研究环保塑解剂RP-66等量替代五氯硫酚在斜交轮胎胶料中的应用。结果表明:与五氯硫酚相比,加入塑解剂RP-66的胶料塑化效果较好,混炼能耗明显降低,加工性能改善;硫化胶的物理性能和抗湿滑性能较好,滚动阻力较低,老化后的H抽出力提高,其他性能变化不大。  相似文献

试验研究环保塑解剂RENACIT-10替代五氯硫酚类塑解剂SJ—103在全钢载重汽车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,采用环保塑解剂RENACIT-10替代五氯硫酚类塑解剂SJ-103,对胶料的门尼焦烧时间、正硫化时间以及硫化胶的定伸应力、拉断伸长率和耐磨性能有所影响,对混炼胶的门尼粘度影响尤为显著。随着环保塑解剂RENACIT-10用量增大,混炼胶的门尼粘度和硫化胶的定伸应力呈减小趋势,正硫化时间呈缩短趋势,硫化胶的耐磨性能变差,老化后撕裂强度显著提高。以环保塑解剂RENACIT-10减量25%替代五氯硫酚类塑解剂SJ-103的效果最佳。  相似文献

介绍了环境友好型橡胶填充油的研究背景、判定标准和检测方法,分析了以中国石化高桥石化公司2种糠醛精制抽出油为原料调合得到的橡胶填充油的质量指标,认为其符合普通高芳烃橡胶填充油的产品质量要求,但其多环芳烃含量高,还达不到环境友好型橡胶填充油的质量要求,并对生产环境友好型橡胶填充油的工艺方法提出了建议。  相似文献

Limitations in the properties of polyamide PA66, such as low glass transition temperature and high water absorptivity, limit its applications. Introduction of amorphous polyimide segments into the PA66 main chain lowers the glass transition temperature and melting temperature and also improves its processability. PA66-polyimide (PA-PI) copolymers with different weight ratios of PI are prepared by high temperature and high-pressure solution polymerization. The degree of crystallization of PA-PI copolymers decreases with increasing PI content. The melting point decreases from 261°C for PA66 to 223°C for PA-PI-4. Dynamic mechanical analysis shows that the Tg increases from 70 to 90°C, and the storage modulus can be well maintained. Rheological studies show that the temperature for processing can reach 70°C. Copolymers with different PI contents show different processing viscosities. In addition, water absorptivity (about 1.8%) and dielectric constant values of PA-PI and PA6/6T are similar.  相似文献

New semi-interpenetrating (semi-IPN) polymeric networks from commercial polysulfone (UDEL RP-1700) and thermosetting bismaleimide (4, 4'-bismaleimidodiphenylmethane) (BMDM) and maleimide terminated polyaminobismaleimide prepolymer based upon BMDM and 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylmethane were prepared. The chemistry, processing, physical and mechanical properties, phase morphology, thermal stability and solvent resistance of the neat resins are presented. Silica gel plates impregnated with a variety of oils including vegetable oils (olive, sunflower and corn oil) and synthetic oils (trioctylamine and paraffin oil) were evaluated and compared with the commercially available reversed-phases TLC plates (RP-18, RP-18W, and CN). A series of selected lipophilic vitamins was employed to evaluate the suitability of oils as reversed-phases for TLC and to provide different lipophilicity indices: R M0, scores corresponding to the first principal component of R F and/or R M, the arithmetic mean of R F and R M values obtained with solvent mixture containing various concentrations of methanol in water. The retention results were excellent (r > 0.98) and allowed accurate estimation of lipophilicity of selected vitamins and to ranking the lipophilicity of oils when comparing with chemically bonded phases. Concerning the lipophilicity scale of vegetable oils, it is worth noting that corn oil presents the highest lipophilicity, closely followed by the olive and sunflower oils.  相似文献

Generally, annealing is one of the important post‐processing methods used to obtain injection molding products coupled with excellent comprehensive performance. Based on a series of experimental studies in this work, a systematic investigation was performed to research the annealing effect on crystalline structure and mechanical properties in long glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (LGF‐PA66) composite. The composite was prepared by injection molding, using LGF‐PA66 pellet with 50 wt % fiber content and 12 mm length. Composite samples were annealed in 120 °C to 200 °C range and then subjected to various tests at room temperature. Besides, the releasing strain during a specific temperature cycle was also investigated. Our results suggest that annealing treatment had a neglected impact on the crystallinity and crystal morphology of LGF‐PA66 composite. However, with the increasing of processing temperature, annealing could strikingly promote the phase transition from γ to α and the further growth of α2 crystal in (010)/(110). In addition, annealing of LGF‐PA66 composite resulted in a drastic increase in tensile and flexural properties and a reduction in impact strength, along with the transition of failure mode. The changes in mechanical properties were attributed to the crystal transition, strengthening of matrix performance, and the release of residual stress. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. A representative series of flavonoids is employed to evaluate the suitability of oils and fats as reversed-phases for TLC and to provide different lipophilicity indices: RM0, scores corresponding to first principal component of RF and/or RM, arithmetic mean of RF and RM values obtained with solvent mixture containing various concentrations of methanol in water. The retention results were excellent (r > 0.96) and allowed for accurate estimation of lipophilicity of selected flavonoids and to ranking the lipophilicity of oils and fats when comparing with chemically bonded phases. The human fat-impregnated plates provided lipophilicity values closely associated with those obtained for margarine and butter. Moreover, the human fat lipophilic character seems to be placed between pullet and cod fats. Concerning the lipophilicity scale of vegetable oils, it is worth noting that the corn oil presents the highest lipophilicity, closely followed by the sunflower and olive oils.  相似文献

Polyurethane foams are well-known optimal thermal-insulating materials, which have good thermal insulation performance, high strength, and lightweight properties. Here, we describe a chlorine-free and fluorine-free polyurethane chemical foaming agent (CFA-1) that can react with isocyanate to release CO2 gas and foam polyurethane. We systematically studied its application performance in the field of polyurethane spraying by substituting the current most advanced and environment-friendly physical foaming agent 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoroprop-1-ene in different proportions. The results show that highly competitive mechanical properties lead to economical, environment-friendly, and efficient features. The lower thermal conductivity, more compact and smaller bubble structure, and excellent compression strength were achieved by tuning the proportion of CFA-1 from 20% to 60%. Thus, a promising material system was established for the development of the rigid polyurethane foam industry.  相似文献
