 YBCO高温超导体有着广阔的应用前景,为改善其弱连接,通常要求强的c轴织构以提高临界电流密度值。通过RABiTS法可以在具有双轴织构的金属基底上外延生长出织构峰锐、组分单一的超导膜。为了减少晶格失配,通常需要在金属基体和超导层之间加入缓冲层。文章用2θθ扫描、扫描和ω扫描及极图法,对具有多层氧化物缓冲层的Ni/Y2O3/YSZ/CeO2/YBCO 超导膜的织构进行了分析,表征了超导体由镍基带的立方织构经缓冲层的转动立方织构再到超导层的c轴织构的传递过程。  相似文献

采用Ti/Cu/Ni中间层对Si3N4陶瓷进行二次部分瞬间液相(PTLP)连接,研究连接工艺参数对Si3N4/Ti/Cu/Ni连接强度的影响,同时研究了连接强度随试验温度的变化规律。结果表明,在该试验条件下,室温连接强度随着二次连接温度的提高和二次保温时间的延长而提高,改变连接工艺参数对Si3N4/Ti/Cu/Ni二次PTLP连接界面反应层厚度无明显影响;连接强度在试验温度400℃时达到最大,随后随试验温度升高,连接强度降低,但在800℃前,其高温强度具有很好的稳定性。  相似文献

采用Ti(5μm)/Cu(70μm)/Ti中间层,通过改变连接时间和连接温度进行Si3N4。陶瓷的部分瞬间液相连接(PTLP连接),用扫描电镜、电子探针对连接界面区域进行了分析,系统地研究了Si3N4/Ti/Cu/Ti/Si3N4 PTLP连接过程的动力学。结果表明,界面反应层的生长和等温凝固界面的迁移均符合扩散控制的抛物线方程。PTLP连接参数的优化不同于通常的活性钎焊和固相扩散连接的参数优化,反应层生长和液相区等温凝固这两个过程必须协调,才能同时提高室温和高温连接强度。  相似文献

Cr/CrN/CrNC/CrC/Cr-DLC梯度膜层的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用中频磁控溅射结合离子源技术沉积Cr/CrN/CrNC/CrC/Cr-DLC膜层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱(EDS)、Raman光谱和俄歇深层剥层分别对膜层微观形貌、成分组成、键结构及梯度成分深层分布进行分析;采用努氏显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机、划痕仪及洛氏硬度计测评膜层机械性能。结果表明:采用中频磁控溅射可沉积出大面积Cr/CrN/CrNC/CrC/Cr-DLC梯度膜层;Cr溅射功率对C键结构影响不大,但表层DLC中Cr的含量和膜层厚度随中频功率增大而增大;随DLC中掺Cr量增多,膜层硬度及摩擦因数略有上升;采用梯度过渡层及掺入金属Cr提高了膜层附着力,但过高的中频功率使沉积离子能量偏高,膜层压应力增加反而降低了膜层附着性能。  相似文献

The layered LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2–yMgyO2–zFz (0≤y≤0.12, 0≤z≤0.08) cathode materials were synthesized by combining co-precipitation method and high temperature solid-state reaction, with the help of the ball milling, to investigate the effects of F–Mg doping on LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2. Compared with previous studies, this doping treatment provides substantially improved electrochemical performance in terms of initial coulombic efficiency and cycle performance. The LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.11Mg0.09O1.96F0.04 electrode delivers an high capacity retention of 98.6% during the first cycle and a discharge capacity of 189.7 mA·h/g (2.8–4.4 V at 0.2C), with the capacity retention of 96.3% after 100 cycles. And electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) results show that Mg–F co-doping decreases the charge-transfer resistance and enhances the reaction kinetics, which is considered to be the major factor for higher rate performance. It is demonstrated that LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.11Mg0.09O1.96F0.04 is a promising cathode material for lithium-ion batteries for excellent electrochemical properties.  相似文献

Temperature dependences of resistivity ρ ab (T) and ρ c (T) of single-crystal films Nd2 − x Ce x CuO4 + δ (x = 0.12, 0.15, 0.17, 0.20) with orientations (001) and and single crystals Ca2 − x Sr x RuO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2.0) have been investigated. It has been established that in the optimally annealed single crystal of Nd2 − x Ce x CuO4 + δ (δ ≃ 0) and in single-crystal Ca2 − x Sr x RuO4 the mechanisms of conduction differ in the orthogonal directions; namely, the conduction is metallic in the plane ab (dρ ab /dT >0) and nonmetallic in the direction c (dρ c /dT < 0). These layered quasi-two-dimensional systems are Anderson conductors with a strongly anisotropic localization radius (R loc ab R loc c ). It has been found that an increase in the oxygen content in the Nd2 − x Ce x CuO4 + δ system and an increase in the calcium content in Ca2 − x Sr x RuO4 lead to a decrease in the coefficient of the resistivity anisotropy. A series of Co/Si/(Co/Cu/Co) multilayers and Co/Si/Co sandwiches were prepared by high vacuum electron-beam evaporation. It was found that a Si spacer (≥0.9 nm) could greatly decrease the interlayer coupling in Co/Si/Co sandwiches and there was no magnetoresistance(MR) or spin-valve MR in them due to the high resistivity of Si spacer. While in Co/Si/(Co/Cu/Co) multilayers, we observed a spin-valve MR of about 0.5% through a nominal 2.7 nm Si spacer at room temperature. The spin-valve MR in Co/Si/(Co/Cu/Co) multilayers was attributed to the enhanced spin polarization of conduction electrons caused by the top Co/Cu/Co sandwich with GMR mechanism and high spin-dependent scattering at Co/Cu interface.  相似文献

研究了Al19Fe20-xCo20-xNi41Mo2xx=0,1,2,3,4,5)共晶高熵合金(EHEAs)的摩擦学性能。结果表明,添加微量Mo的EHEA可形成面心立方(fcc)+B2共晶组织,而添加相对较高含量Mo的EHEAs可形成fcc+B2+μ树枝状组织。Mo元素有利于提高L12相的强度和B2相的延性。然而,随着Mo含量的增加,生成的富Mo μ相降低了EHEAs的强度和塑性。Al19Fe18Co18Ni41Mo4 EHEA具有高强度和高延展性的最佳组合。增加Mo含量可以提高EHEAs的抗氧化性。随着Mo含量的增加,EHEA在滑动过程中形成了抗氧化性增强的摩擦氧化物层,摩擦系数单调下降。本研究为Al19Fe20-xCo20-xNi41Mo2x EHEAs的摩擦学性能研究提供了指导。  相似文献
