甲苯是一种缺乏印迹位点的小分子,为实现对甲苯的印迹,以甲基丙烯酸为单体分子,苯酚为模板分子,二乙烯基苯作为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备虚拟模板苯酚分子印迹聚合物(MIPs).通过改变溶剂用量、交联剂与单体分子的配比等方式考察了苯酚分子印迹聚合物最佳成球条件并最终制备出粒径均匀的苯酚分子印迹聚合物.之后使用该苯酚印迹聚合物与课题组前期制备的苯胺分子印迹聚合物进行了结构、形貌和吸附性能的对比,验证了虚拟模板分子印迹聚合物对甲苯分子实现特异性吸附的可行性.经气相色谱仪表征,该分子印迹聚合物对甲苯的吸附能力为6.78 mg·g-1,优于苯胺分子印迹聚合物的1.89 mg·g-1. 相似文献

利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对颗粒活性炭进行改性。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和氮吸附脱附法对改性活性炭的结构和组成进行表征。用单一变量法研究了CTAB的质量浓度和初始pH值对CTAB活性炭改性的影响,研究了吸附时间、吸附温度、苯酚初始质量浓度、苯酚pH、CTAB改性活性炭投加量等对苯酚去除率的影响,并对吸附过程进行了动力学研究。得到了最佳吸附条件为:以质量浓度为2g/L的CTAB改性活性炭为吸附剂,CTAB改性活性炭投加量为7g/L、吸附温度为35℃、吸附时间为90min、苯酚初始质量浓度为200mg/L、初始pH=6时,苯酚去除率达到94.76%,CTAB改性活性炭的吸附量为27.07mg/g。Langmuir等温吸附模型可较好地描述CTAB改性活性炭对水中苯酚的等温吸附过程,通过Langmuir模型计算得到吸附剂对苯酚的最大单位吸附量为72.62mg/g。CTAB改性活性炭对苯酚的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学方程。 相似文献

1,4二-氢-3H-2,3苯-并口恶嗪-3甲-酸乙酯经过硝化、还原和重氮化溴代得到了7溴--1,4二-氢-3H-2,3苯-并口恶嗪-3甲-酸乙酯(C)。以Pd(OAc)2/R(+)B INAP(2,2′-二苯膦-1,1′-联萘)为催化体系,C与苯胺、N-甲基苯胺、对氟苯胺、对乙氧基苯胺、环己胺、吗啡、四氢吡咯及六氢吡啶等8种有机胺类化合物(Am ine1~8),在氮气保护下,以碳酸铯为碱于干燥的甲苯中100℃反应16~24 h,生成了相应的8种新的7胺-基取代的1,4二-氢-3H-2,3苯-并口恶嗪-3甲-酸乙酯类化合物(D1~8),反应收率分别为83%、85%、71%、90%、72%、63%、75%和83%。通过1HNMR、质谱和元素分析对这些化合物的结构进行了表征。 相似文献

本文以甲苯为溶剂,采用苯酚、苯胺、甲醛和二甲苯甲醛树脂(XF)为原料,通过mannich反应合成了一种二甲苯型苯并噁嗪.运用傅立叶红外光谱表征苯并噁嗪单体及其固化产物的结构,利用GPC表征单体分子量以及分子量分布,并采用DSC对单体的固化行为进行了研究,运用热重法对其固化产物热性能进行了分析.结果表明,此苯并噁嗪分子量分布较窄,在加热条件下可开环聚合,其固化温度区间为145~230℃,此笨并噁嗪固化产物(聚苯并噁嗪)具有优良的热性能,其耐热指数为197℃. 相似文献

It is well established that a wide range of drugs of abuse acutely boost the signaling of the sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, where norepinephrine and epinephrine are major output molecules. This stimulatory effect is accompanied by such symptoms as elevated heart rate and blood pressure, more rapid breathing, increased body temperature and sweating, and pupillary dilation, as well as the intoxicating or euphoric subjective properties of the drug. While many drugs of abuse are thought to achieve their intoxicating effects by modulating the monoaminergic neurotransmitter systems (i.e., serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine) by binding to these receptors or otherwise affecting their synaptic signaling, this paper puts forth the hypothesis that many of these drugs are actually acutely converted to catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine) in vivo, in addition to transformation to their known metabolites. In this manner, a range of stimulants, opioids, and psychedelics (as well as alcohol) may partially achieve their intoxicating properties, as well as side effects, due to this putative transformation to catecholamines. If this hypothesis is correct, it would alter our understanding of the basic biosynthetic pathways for generating these important signaling molecules, while also modifying our view of the neural substrates underlying substance abuse and dependence, including psychological stress-induced relapse. Importantly, there is a direct way to test the overarching hypothesis: administer (either centrally or peripherally) stable isotope versions of these drugs to model organisms such as rodents (or even to humans) and then use liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine if the labeled drug is converted to labeled catecholamines in brain, blood plasma, or urine samples. 相似文献

Scentless plant bugs (Heteroptera: Rhopalidae) are so named because adults of the Serinethinae have vestigial metathoracic scent glands. Serinethines are seed predators of Sapindales, especially Sapindaceae that produce toxic cyanolipids. In two serinethine species whose ranges extend into the southern United States,Jadera haematoloma andJ. sanguinolenta, sequestration of host cyanolipids as glucosides renders these gregarious, aposematic insects unpalatable to a variety of predators. The blood glucoside profile and cyanogenesis ofJadera varies depending on the cyanolipid chemistry of hosts, and adults and larvae fed golden rain tree seeds (Koelreuteria paniculata) excrete the volatile lactone, 4-methyl-2(5H)-furanone, to which they are attracted.Jadera fed balloon vine seeds (Cardiospermum spp.) do not excrete the attractive lactone. Loss of the usual heteropteran defensive glands in serinethines may have coevolved with host specificity on toxic plants, and the orientation ofJadera to a volatile excretory product could be an adaptive response to save time.Mention of a commercial product does not consititute an endorsement by the USDA. 相似文献

建立了测定地球化学样品中包括As、Cr、Ge、V等18种微量、痕量元素的ICP-MS方法。地化试样用HF-HNO3混酸分解后,以1 1 HNO3溶解干渣。由于制样不使用盐酸,避免了Cl对As、Cr、Ge、V的质谱干扰。用国家一级地球化学标准物质GBW 07309制备溶液优化仪器工作参数,并用于校准。方法测定限(6s)为:0.007~6.4μg/g,精密度(RSD%,n=12)为:29%~9.4%,经过国家一级地球化学标准物质的分析验证,结果与标准值吻合。方法已应用于国土资源调查的试样分析。 相似文献
