在平面波近似下,由波动方程和拉曼介质的物质方程出发,忽略受激拉曼散射的瞬态效应,得到了描述外腔泵浦反斯托克斯激光器中一阶反斯托克斯光、泵浦光和一至三阶斯托克斯光相互作用的耦合波方程。引入归一化参量对方程组进行归一化处理,通过对归一化耦合波方程组进行数值求解,分析了归一化拉曼增益系数、归一化泵浦脉冲宽度和归一化波失配对外腔泵浦反斯托克斯激光器性能的影响。将实验数据代入耦合波方程中进行了验证,理论估算出的反斯托克斯光转化效率与文献报道数据基本一致,证明了该理论模型的正确性。通过分析理论计算结果提出了提高外腔泵浦反斯托克斯激光器转化效率的途径及辅助激光器设计的方法。  相似文献

报道了外腔抽运的969nm SrWO4反斯托克斯拉曼激光器的特性。利用主动调Q Nd:YAG激光器产生的1064nm激光作为抽运源,SrWO4拉曼谐振腔的光轴与抽运光的传播方向偏离一个角度,实现了抽运光、一阶斯托克斯光和一阶反斯托克斯光之间的非共线相位匹配,得到了一阶反斯托克斯光和一至三阶斯托克斯光的输出,测量了输出激光的脉冲能量、时间和光谱特性。当抽运光能量为120mJ时获得的969nm反斯托克斯光的最大输出能量为0.74mJ,脉冲宽度为3.9ns。同时,获得的斯托克斯光的总能量为23.9mJ,其中1323nm二阶斯托克斯光的输出能量为19.6mJ。由抽运光向斯托克斯光和反斯托克斯光转换的总效率为20.5%。  相似文献

实验研究了内腔BaWO4反斯托克斯拉曼激光器的激光特性。通过在调Q的基频谐振腔中插入一倾斜的BaWO4拉曼谐振腔,实现基频光、一阶斯托克斯光和一阶反斯托克斯光的非共线相位匹配,进而实现了内腔反斯托克斯拉曼激光器在968nm的运转。测量了不同泵浦电压下输出的一阶反斯托克斯光的单脉冲能量,当泵浦电压为750V时,获得的最大输出能量为0.79mJ,相应的基频光到一阶反斯托克斯光的转化效率为1.5%。一阶反斯托克斯光的典型脉冲宽度为4.9ns。  相似文献

提出了基于液晶相位延迟的用于相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射(CARS)激发源的斯托克斯光的快速宽范围波长电调谐方法。数值仿真分析了脉冲的峰值功率和光子晶体光纤(PCF)长度对光孤子自频移(SSFS)频移量的影响,计算结果表明对2m长的PCF,注入光脉冲的峰值功率为2.7kW时,可探测波数为3509cm-1。基于液晶相位延迟器构建了快速波长调谐装置并搭建了实验系统,实验结果表明波长切换响应时间可达0.165ms,对1.98m长的PCF注入峰值功率范围为0.108~2.517kW的光脉冲时,基阶孤子中心波长调谐范围为807~1064nm,理论可探测波数范围为432~3422cm-1。  相似文献

Fano共振效应拥有独特的局域场增强效果,在表面增强相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射中,不同波长局域场增强空间位置相同的结构结合Fano共振效应,可以实现混合频率共振模式,使得表面增强相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射总的增强因子得到大幅度提高。采用FDTD软件系统研究了对称的交叉蝴蝶结Au纳米结构的Fano共振效应,该效应使得交叉蝴蝶结结构中心位置附近的电场强度得到大幅度的增强,把该结构应用到表面增强相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射中,可以使表面增强相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射信号的增强因子高达1013,达到单分子检测的水平。  相似文献

报道了基于半导体激光端面抽运的a切Nd:GdVO4晶体级联自拉曼激光的输出特性。利用Nd:GdVO4晶体的优异激光特性和较强的拉曼增益,结合使用针对级联拉曼设计的宽带高反腔镜,在声光Q开光调制下,成功实现了基于882 cm-1频移的1 309 nm波长二阶斯托克斯激光输出。在10 W入射抽运功率和50 kHz重复频率下,获得了平均输出功率1.48 W,脉冲宽度5.3 ns的1 309 nm激光输出,对应的二阶斯托克斯激光阈值和光光转换效率分别为5.9 W和14.8%。结果表明:以Nd:GdVO4作为自拉曼晶体,通过级联拉曼可实现高效二阶斯托克斯激光输出,对丰富固体激光波长具有重要价值。  相似文献

反斯托克斯散射是频率上转换的四波混频效应,通常反斯托克斯激光器的转换效率较低。因此,通过理论优化指导实验对提高激光器的性能尤为重要。对平面波近似下的内腔式反斯托克斯激光器的速率方程进行归一化处理,通过数值求解归一化速率方程组,得到描述内腔式反斯托克斯激光器运行的一组普适理论曲线,分析了复合归一化变量对内腔式反斯托克斯激光器性能的影响。并用实验数据对归一化理论进行了验证,结果表明,从归一化理论出发所估计出的内腔式反斯托克斯激光器的单脉冲能量、脉冲峰值功率和脉冲宽度与实际测量数据相符,证明了所提的归一化速率方程组模型的正确性和可行性。  相似文献

