针对某数字相控阵雷达的核心部件数字阵列模块生产线存在的产能不足、物流路径混乱、生产线不平衡、操作人员疲劳强度高等问题,提出了基于整流化理论的精益改善方案.通过秒表测时、工序内作业拆分、生产线布局调整、瓶颈工序改善、节拍确定和全工序流动等方法实现了在减人缩时的情况下产能提升了50%、日增值工作时间比率从73.9%提高到87.9%.生产线平衡率由原来的55.8%提高到90.3%、在制品数量从76件降低到16件.并应用元单位量份配送方式进行生产线各工位的消耗物料补充,通过带有标签的空盒回收实现对线下准备区作业的看板拉动.  相似文献

针对粗放管理模式下温州企业普遍关注挖掘企业内部潜力,增强企业竞争力的问题,以温州某电器产品的装配生产线为研究对象,在运用程序分析方法规范产品生产工艺流程的基础上,采用秒表时间研究识别了生产线的瓶颈工位,通过工序重排、人员调整以及基于双手作业分析和动作分析的作业方法改进,使得生产线的平衡率提高了31%.  相似文献

目的对A公司卧式钢卷包装其中一条生产线的瓶颈工序进行了改善,解决了钢卷包装生产线平衡率低的问题。方法运用预定时间标准法中的模特法(MODAPTS),把取消、合并、重排、简化(ECRS)和动作经济作为指导原则,并借助生产线平衡理论来改善生产线的平衡率。结果改善后的方案提高了生产线的平衡率,降低了生产节拍,提高了包装效率。结论运用模特法改善后,该生产线的平衡率由原来的52.98%提高到67.40%。  相似文献

以价值流图为工具对Z厂抽油杆流水线存在的平衡率低、物流信息流不合理等问题进行了分析,并运用价值流改善方法进行了工序重组,引入拉动系统控制生产节奏,采取混流生产以提高作业的连续性和均衡性.在此基础上,用工时均衡手法优化工序瓶颈,使生产线工序数目减少了29.4%,生产线平衡率提高了24.3%,制造周期缩短了55.3%,有效地提高了生产效率.  相似文献

针对某笔记本测试线存在的生产线平衡率低、工位安排不合理、移动距离过长等问题,提出运用工作研究方法加以解决。首先阐述了笔记本测试线的现状,然后用流程程序分析法改善其工艺流程,优化生产线的平面布局,最后对生产线的三个瓶颈工序,全功能测试、QC检验、点胶进行了调整改善。通过改进,缩短了搬运距离,提高了生产线效率,生产线平衡率由原来的72.6%提高到80.8%。  相似文献

针对HTBS公司微耕机产能提升的紧迫性,分析了微耕机生产线工段——包装线的工位作业及工序流程;依据秒表测时法所测数据,结合Flexsim仿真技术分析包装线瓶颈;运用经验排序法对包装线瓶颈工位工序及其他工位工序进行合理排序,以平衡各工位负荷,并通过Flexsim建立优化后的包装线仿真模型验证其有效性。微耕机包装线优化后,生产线平衡率由66.67%提高到90.77%,日产量由354台提高到436台,平衡优化效果明显。  相似文献

目的研究某企业电动铅笔刨包装生产线工序优化与生产线平衡。方法应用工业工程分析方法,对企业的原生产线及流程进行改造,根据电动铅笔刨包装生产线的生产工艺特点,运用生产流水线平衡的位置加权法合理调整生产工序,同时对作业内容、作业人员和设备及设施布置进行重新分配和调整。结果与原生产线方案相比较,平衡后电动铅笔刨包装生产线流水线平衡率提高了31%,流水线作业人员减少4人,提高了订单交付水平,生产线布局保证了生产过程的流畅性,满足了计划产量生产要求。结论采用位置加权法,结合工序优化、分解与合并,可以获得较好的生产流水线平衡效果。  相似文献

