在分析车间制造资源调度特点的基础上,综合运用多代理机制、规则调度和消息通信机制等技术,建立了适应制造企业车间层生产环境的多代理模型结构。重点研究了多代理机制的实现、基于多代理结构下的通信机制和规则调度机制等关键技术,构建了基于客户机/服务器结构车间制造资源的调度管理系统的体系结构,研究了其工作流程和实现方法,并开发了基于多代理的车间制造资源调度管理仿真系统。  相似文献

Considered as a top priority of industrial development, Industry 4.0 (or Industrie 4.0 as the German version) has being highlighted as the pursuit of both academy and practice in companies. In this paper, based on the review of state of art and also the state of practice in different countries, shortcomings have been revealed as the lacking of applicable framework for the implementation of Industrie 4.0. Therefore, in order to shed some light on the knowledge of the details, a reference architecture is developed, where four perspectives namely manufacturing process, devices, software and engineering have been highlighted. Moreover, with a view on the importance of Cyber-Physical systems, the structure of Cyber-Physical System are established for the in-depth analysis. Further cases with the usage of Cyber-Physical System are also arranged, which attempts to provide some implications to match the theoretical findings together with the experience of companies. In general, results of this paper could be useful for the extending on the theoretical understanding of Industrie 4.0. Additionally, applied framework and prototypes based on the usage of Cyber-Physical Systems are also potential to help companies to design the layout of sensor nets, to achieve coordination and controlling of smart machines, to realize synchronous production with systematic structure, and to extend the usage of information and communication technologies to the maintenance scheduling.  相似文献

Manufacturing companies are having to compete in a more and more global market. Continuous quality improvement, a reduction in product price and production series shortening have become necessary in order to be competitive. In such a situation, the development of production systems is necessary. This can only be done via the development of all manufacturing system elements such as production methods, machines, process, control and information systems. One important part of manufacturing systems that is very often not appreciated enough is the human being. This paper focuses on the changing role of managers and machine operators. Problems regarding quality of human decisions, artificial intelligence support and a socio-technical design approach are discussed as well. The aim of this paper is to present the important factors that significantly influence the balanced development of advanced manufacturing systems. The article is the result of a research project focused on improving the cooperation between machine operators and technical systems in manufacturing companies.  相似文献

We investigate how automated shop floor data-capture technologies enable lean automotive manufacturing. The concept of lean automotive manufacturing involves identifying the production factors leading to success in the global automobile manufacturing industry. Data capture is any kind of information-gathering needed to manage the value-production process while the goal of automation is to narrow the margin for error as much as possible. The rationale for instituting a data-capture system is it reduces the cost of acquiring and moving information around. Auto data-collection (AIDC) technologies eliminate the labour-intensive and costly paper pushing that typically permeates shop floor processes, which enables companies to reduce costs. In this paper, we discuss the advantages gained by automotive companies such as Volvo Truck Company and Honda supplier Listowel from data-capture systems.  相似文献

Maintenance costs in advanced manufacturing companies, e.g. electronics manufacturing companies, have been steadily increasing as the companies upgrade their production facilities. Maintenance costs are normally a considerable portion of the product cost. To maintain a competitive place in the market, it is critical for an advanced manufacturing company to have a sound maintenance management system, which can control its maintenance costs at the lowest level and maintain its overall equipment effectiveness at the highest level. This paper reports on an integrated maintenance management system, which has been developed and implemented in an advanced electronics manufacturing company in Hong Kong. The methods and principles of the system are discussed in sections on maintenance performance auditing, cost recording and tracing, reliability centred maintenance planning and control, condition monitoring and on-line feedback control, and integrated maintenance planning and control.  相似文献

Flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) are a relatively new technological and organisational approach to helping companies respond to real-time marketing conditions for their production. Under a proposal of the National Bureau of Standards the FMSs are subdivided into virtual manufacturing cells in a dynamic manner, on the basis of group technology.A method of dynamic optimisation for the design of manufacturing processes, capacity balancing and checking, and also production scheduling or rescheduling in virtual manufacturing cells is described.
