目的 针对汽车高强钢SG1000焊接接头恶化等问题,研究了SG1000激光复合焊接的力学性能。方法 选用等强匹配焊丝MG90-G对高强钢SG1000进行激光复合焊接,对焊接接头进行拉伸和低温冲击韧性试验,并结合扫描和硬度监测等手段对焊缝组织和断口形貌进行分析。结果 由于激光的预热作用,高强钢SG1000激光复合焊接成形件的焊缝美观,焊接过程稳定可靠,焊接熔池深度较大,有效改善了传统焊接的咬边、飞溅、气孔等缺陷。焊缝组织主要由板条马氏体和奥氏体晶粒组成,热影响区的过热区内部板条马氏体和奥氏体晶粒比较粗大,而焊接母材主要为细小的板条马氏体和奥氏体晶粒。焊接拉伸断口主要为细小且较浅的韧窝,且韧窝底部存在第二相粒子及夹杂物,焊接拉伸断口断裂于热影响区且微观形貌为韧性断裂;冲击微观形貌主要由准解理小平面及河流花样组成,且存在一定数量大小不一的韧窝交错分布,焊接冲击断口断裂于热影响区且微观形貌也为韧性断裂。结论 焊缝热影响区的晶粒比非热影响区的晶粒粗大,拉伸和冲击断裂均发生于热影响区;随着激光功率的增大,复合焊接接头的力学性能呈现逐渐增强的趋势;随着焊接速度的增大,复合焊接接头的力学性能呈现先增强后削弱的趋势。高强钢SG1000激光复合焊接最佳工艺参数如下:激光功率为9.5 kW,焊接速度为0.8 m/min,对应屈服强度为1 072 MPa,抗拉强度为1 175 MPa,断裂伸长率为13.5%,冲击断裂吸收的能量为30.8 J、焊缝中心显微硬度为342 HV。  相似文献

采用光纤激光器对3.5 mm厚TC4合金板材进行焊接,并对焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能进行分析测试,确定了试验条件下的最佳激光焊参数。结果表明,焊缝熔合区组织主要为针状α′马氏体及少量β相,热影响区由α相及少量α′马氏体组成;接头区域的显微硬度在熔合区变化平缓,而热影响区的硬度下降明显。在激光功率为4.0 kW、焊接速度为3.0 m/min时,获得接头的力学性能最佳,焊缝强度与母材本身的强度接近。接头拉伸断口表面存在大量韧窝,呈明显的韧性断裂特征。  相似文献

目的 探究TC4激光-MIG复合焊接头显微组织与基本力学性能之间的联系,分析接头不同区域的断裂行为。方法 利用激光-MIG复合焊制备TC4钛合金对接接头,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察接头焊缝区、热影响区及母材的显微组织,在室温下进行了显微硬度测试、拉伸性能测试与断裂韧性测试,并对试样断口进行了观察分析。结果 接头的焊缝区组织为粗大的β相柱状晶,晶内纵横分布着αʹ针状马氏体和针状α相,靠近焊缝一侧的热影响区则由针状αʹ相、α集束与少量细小的块状α相构成。随着远离焊缝中心,母材侧热影响区组织转变为块状的α相、少量α集束及初生β相,并最终趋于与母材组织相似。热影响区的显微硬度值达到最大,这是因为该区域存在比焊缝区更为细小的针状αʹ相。接头的平均抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别为1 020.22 MPa和7.38%。接头在拉伸时主要在焊缝区发生断裂。焊缝区展现出比母材区和热影响区更优异的断裂韧性,平均值为87.14 MPa.m1/2,焊缝区内纵横交错的网篮组织与集束是其断裂韧性较高的主要原因。结论 在TC4钛合金的激光-MIG复合焊过程中,针状α相和αʹ马氏体的存在会提高焊缝的显微硬度和断裂韧性,但相较于母材塑性没有提升,通过调控焊缝区显微组织结构,可以获得所需性能的接头。  相似文献

目的 减少1 mm厚度316L不锈钢薄板在焊接生产过程中出现的缺陷等问题,并提高不锈钢薄板焊缝成形质量和焊接接头力学性能。方法 采用脉冲激光焊接技术实现对厚度1 mm的316L不锈钢薄板的精确焊接,并利用金相显微镜、维氏硬度计、万能拉伸试验机和扫描电镜对焊缝的表面形貌、微观结构、力学性能、断口形貌进行表征分析。结果 当激光功率为403 W、输出电流为150 A、焊接速度为150 mm/min、离焦量为−5.525 mm时,焊缝正反面的形貌规则无缺陷。焊缝区内的微观结构主要由δ-铁素体和奥氏体2种晶粒构成,相较于母材及热影响区,焊缝区晶粒尺寸更细小均匀,平均硬度为156HV,表现出更高的硬度特性。焊接接头的抗拉强度和屈服强度均值分别达到643.28 MPa和305.95 MPa,相对于母材的强度分别提高了7%和49%;平均断后伸长率为37.2%,达到原始母材伸长率的55%;断裂呈现韧性断裂的塑性变形和延展性特征。结论 优化调整焊接工艺参数后,1 mm厚度316L不锈钢薄板的焊缝成形质量提高,无缺陷且微观组织分布均匀,焊接接头强度显著提高。  相似文献

