采用改进锁式缝合和真空辅助树脂注射(VARI)成型工艺制备不同缝合密度的碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,研究缝合行距和缝合针距对复合材料力学性能的影响,得出最佳缝合密度。结果表明:随着缝合行距的增大,拉伸性能和弯曲性能均有所提升,层间剪切强度先增大后减小;随着缝合针距的增大,拉伸性能和弯曲性能均有提高的趋势;当缝合密度为5 mm×8 mm时,缝合复合材料具有最佳的综合力学性能,与未缝合复合材料相比,拉伸强度和模量分别下降了13.3%和12.7%,弯曲强度和模量分别下降了23.0%和25.2%,层间剪切强度提高了11.3%。  相似文献

通过缝合的方法改善织物增强复合材料层合板的层间断裂韧性.采用双悬臂梁(DCB)试验测试和研究了缝合层合板的层间断裂韧性与断裂行为.为了评价缝合工艺参数(缝合密度)对层间断裂韧性的影响, 用改进的插入型夹具在实测不同缝合工艺层合板的I型层间断裂韧性值(GIC)的基础上, 分析和阐明了缝合工艺参数(缝合密度)与GIC间的关系; 以提高层合板的平均层间断裂韧性值为目标, 以拉伸和弯曲强度为约束条件优化了缝合工艺; 采用摄影显微镜对分层断裂面进行了观察, 分析和考察了缝合对其它性能的影响.结果表明 改进的插入型夹具可方便地完成缝合层合板的I型层间断裂韧性测试; 缝合后裂纹不连续扩展, 缝合密度对裂纹扩展行为有较大影响; 随着缝合密度的增大, 层间断裂韧性值增大, 但拉伸和弯曲强度降低, 缝合密度存在最佳值.  相似文献

为了探究莫来石纤维增强SiO_2气凝胶复合材料的拉伸和层间剪切性能,开展了相关试验。首先,进行了复合材料在室温下的面内拉伸试验,获得了复合材料的室温面内拉伸模量;然后,采用引伸计方法和数字图像相关法分别对拉伸变形进行测量,并对2种方法进行了对比分析;最后,开展了不同温度下的层间剪切试验,研究了复合材料在不同温度下的层间剪切性能,并对其微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸模量约为285.17 MPa;由引伸计方法测得的拉伸变形计算出的拉伸模量比数字图像相关法获得的拉伸模量高2.4%;在室温和高温下,试样呈现明显的层间剪切破坏;对复合材料的微观分析发现,SiO_2气凝胶基体主要分布在层间区域,增强纤维主要分布在铺层内。所得结论表明莫来石纤维增强SiO_2气凝胶复合材料拉伸和层间性能较差,当承受层间载荷时,SiO_2气凝胶基体起主要作用,且温度对复合材料的性能影响较大。  相似文献

针对纤维增强T300/QY8911复合材料层合板进行大子样纵向拉伸、压缩实验和面内剪切实验,得到了材料拉伸、压缩、面内剪切的主要力学性能参数.研究纤维增强复合材料的刚度和强度特性,发现纵向拉压以及面内剪切应力-应变曲线都几乎为直线,具有脆性破坏的特点.并且利用统计学原理对实验结果进行统计分析,研究各力学性能参数的分布特性,结果表明:三参数威布尔分布、正态分布、对数正态分布能较好地描述各力学性能参数的分布规律,最后给出复合材料层合板拉、压、剪切性能的分散性参数.  相似文献

从工程化应用角度研究了常压空气等离子体改性对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维/环氧树脂复合材料界面性能的调节机制,主要分析了不同处理时间对UHMWPE纤维表面状态变化的影响,及其对UHMWPE/环氧树脂复合材料界面黏结性能的影响规律。采用SEM及纤维吸水测试研究了等离子体处理对UHMWPE纤维表面物理形貌及纤维表面浸润性能的影响,分别以拉伸和弯曲的方式,通过纤维表面脱黏力及层合板层间剪切强度对UHMWPE/环氧树脂复合材料的界面黏结性能进行表征。结果表明,仅经过4 s的空气等离子体处理之后,UHMWPE纤维表面脱黏力的提高幅度为84.0%,UHMWPE/环氧树脂复合材料层合板的层间剪切强度由未处理的7.01 MPa提高至15.81 MPa,增幅高达125.5%。研究发现,通过常压空气等离子体处理改变了UHMWPE纤维的表面状态,可以显著高效地调节UHMWPE/环氧树脂复合材料的界面性能,为扩大该材料的后续工程化应用提供了理论基础。   相似文献

