分析了时效与冷变形对Cu 1.0Ni 0 .2 5Si 0 .10Zn合金的硬度与导电率的影响规律 ,结果表明 :合金经 85 0℃固溶处理后在 4 5 0℃时效时 ,第二相呈弥散分布 ,表现出较大的稳定性 ,在 5 2 5℃时效时第二相的析出速度较快 ,时效后可获得较高的导电率 ;时效前的冷变形可以加速时效析出过程 ,在时效的初期尤为明显。合金采用分级时效工艺处理后 ,可得到高的硬度 (HV171)和较高的导电率 (5 9.5 %IACS)。  相似文献

探讨了时效工艺及形变量对Cu 0 .3Cr 0 .15Zr合金显微硬度及导电率的影响。结果表明 ,合金经 92 0℃固溶处理后在 4 2 0℃及 4 6 0℃时效可分别达到较好的硬度和导电率 ,分别达 183HV和 6 8%IACS ;时效前对合金加以适当冷变形可加速合金时效析出过程。影响合金导电率的主要因素是基体中固溶元素的含量 ,含量越高 ,导电率越低 ,反之则越高。而时效前冷变形可以增加合金内部位错等缺陷的数量 ,加速了合金第二相的析出。  相似文献

研究了时效及时效前的冷变形和时效后冷却方式对Cu 2 .5wt? 0 .0 3wt%P合金显微硬度和导电率的影响。结果表明 ,合金固溶后 ,时效前冷变形可促进析出相形核和生长 ,而时效后炉冷比空冷更易获得较高导电率 ;在 5 2 5℃时效 3h ,随炉缓冷可使合金导电率达 6 7%IACS ,再经 80 %冷变形 ,4 2 0℃时效 3h后 ,可以使合金导电率和显微硬度进一步提高 ,精整变形后 ,分别达 6 8%IACS和 14 5HV。  相似文献

对Cu-0.1Ag-0.18Zr合金时效后的电导率、显微硬度以及电滑动磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:该合金940℃固溶1h后,在560℃时效可获得较高的电导率,在480℃时效可获得较高的显微硬度。时效前冷变形能大大加快第二相的析出过程,使合金综合性能显著提高。该合金经940℃固溶再经60%变形后,在480℃时效1h,其电导率和显微硬度分别可达85.6%IACS和HV131.2,而固溶后直接时效为81.3%IACS和HV116.1。在载流条件下,合金的磨损量随加载电流的增加而增大;磨损机制是以电蚀为主的电蚀、犁削和磨粒磨损。  相似文献

通过对上引Cu-0.3Cr-0.1Zr合金固溶处理、冷拉拔以及随后的时效处理工艺,研究冷拉拔形变及时效对材料力学性能、导电性能及组织结构的影响规律.结果表明:时效前的冷拉拔变形能提高Cu-0.3Cr-0.1Zr合金的力学性能而保持较高的导电率;合金在950 ℃固溶1 h后,经70%冷拉拔变形和500 ℃时效4 h,合金抗拉强度和导电率分别达到了418 MPa和87 %IACS;时效合金组织转变过程为:固溶体→G.P.区→Cr+Cu4Zr,析出相对位错运动的阻碍是合金强化的重要机制.  相似文献

文章通过不同的热处理工艺来研究固溶时效对Cu-Zn-Cr合金硬度的影响.结果表明,经920 ℃、1 h固溶,再经475 ℃、1 h时效,合金的硬度能达到最大值120.5 HV.X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究表明,经920 ℃固溶475 ℃时效后,Zn在合金中与铜形成单相的α固溶体基体;有少量Cr在固溶过程中未溶入基体,此Cr粒子尺寸粗大;大多数Cr粒子为时效过程析出,在基体上呈细小弥散分布,这部分析出的Cr粒子是合金强化的主要原因.  相似文献

研究了不同形变热处理工艺对引线框架用CuCrSnZnCe合金的硬度和软化温度的影响,分析了固溶温度和精轧变形量对合金耐热性的影响。通过研究不同温度下退火1 h后合金的组织变化,分析了合金软化的原因。研究结果表明:经过920℃固溶1 h、40%冷变形,在500℃时效2 h、再进行40%冷变形,480℃时效1.5 h、最后进行20%精轧等多次变形时效工艺后,合金具有较好的耐热性能,硬度为177HV,软化温度达518℃。  相似文献

研究了不同预冷变形条件下时效温度及时间对CuNi2Si合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明:合金在880 ℃×2.5 h固溶,经不同预冷变形后时效,具有较强的时效强化特性;同时预冷变形能够促进时效过程中第二相的析出,并具有晶界析出倾向;当预冷变形达40%,500 ℃×1 h时效,合金布氏硬度(HB)达193,抗拉强度(Rm)达765 MPa,伸长率达11%,与未进行预冷变形的合金相比,可获得较高的硬度、强度及较好的综合性能.合金热处理后的拉伸断口为韧性断裂,形貌特征为沿晶型韧窝,这与析出相具有晶界析出倾向的特性一致.  相似文献

利用硬度计、导电仪和金相电子显微镜,分析了固溶和时效对 Cu-0.23Be-0.84Co 合金性能和组织的影响。研究结果表明:Cu-0.23Be-0.84Co 合金经950℃×1 h 固溶、480℃×4 h 时效处理后,综合性能指标较好,其中,硬度可达117.0HB,导电率达71.6%IACS;在试验范围内,随着固溶温度的升高,晶粒结构形貌相似,未溶物逐渐减少,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;950℃时,晶粒呈等轴状,大小均匀,固溶较完全;时效后,试验合金内部保留着较清晰的应变孪晶,强化相在晶界处不连续析出、集聚而产生黑色组织,且黑色组织数量随着时效时间的延长不断增多。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
