采用低压MOCVD法沉积生长了TiO2薄膜,研究了Si衬底取向,退火温度,退火时间,退火气氛对其结构和电性能的影响,结果表明,500℃下沉积生长于Si(111)和Si(100)上的TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿相多晶膜,经过600℃以上退火处理后,均可转变为纯金红石相结构。其中,Si(111)上的TiO2薄膜更容易转变为金红石相结构,而Si(100)上的TiO2薄膜,需要更高的退火温度和更长的退火时间才能转变为金红石结构。结果还表明,退火气氛中氧分压的大小对TiO2薄膜的结构无明显的影响。  相似文献

研究了退火温度对中频交流反应磁控溅射技术制备的TiO2 薄膜结构和表面形貌的影响。利用X射线衍射仪和原子力显微镜 ,检测了TiO2 薄膜的晶体结构和表面形貌。实验结果显示 :沉积态TiO2 薄膜为非晶态 ;低温 (70 0℃以下 )退火后 ,TiO2 薄膜出现锐钛矿相 ,晶粒长大不明显 ;高温退火 (90 0℃以上 )后 ,薄膜转变为金红石相 ,晶粒由柱状转变为棱状 ,并迅速长大至微米量级  相似文献

常温下利用TiO2陶瓷靶采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃衬底上制备了N掺杂TiO2薄膜。利用光学轮廓仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪分析(XPS)和分光光度计等对薄膜的沉积速率、化学组成、晶体结构和禁带宽度进行了系统研究。结果表明:磁控溅射N2流量和退火处理对薄膜的微观结构和性能有重要的影响。退火前,薄膜由非晶态TiO2构成;退火后,薄膜呈现锐钛矿相和金红石相的混合相。随着磁控溅射系统中N2流量的增加,退火前禁带宽度从3.19eV减少到2.15eV;退火后,薄膜由非晶相TiO2组织转化为锐钛矿TiO2和金红石TiO2构成的浑河相组织,禁带宽度相比退火前的非晶相TiO2薄膜略有增加。  相似文献

采用电弧离子镀法在普通玻璃表面制备透明的TiO2薄膜,用AFM、XRD对TiO2薄膜表面进行了表征,结果表明未经退火的薄膜主要以非晶态型存在;经过500℃退火后,纳米TiO2薄膜主要为锐钛矿结构.研究了纳米TiO2薄膜对难降解的有机物苯酚进行了研究,半小时就降解了30%,经500℃退火后的纳米TiO2薄膜光催化性能更为显著.  相似文献

研究退火温度对薄膜相结构、表面化学组成、形貌及光学性能的影响.采用射频磁控溅射法在单晶硅片和石英玻璃片上负载TiO2薄膜,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)对其进行表征.结果表明,常温制备400℃以下退火的TiO2薄膜为无定形结构,400℃以上退火的TiO2薄膜出现锐钛矿相,600℃以上退火的TiO2薄膜开始出现金红石相,退火温度在1000℃以上时样品已经完全转变为金红石相;高温退火薄膜的组成为TiOx;随着退火温度的升高,薄膜透射率下降,折射率和消光系数有所增加.  相似文献

TiO2薄膜具有许多独特的性能,作为一种令人满意的材料被应用于诸多领域。磁控溅射作为制备这种多功能薄膜的一种主要方法,也越来越引起人们的关注。TiO2薄膜的结构和性能是由沉积条件决定的。通过改变沉积速度、溅射气体、靶温度、退火过程以及采用其它溅射技术,可以得到金红石、锐钛矿或是非晶的TiO2膜,同时具有不同的光催化、光学及电学性能,能够满足不同应用领域的需要。同时,表面改性可以克服TiO2薄膜的应用局限性,使之具有更佳的使用性能。  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在Si(100)衬底上沉积了Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜.借助XRD、AFM和SEM研究了衬底温度、退火温度、溅射气压等不同的溅射参数对Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜的晶化行为和显微结构的影响.在室温下沉积并未经退火处理的Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 薄膜是无定形态,在较高温度下沉积的薄膜晶化相对较好;随着在氧气气氛中退火温度的升高,X射线衍射峰的半峰宽变窄,衍射峰强度增强;在0.37~1.2Pa气压下沉积的Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜有(110)和(200)主衍射峰,且其强度随溅射气压的增加而增强;当溅射气压继续升到3.9Pa,(110)和(200)衍射峰明显增强,说明Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 薄膜具有(110) (200)择优取向.AFM和SEM结果显示薄膜晶粒细小均匀、结构致密、表面平整,且无裂纹、无孔洞.分析结果显示优化工艺参数制备的Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 薄膜是用以制备非致冷红外探测器的优质材料.  相似文献

采用脉冲式静电辅助的气溶胶化学气相沉积方法成功的在Si(100)衬底上制备了Y2O3薄膜,研究了退火对Y2O3沉积薄膜的形貌、结构和光学性质的影响。X射线衍射分析结果表明沉积得到的Y2O3薄膜在退火前为非晶态结构,退火之后薄膜具有立方结构,并且具有(111)择优取向。SEM分析显示薄膜在退火后更加平滑、致密。椭偏仪的测试结果表明薄膜退火后的折射系数提高,消光系数减少。  相似文献

近年来,二氧化钛光催化技术正成为光化学、能源、环境以及材料等领域的研究热点。作为一种新型的环境净化材料,TiO2光催化剂可广泛应用于污水处理、空气净化、抗菌除臭、表面防污、自清洁等方面,目前,TiO2光催化剂的固定化及其光催化活性的改善是TiO2光催化材料设计、开发和应用中急需解决的问题。本文利用阳极氧化和电沉积技术,在铝合金表面成功地制备出具有较好光催化活性的A12O2/TiO2复合薄膜。系统研究了复合薄膜的制备工艺;表征了复合薄膜的形貌、结构、成分以及光谱特性;详细分析了复合薄膜的光催化性能,并对这种特殊的复合薄膜形成机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:电沉积液温度在薄膜制备过程中是最重要的影响因素,合理地控制沉积过程中的工艺参数可得到具有最佳表面质量和光催化性能的Al2O3/TiO2复合薄膜,H2SO4-Al2O3/TiO2复合薄膜经热处理,表面有锐钛矿结构TiO2生成,TiO2的晶粒尺寸在纳米量级;TiO2在加热过程中主要发生表面吸附水和吸附有机物的脱附、结晶水的失去及非晶相的晶化三种变化,且TiO2由无定形结构向锐钛矿晶体结构转变的温度为425℃左右;三种类型Al2O3/TiO2复合薄膜的表面形貌存在较大差异,这主要归因于三种铝阳极氧化膜的膜厚及表面微孔结构的不同;三种类型的复合薄膜均具有紫外光光催化活性;通过Fe离子掺杂改性以及萘酚蓝黑染料敏化处理后,复合薄膜的光催化性能可得到明显地改善;由薄膜形成机理的分析可知,TiO2主要通过交流电沉积过程中的阴极反应沉积于铝阳极氧化膜微孔处和表面上。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献
