本文研究了二烷基磷(膦)酸酯的化学结构对钴、镍萃取选择性的影响,讨论了不同二烷基磷(膦)酸酯对钴、镍的萃取选择性产生差异的原因。研究结果表明,随着磷原子上的取代基的诱导常数总和|∑σ(?)|函数(或萃取剂离解常数的负指数pKa值)及空间位阻效应的增加,对钴的萃取性能影响不显著、镍的萃取能力则下降。在所研究的萃取剂中钴的萃取选择性按以下次序下降:AMHPA(5709)>EHEHPA>ADiBMPA>NMHPA>NEHPA>D(DiBM)PA>AEHPA>D2EHPA从硫酸溶液中萃取分离钴、镍,AMHPA(5709)是具有应用前景的优良萃取剂。  相似文献

以对溴苯甲醛为原料,经两步反应合成E-4-溴-(1,2-二苯乙烯)。优化条件:48 g氯苄与60 g亚磷酸三乙酯在147~150℃制取中间体DTBP 78 g;对溴苯甲醛60 g,溶剂甲苯500 g,甲醇钠21 g,反应温度40~45℃,反应时间4 h,获得产品收率达68%。这种合成方法条件温和、经济又易控制,适合工业化生产。  相似文献

当前社会对钴资源的需求量激增, 仅从矿产资源中提取钴金属已不能完全满足市场的需求。从钴的二次资源中分离提取钴是解决钴资源供应不足问题的重要途径。本文对含钴资源和废旧催化剂、钴锰废渣、废旧电池等钴锰二次资源的特点进行了分析, 对比介绍了化学沉淀法、溶剂萃取法、离子交换法、膜电解法分离溶液中钴锰离子的工艺、原理及技术效果, 同时综述了适用于溶液中钴锰分离的选冶联合方法研究进展, 其中浮游萃取法兼具界面分选与化工分离的双重优势, 钴锰分离效率高、流程短、成本低, 特别适用于选冶工业中大规模低浓度废液或废水有价金属的分离与富集, 应用前景广阔。   相似文献

采用溶液聚合法,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,合成了一种二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酸(DADMAC-AA)两性共聚物.研究了反应温度、链转移剂、引发剂对聚合反应的影响,制得产物的固含量为27%~29%,pH为4.2~5.2,粘度为1000~1300 cps.将自制的DADMAC-AA与国外同类产品分别用于洗发水中,该产品具有更好的干发梳理性.  相似文献

以氧化铜钴矿为原料,先通过焙烧预处理、高压酸浸的方法获得含钴浸出液,然后用过氧化氢作氧化剂,考查搅拌时间、溶液温度及沉淀终点pH值等对沉淀除铁的影响.结果表明:浸出液中加入适量过氧化氢溶液作氧化剂,可促进杂质铁的沉淀分离.在溶液温度为60℃、搅拌时间为120 min、沉淀终点pH值为3.5的条件下,杂质铁的去除率可达99.42%,以渣含钴计钴损失率为0.08%,较好地实现了含钴浸出液深度除铁目标.  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定湖泊水中痕量溴、碘,考察了不同酸度对溴、碘测定的影响,测量过程中碘记忆效应的消除,确定合适的工作条件,方法检出限低(Br:0.58 ng/mL、I:0.07 ng/mL),精密度好,为1.21%~2.39%.对武汉市内四个湖泊水样进行了检测,并做了样品加标回收实验,加标回收率在98%~117%范围内.对国家水样标准进行了测定,测定结果与推荐值一致性较好.实验证明,使用ICP-MS测定湖泊水中溴、碘具有简便快速、重复性好、结果准确的优点.  相似文献
