建立了以在线优化控制为目的的环形加热炉炉内传热数学模型。管坯内部采用柱坐标形式的二维非稳态导热模型,炉膛传热过程采用分段零维模型,并提出了适用于在线控制的炉内辐射换热的新解法。实测验证了模型的合理性和准确程度,实现了管坯温度的在线跟踪。在此基础上,开发了环形加热炉在线优化控制系统。该系统投入运行后,管坯加热质量有明显改善,环形加热炉燃耗和管坯氧化烧损分别降低了6%和8%。 相似文献

A new complex being built at the Nizhniy Tagil Metallurgical Combine will include the following furnaces: a rotary heating
furnace with a capacity of 50 tons/h or 100 semifinished products/h; another rotary furnace, equipped with quenching tables,
for heating wheels prior to quenching; a tempering furnace. All of the furnaces will have modern control systems to control
the processes of heating the semifinished products and heat-treating the wheels. These advanced furnaces will make it possible
to improve the quality of the heating operation, reduce the energy costs incurred in production, and decrease the amount of
metal lost due to oxidation.

板坯温度控制模型是加热炉过程控制的核心,主要任务是根据生产工艺和相关数学模型控制、协调和优化获得加热质量较好的板坯。针对中厚板加热炉过程控制的板坯加热环节多变量和温度预报不精准等问题,选取了热流密度和热物性参数,并结合有限差分法建立的二维差分模型,对板坯温度控制模型进行了优化。将优化后的模型嵌入到在线燃烧二级自动控制系统,主要现场应用效果为加热炉各段的温度稳定度在±10 ℃以内,板坯的开轧工艺温度合格率达到了98.28%,煤气节能率提高了5.56%,氧化烧损率降低了15.05%。通过现场应用效果可知,优化后的板坯温度控制模型在节能降耗的基础上,获得了加热质量较好的板坯,为各钢厂加热炉实际生产提供了重要的参考依据。 相似文献

The problems of the production of a so-called casting rod blank made of a refractory casting alloy in the vacuum induction furnaces of AO Metallurgical Plant Electrostal are considered. A unique technology of casting and subsequent treatment of as-cast rod blanks made of refractory alloys is developed, tested, and optimized. As a result of the developed and performed measures for the production of metal products in the Consarc furnace, the ingot-to-product yield increases by 15% as compared to metal casting in an ISV-1.0 furnace. As a result, we have widened the range of cast alloy grades and are going to cast metals for the manufacture of blanks of other sizes and ranges of alloy an steel grades. 相似文献
