莱钢3200m~3高炉高煤比冶炼实践

莱钢3200m3高炉通过抓原燃料质量、优化炉料结构、实施烟煤与无烟煤混合喷吹,改进高炉操作制度、稳定炉温、改进煤枪、加强炉前出铁等措施,使喷煤比达到170kg/t,大焦比降至300kg/t,平均燃料比515kg/t,实现了低耗经济冶炼。     

济钢高炉喷煤数学模型的研究与应用

基于湍流两相流理论建立了高炉喷煤两相流动及传质三维数学模型。采用该模型指导高炉生产 ,高炉利用系数由2 .7t/(m3.d)提高到 3 .0 t/(m3.d)以上 ,焦比由 460 kg/t降到 40 0 kg/t,煤比达到 10 0 kg/t,提高了高炉的各项经济技术指标。     

八钢1号350m3高炉长寿实践

八钢1号高炉(有效容积350m3)处于炉役后期,炉体冷却壁破损严重.原料条件变化和炉缸侵蚀制约高炉生产.通过调整操作制度,强化对冷却器的管理,高炉利用系数达到3.6t/m3·d,焦比424kg/t,煤比158kg/t,达到了顺行、低耗、优质和长寿的目标.     

韶钢750m3高炉强化冶炼实践

韶钢750 m3高炉通过精料、富氧喷吹,采用合理的操作制度和应用新技术,改进高炉操作等强化冶炼措施,2003年7月韶钢6号高炉(750 m3)利用系数达到了2.843 t/m3·d,煤比150 kg/t,入炉焦比386 kg/t的好成绩.     

梅钢4号高炉强化冶炼实践

对梅钢4号高炉强化冶炼实践进行了总结,通过抓原燃料质量、优化上下部制度、控制合适热负荷、抓好渣铁处理等方法,利用系数最高达到2.46,最低燃料比为485 kg/t,最低工序能耗为391.2kg标准煤/t.     

水钢3号高炉富氧鼓风实践

水钢3号高炉通过富氧鼓风,使3号高炉的技术经济指标有了进一步的改善和提高,日产量由3 066t/d提高到3 354t/d,焦比从412kg/t降至388kg/t,煤比从112kg/t提高到了138kg/t。     

石横特钢1~#1080m~3高炉低燃料比生产实践

石横特钢1#1 080 m3高炉通过细化铁前管理、控制铁水化学成分、优化高炉布料、改善炉前操作、经济喷吹等一系列制度措施,实现了2014年全年高炉炉况稳定顺行,高炉灰铁比18.30 kg/t,煤气利用率45.53%,燃料比511.07 kg/t,其中干焦比326 kg/t,煤比144.36 kg/t(富氧≤1 500 m3/h)。

总结了莱钢6#1 000 m3高炉高效化生产的经验.通过提高原燃料质量,精料入炉.采取高风温、富氧喷煤、上下部调剂相结合,完善高炉操作及加强车间管理等措施,高炉取得了较好的经济技术指标,平均利用系数2.960t/(m3·d),焦比309.1 kg/t,煤比189.4 kg/t,实现了高炉稳定高产的目标.     

韶钢炼铁生产技术近年来的进步

通过发展精料技术、改造工艺设备、优化高炉操作以及优化生产管理等措施,使高炉生产的主要技术经济指标得到了明显改善.2000年利用系数达到2.827t/(m3·d),焦比达到452kg/t,煤比达到103kg/t.