采用电子束焊接方法焊接深潜器用56 mm厚Ti80合金,并对焊接接头的组织结构和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,焊接接头成形良好,无缺陷;焊缝组织为马氏体α相和残余β相组成的网篮组织;熔合区界线明显,过热区十分窄;热影响区组织由初生α相、马氏体α相和β相组成;焊接接头各区域显微硬度值分布不均匀,由焊缝至母材显微硬度值逐渐下降;拉伸断裂发生在远离焊缝的母材处,接头抗拉强度为935.3 MPa,大于原始母材的911.8 MPa;焊缝冲击吸收功为36.3 J,由焊缝至母材冲击吸收功值逐渐增大,接头各区域冲击断裂方式均为韧性断裂。  相似文献

采用光纤激光器对4mm厚的7075铝合金进行激光填丝焊接,对焊接接头的显微组织、相结构、断口形貌、力学性能进行观察和分析。结果表明:焊缝(FZ)边缘组织为柱状枝晶组织,焊缝中心为等轴晶组织;热影响区(HAZ)保留了母材(BM)的轧制长条状形态,但晶粒有所长大。母材的相组成主要为α-Al固溶体、S-Al_2CuMg强化相和η-MgZn_2强化相,焊缝无强化相析出。焊缝区硬度值为各区中最低,热影响区显微硬度呈阶梯式增长。焊接速度为2~4m/min的接头拉伸试样均在焊缝处断裂,抗拉强度最大为母材的67.5%。接头拉伸试样均出现了颈缩现象,断口由大量的等轴状韧窝构成,为韧性断裂。  相似文献

目的 改善SUS301L–HT不锈钢激光点焊焊接性能。方法 以2 mm SUS301L–HT不锈钢为母材进行激光点焊试验,并分析焊接接头的金相组织、硬度、拉伸性能以及断口形貌等。结果 焊点表面无损坏、压痕均匀、无较大焊接变形,表面无飞溅、母材颜色无明显变化。焊核区的微观组织主要是柱状晶,柱状晶依附于未熔化母材晶粒向焊核中心生长。母材硬度最高,约为309HV;焊核中心附近区域硬度适中,约为255HV,热影响区硬度最小,不到220HV。点焊接头断裂形式多为纽扣式断裂且发生在热影响区。结论 不锈钢激光点焊整体质量较好,可用于轨道列车车体加工。  相似文献

采用IPG光纤激光器对8 mm厚的TA5钛合金进行激光自熔焊接,并对焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明,激光焊接接头表面成形连续、均匀、无飞溅,内部无气孔和裂纹等缺陷。母材组织为细小均匀的等轴α相;焊缝区组织主要由粗大的β柱状晶粒、大量的针状马氏体α'以及少量的板条马氏体组成;热影响区组织主要由等轴α相、少量的针状马氏体α'和少量的残余β组成;在熔合线的边界,柱状晶粒与等轴晶粒联生结晶、外延生长,保证了焊接接头的稳定连接。焊接接头各区域的显微硬度差异较大,最高硬度出现在熔合线附近,焊缝区和热影响区的显微硬度明显高于母材的。对拉伸断裂部位进行观察,拉伸断裂发生在远离焊缝的母材处,这说明激光焊接接头的抗拉强度与母材等强或者略高于母材的,这与大量针状马氏体形成的网篮组织有直接的关系。   相似文献

利用窄间隙激光填丝焊接工艺完成了40 mm厚TC4钛合金的焊接,通过OM、SEM、EDS、XRD、EBSD等测试方法对接头各区域进行微观组织和结构分析,并测试了其力学性能.结果表明,焊缝截面整体成形良好,无明显未熔合与气孔缺陷.接头三个区域的显微组织相同:焊缝柱状晶内部分布着密集排列的针状α'马氏体和弥散分布的颗粒状的αg相,同一β晶粒内部α'择优取向,大角度晶界比例较高.焊缝中心各区都是典型的α'+β双相结构.热影响区为过渡态组织,越靠近焊缝侧,其组织形态与焊缝处越相似,焊接过程中Al元素向热影响区发生了扩散.焊接接头焊缝区整体硬度高于母材,盖面区最高,平均值约为380HV.接头的抗拉强度最大值为954 MPa,拉伸试样均断在母材,断口为韧性断裂,接头各区室温冲击性能均低于母材.  相似文献

目的 探究激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量对TC4钛合金激光焊接接头宏观形貌、微观组织及力学性能的影响。方法 通过正交试验方法,研究激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量对接头拉伸性能的影响,并将这3个工艺参数转换为热输入,进一步研究热输入对接头形貌、组织及力学性能的影响。结果 当热输入低于95 J/mm时,焊接接头上下熔宽比较大,焊缝截面呈“V”形;当热输入高于250 J/mm时,接头组织晶粒粗大,甚至出现气孔、错边等冶金缺陷;当热输入为125 J/mm时,焊缝成形美观,焊接接头上下熔宽比接近1,焊缝截面呈“H”形。焊缝区组织主要由原始α相、β相及冷却阶段生成的αʹ相组成,随着热输入的增大,β相柱状晶尺寸逐渐粗化,αʹ针状马氏体相尺寸也相应增大。此外,焊接速度和离焦量对拉伸性能有显著影响,拉伸性能随着热输入的增大呈现先升高后降低的趋势,断口呈韧性断裂特征。当热输入为125 J/mm时,拉伸性能达到最佳,断裂位置发生在母材区,抗拉强度为1 010 MPa,断后延伸率为9.82%;焊缝区中心区域显微硬度高于热影响区及母材区显微硬度。结论 当热输入为125 J/mm时,在TC4钛合金激光焊下,可获得成形美观、性能优良的焊接接头。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献
