以2,6-二(3-甲基-1-H-吡唑基)-4-溴吡啶为原料,经重氮化、溴化合成了新型时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TR-FIA)双功能螯合剂中间体2,6-二(3'-溴甲基-1'-吡唑基)-4-溴吡啶,通过IR、GC-MS1、HNMR和元素分析等对其结构进行了确认,探讨了合成条件及反应机理。同时,通过GC-MS1、HNMR和元素分析等对第一副产物4-溴-2-(3'-溴甲基-1'-吡唑基)-6-(3'-甲基-1'-吡唑基)吡啶的结构也进行了确认,以其为原料可继续合成目标化合物,大幅提高总产率。 相似文献

间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐是农药和医药研究领域一个十分重要的原材料和中间体。间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的两步合成法是先以盐酸羟胺制备间甲基苯甲脒肟再通过加氢还原即可得到。在制备间甲基苯脒肟时,单因素考察了常规热反应、微波合成法、超声波合成法对间甲基苯脒肟产率的影响。并探索了一锅法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的可行性。所得化合物由沸点、氢谱、质谱确认。实验结果表明:三种方式合成间甲基苯甲脒肟,其产率从大到小依次为:微波合成法>超声波合成法>常规热反应。本实验采用两步法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的总产率为58.05%,采用一锅法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的产率为78.19%。两步法和一锅法均可用于合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐。 相似文献

以蜡石和天然石墨为原料,通过碳热还原法合成了SiC-Al2O3系复合耐火粉体.考察了加热温度对SiC-Al2O3系复合耐火粉体合成的影响并对合成过程进行了热力学分析.结果表明:加热温度对于SiC-Al2O3系耐火粉体的合成具有重要影响.通过在蜡石中添加适量的天然石墨,并将蜡石和石墨的混合物在氩气中经1 650 ℃以上温度热处理4 h,可以合成SiC-Al2O3耐火粉体.合成的SiC-Al2O3耐火粉体为超微粉,其平均颗粒粒径为2.277 μm. 相似文献

The mechanisms behind the hypolipidemic effect of two sulfur-substituted fatty acid analogues, 3-thiadicarboxylic acid and
tetradecylthioacetic acid, have been investigated in cultured hepatocytes. There was a dose-dependent reduction in incorporation
of [3H]water into triacylglycerol and diacylglycerol when tetradecylthioacetic acid was added to rat hepatocytes cultured in the
presence of 200 μM oleic acid. Tetradecylthioacetic acid also increased the oxidation of [14C]palmitic acid compared to oleic acid, inhibited the incorporation of radiolabeled precursors into diacylglycerol to a greater
extent than into triacylglycerol, and reduced the secretion of triacylglycerol more than its synthesis. A stimulation, rather
than a reduction, in glycerolipid synthesis and secretion by tetradecylthioacetic acid was observed when oleic acid was omitted
from the culture medium. When 3-thiadicarboxylic acid was added to cultured hepatocytes, the effects on glycerolipid synthesis
were generally similar to those observed with tetradecylthioacetic acid, but 3-thiadicarboxylic acid did not increase the
oxidation of [14C]palmitic acid. The two fatty acid analogues also had different effects on the synthesis and secretion of cholesterol and
cholesteryl esters—3-thiadicarboxylic acid reduced the incorporation of [3H]water into synthesized and secreted cholesterol and cholesteryl esters, whereas tetradecylthioacetic acid only reduced the
secretion of cholesteryl esters without affecting its synthesis. It is concluded that tetradecylthioacetic acid increases
the oxidation of fatty acids and reduces the synthesis and secretion of glycerolipids. 3-Thiadicarboxylic acid reduces the
synthesis and secretion of both glycerolipids and cholesterol to approximately the same extent without a concomitant increase
in the oxidation of fatty acids. 相似文献

研究了四氢糠醇(THFA)与氨气在固定床反应器中合成吡啶的工艺路线,对催化剂进行了考察。以Al2O3为基底,分别制备负载Co3O4、Cr2O3、MoO3的单一组分催化剂,筛选出催化性能最好的催化剂MoO3作为主催化剂,混合不同量的Co3O4、Cr2O3,制备成各种复合催化剂。确定催化剂Cr2O3-MoO3/Al2O3催化效果最佳,对其结构进行了表征,并在固定床反应器上对该催化剂催化四氢糠醇合成吡啶的工艺及稳定性进行了研究。最适宜反应条件下,即500 ℃,氨气流量700 mL/min,四氢糠醇进液量0.15 mL/min及常压条件进行时,四氢糠醇转化率达100%,吡啶收率达85.30%。 相似文献

The absolute rate of fatty acid synthesis was measured in slices of mammary gland from lactating rats by incubation in [3H]2O-labeled medium containing 10 mM D-3-hydroxybutyrate or aceto-acetate alone and paired in combination with 10 mM glucose,
lactate, or pyruvate. When compared with our previous studies, the ketone bodies alone supported significant fatty acid synthesis;
the rate of synthesis from either ketone body and lactate was higher than that from pyruvate and lactate, and that from pyruvate
and glucose; the rate of synthesis from D-3-hydroxybutyrate and lactate was the highest we have observed in the absence of
an exogenous substrate for the hexose monophosphate pathway. This study confirms our previous contention that, in rat mammary
gland, substrates formed in the mitochondria can be utilized in the cytosol to provide some of the NADPH necessary for fatty
