐溶剂擦拭性、耐水煮性以及耐化性等与使用其他脂肪族支化单体的水性聚酯相当。 相似文献

Dielectric and viscosity techniques were used to determine the degree of the compatibility of poly(methyl methacrylate)/polycarbonate, poly(methyl methacrylate)/ polystyrene, and polycarbonate/polystyrene blends in different ratios (25/75, 50/50, and 75/25 w/w). The effect of the addition of 5, 10, and 20% concentrations of the prepared polyester resin [poly(butylene terephthalate adipate)] on the compatibility of these blends was studied. The dielectric properties were measured over a frequency range (from 100 Hz to 100 kHz) at various temperatures covering the glass‐transition temperatures of the polymers used (from 30 to 170°C). It was found from the dielectric and viscosity measurements that the addition of 10% polyester to poly(methyl methacrylate)/polycarbonate, 20% polyester to poly(methyl methacrylate)/polystyrene, and 5% polyester to polycarbonate/polystyrene blends enhanced the degree of compatibility of such blends. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为单体,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联单体制备了自消光水性聚氨酯(WPU)树脂乳液。采用傅立叶红外光谱仪、金相显微镜以及粒径分布仪对乳液的结构和形态进行了表征。考察了预聚体R值、DMPA用量对WPU乳液粒径和稳定性的影响,以及TMP用量对自消光WPU树脂消光度和耐热性的影响,并对自消光WPU合成革表面的性能进行了测试。结果表明,预聚体R值为1.9~2.0、DMPA和TMP质量分数分别为1.5%和0.2%~0.4%时,可以得到消光度高、粒径均匀、状态稳定的自消光WPU树脂,用于合成革表面处理具有良好的使用性能。 相似文献

通过引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯单体,并采取分步聚合法工艺合成高固体分聚酯树脂,制得了施工 VOC满足环保要求的卷材涂料。探讨了不同二元酸类型、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯用量、相对分子质量及合成工艺对聚酯树脂及漆膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用分步法聚酯合成工艺,第一步选用甲基丙二醇及己二酸、六氢苯酐及苯酐合成的端羧基聚酯,酸超量 40%;第二步中引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯及三羟甲基丙烷及甲基丙二醇,醇超量 50%,可得到数均相对分子质量为 1 862、固含量为 81%、黏度( 23 ℃)为 1 860 mPa·s的高固体分聚酯树脂,以此树脂配制的白色卷材面漆性能良好,施工 VOC为 305 g/L,满足低于 420 g/L的要求。 相似文献

A new process was developed for synthesis of alkyd resins in which a conventional monoglyceride is reacted with a carboxy-functional
acrylic copolymer. The novel products are called acrylicalkyd resins. The carboxy-functional acrylic copolymers were synthesized
by solution-free radical polymerization. Gelation during alkyd resin synthesis was avoided by: (1) limiting the molecular
weight of the acrylic copolymers to Mn 3500–5000 and (2) limiting the number average functionality about 6.5–10 carboxyl groups per molecule. Further, the carboxyl
groups were derived from a mixture of acrylic and methacrylic acids (1/1.2 mol ratio) in the expectation that this would help
control the process. Three series of acrylic copolymers were prepared from various combinations of acrylic monomers and reacted
with a monoglyceride prepared from soybean oil and trimethylol propane. The composition of the acrylic resin was adjusted
to minimize phase separation [observed visually and by scanning probe microscopy (SPM)] within cast films. The most satisfactory
results were obtained with copolymers of 62–71 wt% of methyl methacrylate, 5–21 wt% of lauryl methacrylate, 7.2 wt% of acrylic
acid, and 10.3 wt% of methacrylic acid. In preliminary tests, waterborne coatings made from acrylic-alkyd resins based on
these acrylics had excellent stability, with acid numbers changing less than 10% after nine months of storage.

以聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,采用环氧树脂改性制备出稳定的水性聚氨酯油墨连结料。水性油墨连结料的红外光谱分析说明合成了水性聚氨酯结构油墨连结料;差示扫描量热法测试表明环氧树脂复合改性增加了涂膜交联度,涂膜玻璃化转变温度(Tg)明显提高;粒径分布分析说明经过环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯树脂的粒径分布变宽;热失质量分析说明环氧树脂改性增加了涂膜的耐热性;水性聚氨酯油墨性能测试说明水性油墨连结料PUIV-1的基本性能优于所用的水性丙烯酸连结料。 相似文献

针对溶剂型烤漆对环境和人体带来危害、水性烘烤漆水洗易掉漆的问题,采用水性环氧树脂为成膜基料,通过对氨基树脂固化剂以及功能助剂的筛选和配方设计,研制出一款拉链头用高耐水洗水性烘烤漆,并且确定了最佳烘烤温度。实验结果表明:当以氨基树脂 Cymel MM-100为固化剂,水性环氧树脂和固化剂的质量比为 10∶1,水性环氧基聚硅氧烷 Um-623的添加量为 3%,烘烤温度为 150 ℃,得到的漆膜附着力 0级,耐冲击性 50 cm,铅笔硬度 2H,耐磨性 <0. 03 g,漆膜耐水洗色牢度性能优异。 相似文献
