Objective To explore the effects of edaravone on high sensitivity C-reaction protein (hsCRP) in patients with acute massive cerebral infarction. Methods 86 cases with acute massive cerebral infarction were selected from December 2006 to December 2008. all the cases were divided into two groups, control group and cure group. routine treatment was used to the control group, on the basis of control group'therapy,edaravone was given to cure group. the level of hsCRP was detected before and after treatment, and the results of cure was compared. Results ①the total effective rate in two groups existed statistical difference (P<0.05);② the level of hsCRP in two groups before treatment and in the 7th and the 14th of treatment existed statistical difference(P<0.01), the level of hsCRP in the 7th and the 14th of treatment in cure group existed statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can decrease the level of hsCRP in patients with massive cerebral infarction, and has significant clinical efficacy,which should be the reference for the doctors.  相似文献

BACKGROUND:The selection of immunosuppressants and anti-hepatitis C virus drug is currently the focus for the hepatitis C virus-positive patients after receiving renal transplantation. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the anti-virus replication effect of cyclosporine in hepatitis C virus-RNA positive renal transplant recipients in addition to its anti-rejection effect. METHODS:Eleven hepatitis C virus-RNA positive renal transplant recipients were enrol ed and treated with cyclosporine, prednisone and mizoribine. Hepatitis C virus-RNA level, hemoglobin, liver functions and renal functions were evaluated before treatment and at 6 and 12 months after treatment. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The median of hepatitis C virus-RNA in 11 patients before treatment, and at 6 and 12 months after treatment were 1.22×107 copies/mL,1.11×104 copies/mL and 4.19×106 copies/mL respectively. At 6 months after treatment,8 cases of hepatitis C virus-RNA were negative (hepatitis C virus-RNA<500 copies/mL), and the total response of hepatitis C virus-RNA was 73%, and the sustained virological response was 55%(6/11) at the final fol ow-up. There was no significant difference of alanine transaminase, serum creatinine and serum uric acid levels before and after treatment (P>0.05), and the hemoglobin level was increased after treatment. During the fol ow-up, acute rejection only occurred in one patient and was control ed within 3 days after methylprednisolone pulse therapy. Cyclosporine-based treatment would be a better choice for renal transplant recipients combined with hepatitis C virus infection for both the anti-virus replication and anti-rejection effect.  相似文献

Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) therapy on the activities of serum SOD and CRP of patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods 78 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen group (HBO Group, 40 cases)and clinical group (38 cases). The clinical group was treated with clinical conventional treatment only. HBO group was treated with HBO combined with clinical conventional treatment. 21 healthy volunteers were assigned to control group. Before and after treatment, the activities of serum SOD and CRP level were measured, and the curative effect were evaluated. Results The pretreatment serum SOD and CRP of the HBO group and clinical group were significantly different from the control group (P< 0. 01). Compared with the pretreatment and posttreatment serum level of the HBO group, SOD raised, CRP lowered, the difference was significant(P< 0. 01).Compared with clinical group, SOD raised, CRP lowered and the total cure rate of the HBO group were more significant different(P <0.01). Conclusion HBO therapy raised the activities of SOD and lower the level of CRP in serum of the patients with cerebral infarction, and improved the free radicals scavenging ability in the body. Therefore, HBO therapy has a good effect for cerebral infarction. The experiment suggests that the activities of SOD and CRP level in serum can be used to judge the curative effect and prognosis of HBO therapy for cerebral infarction.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced total parenteral nutrition support to patients after accepting surgery operation for malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods Randomly,72 cases of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice having a body capacity score of ≤4 before the operation were divided into two groups,i.e.,the enhanced total parenteral nutrition group of 36 patients,and the control group of 36 patients.For the enhanced total parenteral nutrition group,total parenteral nutrition (TPN) had been given from three days before the operation,and for the control group,TPN was given from 1 day after the operation.The following items were observed,including serum total proteins,albumin level,pre-albumin level,transferrin level,as well as the time for exhausting by anus after the operation,the occurrence rate of eomplieatious,and the days for staying in hospital after the operation.Results The observed index of the enhanced group at the third day and the 12th day are all higher than those of the control group.The time for anus exhausting between the two groups did not show a significance in statistics.And the occurrence rate of complications and the days for staying in hospital after the operation in the enhanced group were less than those of the control group.Conclusions Giving TPN to the patients with malignant obstructive jaundice three days before the operation,will help the patients recover and reduce complications and days for staying in hospital.  相似文献