以某线缆自动生产线为研究对象,针对生产线不均衡、在制品库存量大、生产效率不能满足客户需求等问题,提出了基于JIT的改善方案。灵活运用山积表、物与信息流动图等工具对生产线进行分析,改善后生产线平衡率由原来的70.97%提高到83.3%,并将看板方式引入该生产线,实现拉动生产,生产过程周期(Lead Time)由原来的19.1天降低到7.6天。  相似文献

A line balancing problem considers the assignment of operations to workstations in an assembly line. While assembly lines are usually associated to mass production of standardised goods, their advantages have led to their widespread use whenever a product-oriented production system is applicable and the benefits of the labour division and specialisation are significant, even when some of its characteristics may deviate from classical assembly lines. In this work, we study a line balancing problem found in the textile industry in which the line must be balanced for multiple types of goods taking into account resource requirements. In order to solve the problem, a hybrid method that combines classical methods for line balancing with an Estimation of Distribution Algorithm is proposed. Computational experiments show that the new procedure improves upon the state of the art when compared using a benchmark set derived from the literature, as well as when compared using data from the manufacturer that originated this research work.  相似文献

A mixed-model assembly line is a type of production line where a variety of product models similar in product characteristics are produced. As a consequence of introducing the just-in-time (JIT) production principle, it has been recognised that a U-shaped assembly line system offers several benefits over the traditional straight line system. This paper proposes a new evolutionary approach to deal with workload balancing problems in mixed-model U-shaped lines. The proposed method is based on the multi-decision of an amelioration structure to improve a variation of the workload. This paper considers both the traditional straight line system and the U-shaped assembly line, and is thus an unbiased examination of line efficiency. The performance criteria considered are the number of workstations (the line efficiency) and the variation of workload, simultaneously. The results of experiments enhanced the decision process during multi-model assembly line system production; thus, it is therefore suitable for the augmentation of line efficiency in workstation integration and simultaneously enhancement of the variation of the workload. A case study is examined as a validity check in collaboration with a manufacturing company.  相似文献

Assembly lines can be employed successfully in sheltered work centres to better include persons with disabilities in the labour market as well as to improve production efficiency. The optimal assignment of a heterogeneous workforce is known as the assembly line worker assignment and balancing problem (ALWABP). These assembly lines are characterised not only by a heterogeneous workforce, but also by high levels of absenteeism, which makes it more difficult to obtain stable and efficient line balancing solutions. In this paper, an extension of the ALWABP to minimise the expected cycle time under uncertain worker availability is proposed. We model this problem as a two-stage mixed integer program, and propose local search heuristics for solving it. Computational experiments show that stochastic modelling can help to improve the line’s efficiency and that the proposed heuristics produce good results for instances of practical size.  相似文献

对S公司的服装缝制流水线编排情况进行研究,建立了基于ProModel的仿真模型.将仿真模型运行情况与实际情况进行对比,确定模型的有效性,并运用该模型运行结果分析实际流水线生产情况,有针对性地提出改进措施并仿真,根据仿真结果对流水线进行了优化.结果表明,在考虑和处理诸如回修、搬运等因素的影响时,仿真方法相比手工编制方法具有明显的优势,有利于企业更有效地提高流水线的生产效率和实现对生产进度的准确把握.  相似文献

Mixed-model assembly lines are widely used to improve the flexibility to adapt to the changes in market demand, and U-lines have become popular in recent years as an important component of just-in-time production systems. As a consequence of adaptation of just-in-time production principles into the manufacturing environment, mixed-model production is performed on U-lines. This type of a production line is called a mixed-model U-line. In mixed-model U-lines, there are two interrelated problems called line balancing and model sequencing. In real life applications, especially in manual assembly lines, the tasks may have varying execution times defined as a probability distribution. In this paper, the mixed-model U-line balancing and sequencing problem with stochastic task times is considered. For this purpose, a genetic algorithm is developed to solve the problem. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, a computational study is conducted for both deterministic and stochastic versions of the problem.  相似文献
