沼气燃烧速度慢是造成沼气发动机燃烧持续期长,燃烧效率低,后燃严重,排温高,可靠性与经济性差的根本原因。该文利用快压机对沼气发动机的燃烧过程进行了模拟,提出了改善火花点火沼气发动机性能的快速燃烧方法,设计出了包括燃烧室在内的快速燃烧系统,并将其用于6160沼气发动机发电机组的开发,大大提高了沼气在发动机中的燃烧速度,改善了该沼气发动机可靠性与经济性。 相似文献

The main objective of this investigation has been to study the influence of the heat affected zone (HAZ) on room temperature low cycle fatigue (LCF) properties of two structural steels, type SA 508 Class 2 and DIN 22NiMoCr37. The predicted LCF properties of the HAZ have been related to the corresponding material microstructure obtained under quenched and tempered conditions. The HAZ microstructure has been reproduced by a weld cladding simulation heat treatment and any subsequent heat treatment on the simulated HAZ microstructure has been omitted. Although the thermal cycle introduced by the simulated welding process modifies the structure of the affected region and, as a result, diminishes the monotonic and cyclic ductile properties, it has been found that the cyclic strength properties of the simulated HAZ microstructure have been increased. The Feltner and Landgraf prediction criterion has been applied in order to obtain a reliable estimation of the LCF resistance of the materials tested in this investigation. 相似文献

In this study pinch technology has been improved for wastewater temperature reduction. Having considered design grouping rules on the basis of pinch technology, a new debottlenecking procedure for thermal treatment of the wastewater network, has been introduced. In the presented procedure, better thermal treatment of effluent network using the new method can be used to avoid investment in new cooling tower capacity and to improve the performance of the tower in a systematic way. The bubble growth on and departure from a superheated wall has been simulated by an improved hybrid lattice Boltzmann method. The Briant’s treatment of partial wetting boundary was introduced and the new hybrid model was validated by the single bubble growth on and departure from the superheated wall. The results showed that parametric dependencies of the bubble departure diameter were in good agreement with the experimental correlation from some recent literatures.
