针对企业对产品制造过程质量追溯性的迫切需求,提出了一种基于条码技术的制造过程质量可追溯模式。通过分析叶片制造过程的质量信息和质量追溯数据流程,确定基于条码的质量数据自动采集方案,建立了质量追溯系统的运行模式和体系结构。开发了叶片制造过程质量可追溯系统原型,实现了快速查找质量问题产生的原因,及时发现工艺系统缺陷,采取纠正及预防措施,有效控制产品质量,降低制造成本。  相似文献

提出了现代质量观念下面向产品全生命周期的工艺质量的概念,建立了统一的工艺质量模型。该模型分为5个层次,即整体工艺质量层、质量特性层、工艺质量要素层、工艺决策参数层和集成信息平台层,由8个元组组成。在此基础上,探讨了基于工艺质量模型的并行制造实施方法,包括鉴别质量特性、配置工艺质量要素、工艺质量要素自动“聚焦”与协同决策、工艺质量评价,以及工艺质量改进5个步骤,有利于保证与改进产品全生命周期中的工艺质量和产品质量。  相似文献

The relationship between major quality tools such as quality function development (QFD), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC) is analyzed through an extensive review of the literature and the concurrent quality engineering philosophy, and a basic structure for the integration of quality tools is presented. An integrated quality management system (IQMS) is developed using C++ Builder, running in the Windows 2000 Server environment with the basic internet connections, and SQL Server 2000 as the platform for developing the database. An illustrative example applying IQMS to the continuous quality improvement for a crane equipment manufacturing is reported. The result shows that the application of IQMS can optimize the process of design and manufacturing, shorten the cycle time of product, reduce the cost, and realize quality improvement continuously. The proposed integrated framework with IQMS is believed to be applicable to continuous quality improvement in many manufacturing companies.  相似文献

Many industries have employed the Taguchi method over the years to improve product and process performance. This method is powerful and effective in helping manufacturers to design their products and processes as well as to solve troublesome quality problems. Several studies have presented approaches to multiple quality characteristics. Few published articles have focused primarily on optimising the correlated multiple quality characteristics. This research presents an approach to optimising the correlated multiple quality characteristics using principal component analysis and grey relational analysis based on quality loss. As can be seen in the results, the advantage of this approach is that the chosen optimal design for multiple quality characteristics is robust for the correlated multiple quality characteristics. This method finds the optimal parameter conditions more easily, even when the average quality losses of the quality characteristics are all diverse.  相似文献

针对上海某企业电机转子装配生产线进行可重组改造的实际情况,在对网络环境下生产过程质量控制要求进行分析后,提出了适用于多品种批量生产的可重组制造模式下的质量保证系统。系统设计了从生产现场出发,按照ISO9000标准体系要求,利用网络技术并重点改造了影响产品质量的几个关键工位,建立面向可重组制造生产过程质量数据采集、分析及管理的过程质量控制系统,到最终确保质量的整体解决方案,有效实现了可重组状态下的质量保证系统。  相似文献

针对企业设备陈旧、加工手段落后致使产品质量不高的状况,在分析工序质量控制观念、方法的基础上,提出了应用计算机技术进行在线控制的构想。对控制系统运行所依据的数理统计理论及控制方法与计算机技术结合的可行性进行了分析。以经济实用性、现场可操作性为出发点,将计算机技术、在线检测技术、传感技术、网络与数据库技术及质量控制方法相结合,使所开发出的系统能够实现在线工序质量控制。该系统可用于对单工序、多工序及区域性的质量控制并可对工序质量及系统自身进行可靠性分析和经济性分析。  相似文献

The quality of the products is one of the key factors for the enterprises to increase their core competitiveness. In order to resolve the problems that the quality diagnosis with respect to manufacturing process is not effective or the low efficiency in the large equipment manufacturing enterprises, we propose a quality diagnosis approach based on the similarity of product quality gene. First, we use a product quality gene model to calculate the similarity between the organisms and the products. Second, a kind of quality gene codes is adopted to describe the complex quality information for manufacturing process. Then, string and grey relation similarity are used to evaluate whether the quality is normal or not by considering the similarity between the detected product quality gene and the case genes. Finally, we use the rotary kiln bearing body as an example to illustrate the proposed algorithm process. Experimental results have shown that the proposed approach is able to support quality diagnosis.  相似文献

Service industries are growing at an explosive rate, particularly in comparison with manufacturing. Numerous service industries concentrate on service quality to enhance their competitive power. Customer satisfaction is a growing concern to many leading companies throughout the world. Improving service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today’s competitive situation. In order to meet the actual needs of customers, it is important to quantify service quality. However, using Taguchi’s quality loss function is not adequate for portraying the real situation in the service sector. In this paper, two modified quality loss functions are provided to measure service quality. The properties of these quality loss function parameters are discussed. The expected quality losses for the modified loss functions are also compared to that of Taguchi’s loss function. One of the most critical issues encountered in the area of quality engineering is the selection of an appropriate quality loss function to relate key quality characteristics of a product to its quality performance. The loss function can be used to evaluate the quality loss in terms of monetary units that enables managers to quantify unobservable costs. It aids manufacturers to evaluate quality improvement projects more rigorously, hence, the choice of paths for quality enrichment depends on the type of loss function. Although several multivariate quality loss functions have been proposed, these models only considered the-nominal-the-best (N-type) quality characteristics. The effect of other types of quality characteristics was not addressed. In this paper, a cost model is proposed to evaluate the quality level of a product with multiple the-larger-the-better (L-type) quality characteristics. It is usually assumed that a quality characteristic in an item obeys a normal distribution in the case that the quality of items is evaluated based on the variable property. Then, the concept of Taguchi’s quality loss has been accepted as the evaluation measure of quality instead of the traditional attribute property such as the proportion of nonconforming items. From this viewpoint, some variable sampling plans indexed by the quality loss have been investigated before now. As a study earliest among them, the variable single sampling plan based on operating characteristics (OC) indexed by the quality loss was considered. On the other hand, the attribute repetitive group sampling plan on OC was proposed for reducing the sampling number in the inspection. Recently, the variable repetitive group sampling (VRGS) plan on OC indexed by the quality loss has been considered. By the way, the rectifying inspection is known as one of the schemes of acceptance sampling inspection. Then, Dodge-Romig single sampling plans are known as the traditional rectifying inspection based on attribute sampling plans. Dodge-Romig rectifying attribute sampling plans provide the lot tolerance percent defective (LTPD) scheme on each lot and the average outgoing quality limit (AOQL) scheme for many lots. Furthermore, the rectifying variable single sampling (RVSS) plan indexed by the quality loss was investigated. In conformity with the traditional rectifying attribute sampling plans for the LTPD and AOQL schemes, the acceptance quality loss limit (AQLL) and specified permissible average outgoing surplus quality loss limit (PAOSQLL) schemes are respectively proposed in the RVSS plans indexed by the quality loss. In this article, we suppose that the quality characteristic in an item obeys a normal distribution. Under this condition, the rectifying variable repetitive group sampling (RVRGS) plan for AQLL is considered for the purpose of reducing the average total inspection (ATI). Specifically, the design procedure for finding out the required sample size and inspection criteria for satisfying the constraint of the quality assurance is derived. Lastly, it is shown that ATI of the RVRGS plan is reduced in comparison with that of the RVSS plan under the same condition.  相似文献