采用真空辅助树脂注射(VARI)成型工艺制备不同缝合方式和缝合密度的缝合泡沫夹层复合材料, 研究缝合参数对平面拉伸、三点弯曲、芯子剪切以及滚筒剥离性能的影响。结果表明: 缝合使泡沫夹层复合材料的平面拉伸强度和芯子剪切强度明显降低, 可以改善弯曲性能并大幅提高滚筒剥离性能, 改进锁式缝合方式优于临缝式缝合方式; 适当地增加缝合行距对力学性能有一定的积极作用, 但不利于滚筒剥离性能的提高; 与未缝合泡沫夹层复合材料相比, 当缝合密度为30 mm×10 mm时, 改进锁式缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的平拉强度和芯子剪切强度分别降低了14.75%和24.79%, 弯曲强度和平均剥离强度分别提高了7.96%和80.78%。  相似文献

采用真空袋-热压罐工艺制备单向碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFs/EP)层合板,并将高低温试验箱与万能试验机相结合,通过合理使用低温胶和低温引伸计,并在降温过程中实施应力-应变实时调零等关键技术,在室温和液氧超低温度(-183℃)下对单向CFs/EP层合板进行拉伸和弯曲试验,研究了其超低温力学性能,并根据室温和超低温试验后试样的微观和宏观特征,揭示了超低温环境下复合材料力学性能变化机制。结果表明,与室温力学性能相比,单向CFs/EP层合板超低温拉伸强度下降约为9.5%,而拉伸模量上升约为6.2%,主要是由于超低温环境下,树脂的收缩使绝大部分碳纤维与树脂间形成了强界面,拉伸后试样呈"劈裂式"破坏形式,无法使每根纤维都充分发挥其强度,拉伸强度下降,同时超低温也限制了树脂大分子链的运动,所以导致单向CFs/EP层合板拉伸模量上升;单向CFs/EP层合板超低温弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高约54.75%和11.64%,这是由于单向CFs/EP层合板的常温和超低温的弯曲破坏形式均为分层剪切破坏,超低温下复合材料的界面增强,提高了单向CFs/EP层合板抵抗剪切分层的能力,进而使CFs/EP的弯曲性能得到提高。  相似文献

对比研究了环氧5228A树脂及碳纤维/环氧5228A树脂复合材料层合板在3种湿热环境(水煮、70℃水浸,70℃85%相对湿度)下的湿热性能,考察了湿热条件对复合材料层间剪切性能的影响规律,并从吸湿特性、物理化学特性、树脂力学性能、湿应力等方面分析了不同湿热环境下复合材料性能衰减的机制。研究表明,碳纤维/高温固化环氧树脂复合材料层间剪切性能主要是由吸湿率决定,相同吸湿率不同湿热条件下性能的下降幅度基本相同;3种湿热条件下该树脂及其复合材料未发生化学反应、微裂纹等不可逆变化,复合材料层合板湿热老化机制主要是吸入水分后基体增塑和树脂、纤维湿应变不一致导致的湿应力对复合材料性能的负面作用。  相似文献

为了研究孔隙率对织物碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料层合板静态力学性能的影响规律,分别测量了孔隙率为0.33%至1.50%的CFRP层合板的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度,并进行有限元模拟.在适用于复合材料单向板的改进Hashin失效准则基础上,建立了适用于织物纤维增强复合材料静态力学强度的失效准则.通过引入复合材料基本强度参数预测不同孔隙率CFRP层合板的力学性能,结合刚度突然退化模型,采用ABAQUS软件建立了有限元模型.试验结果表明,随着孔隙率的增加,复合材料层合板的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度均呈下降趋势.有限元模型较为准确地预测了不同孔隙率织物碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料层合板的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important.