Objective:To explore the correlations between effects in schizophrenics treated with clozapine.Method:It was estimated for PANSS at baseline and 28th day as well as for serum clozapine level at 29th day in 66 schizophrenics receiving clozapine monotherapy.Results:(1) There was all statistically significant positive correlations between 6 factors of TESS without coincident items;(2) Of 54 correlations between 6 factirs of TESS and 9 subtracting score rates of PANSS subscales.only 6 arrived statistically significant level;(3) of 23 correlations between 9 subtracting score rates of PANSS subscales without coincident items,only 9 were statistically significant.Conclusion:the same root correlation hypothesis in a narrow sense would be utility in future pharmacology.  相似文献

AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness of hospitalized occupational rehabilitation for chronic schizophrenic patients of social functioning.METHODS:79 qualified cases were selected from chronic psychiatric inpatient departments,divided into two groups randomly,of which 45 cases of treatment group accepted hospitalized occupational rehabilitation,another 34 cases of control group accepted ordinary treatement.social functioning was evaluated by the Scale of Social Skills of Chronic Schizophrenic In-patients(SSSI).RESULTS:6-month-course of research figured out that the rank of improvement of the total disability degree of the treatment was significantly larger than that of the control group(P&;lt;0.05).Items of which rank of improvement of the treatment was significantly larger than those of the control group are participating in the occupational rehabilitation,social withdraw and concern and care about others(P&;lt;0.01-0.05).The level of disability of 55.6% of the treatment decreased more than that of the control(26.5%)(P&;lt;0.05) evaluated by SSSI.CONCLUSION:Hospitalized occupational rehabilitation is effective in improving social functioning of chronic schizophrenic patients,especially in improving items like participating in the occupational rehabilitation,social withdraw and concern and care about others.  相似文献

Objective To explore the influence of self-efficiency training on therapy compliance of young stroke patients.Methods According to random sampling survey,120 young stroke patients were selected,there were 60 cases in cintrol group who accepted routine therapy and routine health education,while in experimental group,60 cases accepted not only routine therapy and health education but also four-week self-effciency training.Referring to general self-effciency form and therapy compliance questionnaire to assess the effects of self-efficiency training and therapy compliance before training and after training respectively.Results The self-efficiency of young stroke patients were in the low level,meanwhile,the therapy compliance were generally poor. After four-week training,the scores of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group in self-efficiency and therapy compliance(P<0.01,P<0.05,respectively).There was significant difference betwem them.Conclusions Through self-efficiency taining,the self-efficiency and therapy compliance of young stroke patients could be improved so as to open a new door reduce the incidence and the recurrence recurrence rateof disease.  相似文献

Objective To explore acupuncture and al-receptor blocker treatment efficacy of elderly patients with acute urinary retention. Methods Use of forward-looking monitoring and retrospective survey methodology, Choose January 1,2006 to January 1,2009 of acute urinary retention in 82 cases of elderly inpatients,Chronological order according to treatment group,39 cases were divided into control group,43 cases; Transurethral catheterization in both groups, stay catheter. The control group was treated with α1-receptor blocker hytrin (terazosin) and the application of antibiotics; the treatment group based on the above plus acupuncture therapy. Results The treatment group was 94.87% in the control group response rate was 76.74%, the two groups,P<0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion al-receptor blockers combined with acupuncture treatment of elderly patients with acute urinary retention al-receptor blocker than simply good effects, synergistic effect, shortening the indwelling catheter time, avoid repeated urinary catheterization and reduce hospital infection, worthy to be popularized.  相似文献