运用非线性光学的和频理论推导出被动调Q腔内和频拉曼激光器速率方程理论中的和频项,在被动调Q拉曼激光器速率方程的基础上,推导被动调Q腔内和频拉曼激光器速率方程,再将方程归一化,得到八个综合参量。推导出和频脉冲峰值功率和单脉冲能量的归一化表达式。数值模拟观察各参量对和频脉冲峰值功率、单脉冲能量和脉冲宽度的影响。对各参量影响进行分析,发现和频因子与归一化拉曼增益系数需要相互匹配才能实现高效率的和频光输出。同时,比较了被动调Q腔内和频拉曼激光器与被动调Q腔内倍频拉曼激光器的数值模拟结果。  相似文献

全固态拉曼激光器由于具有光束质量好、波长范围广、结构紧凑、转换效率高、稳定性好等优势,在信息、交通、测量、医疗、国防、工业和农业等众多领域具有十分广泛的应用前景。目前已成为激光器件与激光技术领域的研究热点之一。本文介绍了全固态拉曼激光器的研究概况,重点介绍了我们以Nd:YVO4作为激光增益介质,以BaWO4、SrWO4及YVO4作为拉曼介质的连续运转和人眼安全波段的准连续运转全固态拉曼激光器方面的研究工作。最后对全固态拉曼激光器的未来发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

晶体拉曼放大器是获得高光束质量、高光谱纯度、高功率拉曼激光的重要途径。通过引入四个归一化综合参量,推导出了外腔拉曼放大器的归一化输运方程组。通过数值求解该输运方程组得到了描述拉曼放大器运转的一组普适理论曲线;分析了复合归一化变量对拉曼放大器性能的影响;研究了晶体拉曼放大器放大率、放大后拉曼脉冲形状、光-光转换效率等参量在泵浦脉冲功率密度、泵浦脉冲与被放大脉冲相对宽度、泵浦脉冲与被放大脉冲时间重叠性等条件的变化规律。用实验数据对归一化理论进行了验证,结果表明,理论结果与实验数据相吻合,证明了文中理论计算的正确性和可行性。  相似文献

Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering spectroscopy(CARS) is a well-known detecting tool in biosensing and nonlinear spectroscopy. It can provide a non-invasive alternative without the need for exogenous labels, while the enhancement factor for surface plasmon resonances(SPR) are extensively used to increase the local field close to the oscillators and which can obtain high enhancement. In this work, we investigate the enhancement factor of our structure for surface-enhanced coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering. The absorption spectrum of the structure has been studied, a wide range of absorption has been realized. The enhancement can be as high as 1016 over standard CARS. Our design is very useful for improving the enhancement factor of surface-enhanced coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a model that fully describes the quasi-stationary behavior of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) in an anti-Stokes Raman converter operating at exact Raman resonance. We demonstrate that the CARS mechanism actually comprises two opposite and competing interactions, which respectively create and annihilate phonons in the Raman medium. Furthermore, we show that both the phase mismatch of the CARS four-wave mixing process and the level of pump depletion determine which of these two interactions takes place along the converter path length. In addition, we demonstrate that our CARS model is fully in line with seemingly contradictory findings in Raman conversion experiments. Finally, we discuss the fundamental differences between our CARS interpretation and the CARS models presented earlier.   相似文献

The normalized space-dependent rate equations are deduced assuming the intracavity photon densities and initial population-inversion density to be of Gaussian spatial distributions in the diode-pumped actively Q-switched intracavity Raman lasers. Numerical calculations are carried out to investigate the influences of these normalized variables on the pulse parameters of the first Stokes. The rate equations under the planewave approximation are also normalized and solved numerically, and the results show the obvious discrepancies from those of the space-dependent theory. The spontaneous Raman scattering factor in rate equations are deduced in detail for the first time, and the oscillating threshold of the first Stokes inside the resonator is deduced analytically. A sample calculation for an actively Q-switched self-Raman laser is presented to demonstrate the use of the curves and related formulas.  相似文献

The recent demonstration of stimulated Raman gain (loss) spectroscopy (SRS) using CW laser sources introduces a powerful tool to coherent Raman spectroscopy. In this paper we undertake an experimental and analytical evaluation of several variations of SRS using CW laser sources including (1) direct stimulated Raman gain (loss) measurements, (2) optically heterodyned polarization interferometry, and (3) two-beam nonlinear interferometry. The results show CW SRS to be a convenient and effective means of obtaining direct Raman spectra in applications where background fluorescence precludes the use of conventional Raman techniques. Sensitivities comparable to or exceeding those obtained by coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) are demonstrated. Ultimate sensitivities exceeding those achieved by spontaneous Raman spectroscopy are expected for high-resolution applications in gaseous media.  相似文献

Parametric Raman wavelength conversion in scaled silicon waveguides   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The benefits of using submicrometer modal-dimension silicon waveguides in realizing high-efficiency parametric Raman wavelength conversion are demonstrated theoretically and experimentally. The combined effects of Raman nonlinearities and free-carrier losses induced by two-photon absorption (TPA) are analyzed using the coupled-mode theory. The analysis indicates that scaling down the lateral dimensions increases the conversion efficiency of the Raman process and reduces the effective lifetime of free carriers and hence ameliorates the free-carrier losses. The feasibility of data conversion is demonstrated by coherent transfer of the analog radio-frequency (RF) signal from Stokes to anti-Stokes channels. The conversion efficiency, and hence signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and bandwidth of the conversion process are found to be limited by the phase mismatch between the pump, Stokes, and anti-Stokes fields. The dispersion properties of submicrometer waveguides are also studied from the point of view of achieving phase matching and enhancing the conversion efficiency.  相似文献
