啮合温度影响塑料齿轮服役过程中的疲劳、磨损、噪声等服役行为,在塑料齿轮的力学响应和性能预测时不可忽略.为预测塑料齿轮的啮合温度,考虑聚甲醛(POM)材料的温度-模量效应和摩擦热流-滞后热通量多热源效应,建立了塑料齿轮啮合温度场有限元数值模型.基于POM齿轮副热黏弹接触分析,获取摩擦热流和滞后热通量作为热源;通过啮合温度与材料弹性模量耦合迭代,获取考虑温度-模量效应后的齿轮稳态啮合温度和齿面闪温.稳态啮合温度和闪温分析结果分别与试验和Blok理论结果吻合良好.研究结果表明,干运行条件下滞后生热温升对稳态啮合温度影响较小,摩擦生热温升是塑料齿轮稳态啮合温度的主要组成部分. 相似文献

高分子材料领域的快速发展,促进了中低载荷齿轮传动中金属齿轮塑料化的趋势。塑料斜齿轮常被用于代替金属蜗轮与金属蜗杆进行啮合传动,但金属与塑料材料的各方面性能差异较大,塑料斜齿轮损伤形式复杂,其疲劳寿命难以预测。针对这一问题,基于Hertz接触理论和航天领域形成的相对坐标法,运用多体动力学软件RecurDyn建立金属蜗杆与塑料斜齿轮的刚柔耦合动力学模型,获得了塑料斜齿轮在对应加载工况下的瞬态应力值,作为Durability模块中塑料斜齿轮的载荷输入值;引用德国塑料齿轮标准VDI 2736中POM齿轮疲劳寿命与接触应力幅值关系,得到塑料斜齿轮材料的S-N曲线,并基于应力时间历程寿命计算准则,对塑料斜齿轮的疲劳寿命进行了分析。通过疲劳台架实验验证了该分析模型的准确性,为后续塑料齿轮疲劳寿命的研究提供了理论依据。 相似文献

为研究塑料直齿轮在动态啮合过程中的应力分布规律,运用ANSYS Workbench建立了塑料直齿轮啮合副的有限元模型,基于接触有限元法对塑料直齿轮的接触过程进行了仿真分析,得到了塑料直齿轮的动态接触应力与齿根应力的分布规律,然后利用该方法研究了在不同工作载荷下塑料齿轮的动态啮合规律。计算结果表明:有限元数值仿真结果与采用赫兹应力理论以及刘易斯方程所计算的塑料齿轮应力值相吻合,验证了该方法的正确性;同时还获得了工作载荷对塑料齿轮啮合传动的影响,为塑料齿轮的啮合特性分析提供可行的分析方法。 相似文献

An experimental investigation of power-transmission plastic spur gears was performed by inspecting both the characteristics of wear and durability, and a durability improvement method is proposed that either drills an internal hole or inserts a steel-pin in the internal hole of the gear tooth, and this proposed method was verified. In the case of acetal gears, the amount of wear was observed to increase with the development of plastic deformation, and an increase in tooth stiffness occurred due to the brittle material property of acetal. On the other hand, in the case of nylon gears, the proposed method was shown to reduce the tooth temperature compared to the original gear, thus reducing the amount of wear and prolonging service life. Hence, the proposed method was proven to be practically applicable to plastic gears made from soft polymers that show visco-elastic properties such as nylon. 相似文献

为了深入了解钢质行星齿轮传动系统引入塑料齿轮后的振动特性,建立钢/塑齿轮组合行星传动的动力学分析模型和试验模型,对SNS、SSS、SSN和NSS四种钢/塑齿轮组合行星传动的振动特性进行理论分析与试验研究,分析组合方式对行星传动振动特性的影响。数值仿真与试验研究结果表明:塑料齿轮的引入对行星齿轮传动的振动特性影响很大,显著地减小了太阳轮与行星轮和内齿圈与行星轮的啮合动载荷;有效地抑制了行星齿轮传动的齿轮啮合频带振动和高频带振动;组合方式对行星齿轮传动的振动特性影响显著,合理地采用钢/塑齿轮组合行星传动结构可以极大地降低啮合动载荷,从而有效地抑制传动系统的振动和噪声。 相似文献

Plastic gears made of Nylon 6 are especially susceptible to failure due to extreme heat accumulation in the single tooth mesh area, which results in damage that consequently shortens gear teeth life and causes transmission errors. In this experimental study, the teeth width of plastic spur gears made of Nylon 6 were modified and investigated. The values of load sharing, F/b, in single and double tooth meshing areas were leveled by widening the single tooth zone along the meshing area, and the performances of both modified and unmodified gears were studied experimentally under three different loadings. It was observed that modified Nylon 6 gears exhibit lower tooth temperatures, which results in a decrease in wear rate as compared to unmodified gears. Calculation methods of plastic helical gears with a real transverse contact ratio have never been studied in depth. The methods used in some references assume a uniform load distribution along the line of contact or don’t take into consideration the effect of premature mesh between one or more pair of teeth during engagement, which is not in good agreement with numerical results. This paper is focused on analysis of plastic helical gears. The nonuniform load distribution obtained from the proposed mathematical model is based on the calculation of the real contact ratio representing the real number of pairs of teeth in contact. The paper discusses the concept of using morphological examination of wear debris to assess the condition of gears in a gear box. The debris examined was produced by three sets of gears that were tested in two special-purpose gear rigs. The experimental techniques employed were transmission and scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy, and ferrography. It is suggested that an understanding of gear tooth wear may be soundly based on the role of plastic deformation in the wear process. It is concluded that the links between wear and tooth fracture have yet to be established. 相似文献