Objective To compare between the impact of Xuebijing injectio (a Chinese herbal medicine preparation) and that of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on coagulation function and prognosis in patients with severe sepsis, so as to guide the treatment of sepsis. Method A total of 89 patients with severe sepsis were randomly(random number) divided into 3 groups, namely Xuebijing group (group A),LMWH group (group B) and routine group (group C). The patients of group C received a series of remedies according to the guideline for severe sepsis. The patients of group A were treated with Xuebijing injectio in addition to routine treatment. The patients of group B were treated with LMWH along with routine treatment.Data of blood coagulation function tests and APACHE Ⅱ score of patients in three groups before and after treatment were analyzed respectively. The 28-day mortality and length of hospital stay were compared among three groups. All data were analyzed by using t-test, Analysis of Variance, q-test, x2-test and rank sum treatment, all markers of the blood coagulation function tests in group A improved significantly after treatment (P<0.01), while only some markers of the blood coagulation function tests improved in the other two groups ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ); After treatment, the blood coagulation function in group A improved significantly more than that in other two groups ( P < 0.05 ), while there were some markers of the blood coagulawith the data before treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score in group A and group B decreased after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the APACHE Ⅱ score of group A and group B decreased significantly more than that of group C ( P < 0.05). But there was no significant difference between group A and group B ( P >Xuebijing obviously improves the blood coagulation function in patients with severe sepsis, while LMWH only improves some markers of the coagulation function tests. Both Xuebijing and LMWH reduce mortality and improve prognosis of patients with sepsis.  相似文献

Another 35 healthy individuals served as normal control. Results The activities of SOD, TAC and the levels of leptin before treatment were lower in patients with hyperglycemia crisis than in normal controls, and the levels of MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a were more markedly elevated than those in normal controls (all P<0. 05). The activities of SOD, TAC and the levels of leptin in patients after treatment were significantly higher than those in patients before treatment, and the levels of MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a. were significantly lower than those in patients on admission (all P<0. 05). There was significant positive correlation between leptin and MDA in patients before treatment (r=0. 38, P<0. 05), and the level of leptin was negatively correlated with MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a in patients after treatment (r1 = - 0. 35, r2= - 0. 37, both P < 0. 05). Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic ketoaeidosis (DKA) and nonketotic hyperglycemia (NKH) were treated on a low-dose insulin protocol using intravenous infusion of insulin with the established rate of 0.1U·kg-1·h-1,with the patients on intravenous fluids and receiving nutrition by mouth and vein. The levels of serum leptin, 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α (8-iso-PGF2α, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (TAC) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in 96 patients with hyperglycemia crisis on admission and after insulin therapy with resolution of hyperglycemia and ketoacidosis (72 hours) were measured. Another 35 healthy individuals served as normal control. Results The activities of SOD, TAC and the levels of leptin before treatment were lower in patients with hyperglycemia crisis than in normal controls, and the levels of MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a were more markedly elevated than those in normal controls (all P<0. 05). The activities of SOD, TAC and the levels of leptin in patients after treatment were significantly higher than those in patients before treatment, and the levels of MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a. were significantly lower than those in patients on admission (all P<0. 05). There was significant positive correlation between leptin and MDA in patients before treatment (r=0. 38, P<0. 05), and the level of leptin was negatively correlated with MDA and 8-iso-PGF2a in patients after treatment (r1 = - 0. 35, r2= - 0. 37, both P < 0. 05). In stepwise regression analysis, MDA and 8-iso-PGF2α showed a significant association with leptin. Conclusion The levels of leptin are significantly lowered in patients with hyperglycemia crisis. Oxidative stress may participate in determining the leptin level in hyperglycemia crisis.  相似文献
